First woman says, this is our private property so you can't film here. As they're sitting on a public sidewalk paid by taxpayers, which is public property. He is allowed to film on public property all day and all night. Why don't people know by now that these guys are the first amendment auditors.

I generally am neutral about auditors posting up on sidewalks, filming businesses. But ppl should be able to sit, eat, sip and chat with friends without a camera hovering over top of them. Filming movement like a stationary camera is one thing, not squatting on conversations.

The amount of stupidity for people to believe you can’t film in public is astounding. This has been affirmed by the US Supreme Court since 1967.
