We hand agents the ability to spend money and ship code, then sign off on it with a thumbs-up in a chat window. That thumbs-up can't be verified. It's the weak link. AC2 makes every approval a signature off your own device instead. Try AC2 today 👇

How to properly do a face pull (and why they’re beneficial): Dr. John Rusin's case for the face pull is that it puts you in the exact opposite position of how you text. Texting is shoulders up and rolled in, upper back rounded, head dropped forward. A face pull done well is upper back actively extended, arms out and rotated back, head up. Every joint reversed at once, under load. The technique: 1. Cable stack with a rope or handles 2. Overhand grip, palms facing down 3. Pull toward the face, rotating from thumbs down to thumbs up as you go 4. Return slowly. The way back, thumbs up to thumbs down, is the part to emphasize The rotation is small. A few degrees each direction, not a big sweeping movement. The mistake Rusin sees everywhere: underhand grip, huge exaggerated rotation at the end, then a long hold, pull, crank the hands back, one-two-three-four. It turns a loadable pulling exercise into a shoulder stretch you can't progress. Overhand, thumbs down to thumbs up, slow on the way back. That's the version worth doing.

Google Ceo, Sundar Pichai: "If you don't learn to orchestrate agents now, you'll spend 2027 catching up with those who started today" 30 minutes on why the best engineers stopped writing code line by line and started orchestrating agents instead. Most people think that building an agent requires an engineering degree. It's not true. It requires a guide and an afternoon. Watch the interview, then read the article below👇

Today we’re launching Decawork (YC S26) backed by Y Combinator : one place for IT to deploy, govern, and maintain the internal AI agents running across a company. Every team is building AI tools/agents now. They go live with real access, no standard way to ship, nobody watching. With Decawork, every agent - built in Claude Code, Codex, or anywhere else - ships with its own identity and scoped credentials. IT signs off before it's live, sensitive actions wait for approval, and every run is watched from first to last. I built AI at NVIDIA, deployed at OpenAI and Meta. Aman (aman) built Barclays' AI compliance platform used by internal teams, then shipped agents to 100K+ monthly users. We lived this and quit to solve it. Internal AI agents/tools piling up at your company? Chat with us founders[at]decawork[dot]ai or

Mauricio Dubón and Luis Arraez with a scary collision at first base after Dubón took the throw on Arraez’s bunt attempt. Arraez was carted off the field. Mauricio quickly tried to check on Luis and stayed close by. Astros fans gave Luis, who gave a thumbs up, a nice hand.

Handing your AI agent your credentials is like giving a contractor a copy of your house key. Convenient, until it ends up somewhere it shouldn't. AC2, the Agentic Communication and Control protocol, works more like a doorbell. The agent asks, you let it in, and nobody holds your key but you. Live now, get started below 👇

Treasury Agents are here Over 5,000+ users a month are already using agents to analyze your spend, understand your balances and financial data. Next, they can act on it. We’re opening up capabilities that let agents move money, convert currencies, and more with your approval. Want to help us test what’s next?

Scientists at EPFL have developed a robotic hand with two thumbs and a reversible palm for versatile gripping. The hand can detach, crawl on its own, and pick up objects that are hard to reach. It can handle multiple items at once and perform tasks that usually need two human hands, making it useful for industry and rescue work.

ONE PROMPT AND ONE BUTTON NOW BUILDS A FULL SYSTEM, DATABASE, BACKEND, AND FRONTEND INCLUDED Most people still picture AI as something you ask questions to, then copy the answer into your own code by hand. A builder wired Claude into Obsidian through MCP instead, so a single written prompt becomes the actual spec for the system. Claude breaks that prompt into database schema, UI components, and API endpoints on its own, then writes, runs, and fixes the code until it actually works. MCP is what makes this possible, it lets the agent see the filesystem, installed packages, and running services before it starts building anything. The output isn't a code snippet sitting in a chat window, it's a live local app running on its own server, ready to open in a browser. What used to need a backend developer, a DevOps engineer, and two weeks now finishes in under fifteen minutes. See the full architecture and prompt structure below👇

Andy Cohen makes a bold statement in defense of Alex Pretti on #WWHL “Our government is allowing anonymous masked agents to execute it’s own citizens and then LIE about it” This is the type of speaking up we need more off and I’m glad Andy took time to speak on it!!

This first episode# of Costco Clueless… The “abandoned” trolley! I had a conversation with the guy and told him that if I were shooting an episode of People Behaving Badly right now, he would be the star. It started out with an abandoned trolley at the refrigeration section. It was there for a bit then when I started to record but he showed up. Then the second time, watch and listen at the end. When he did it a third time I had the off camera chat with him. There was a customer who have me a thumbs up and a thank you.

Joe Burrow says 1st round draft pick rookies should just live entirely off endorsement money and they would be financially capable of retiring after their 4th season “That first rookie deal, just try to live off your endorsement money. You’ll make enough off the field to live. But going into the NFL, you expect to have a long career and be great, but that’s not always how it plays out.” “You see guys that spend a lot of their rookie-deal money, and then they end up stinking and don’t get a second deal. Now they’ve got to go find a job immediately because they’ve got bills to pay.” “Whereas if you position yourself off the field in a way that you can live off of that… Really, if you’re a first-round pick, you should be able to retire after playing four years of football if you live just on the off-the-field money and live within your means.”
