MINIMAX H3 JUST REPLACED THE ENTIRE ANIMATION PIPELINE before: a studio quotes $150,000 for a 25-second anime opening like this. a designer, an animator, an editor. 6 weeks across 4 different tools. after: i wrote the concept once and got 25 finished seconds back, the cuts and the card graphics already in the frame. I made this anime opening on MiniMax Design from one original idea. Both characters look the same in every shot, and black, white and red hold from the first frame to the last. The agent broke the concept into shots on its own and handed back the finished sequence.
