Been to many restaurants that were on the show. Many times we would talk to the owner about seeing them on the show and the were all super nice.

A lot of people hate this guy, but I think he is genuinely likeable. His food is too fatty for me, and he looks rediculous, but it doesn’t matter he’s an authentic guy and thats just rare now. Just be yourself people.
