❓️ ways to overcome worries that occur from time to time 💙 for me, back then i would do something (to overcome it), but nowadays i would do absolutely nothing and just lie down in the house. (with the mindset of) the mountain is a mountain and the water is water, that's how i freed myself (from those worries) t/n: "the mountain is a mountain and the water is water" is from buddhism, it's about how you are ought not to be confused with the truths in life and only then you'll achieve enlightenment, you need to keep your mind open and see everything just as it is

A humble appeal Dear Sirs Dickson and Dr Sina , Sir Dickson The_Bearded_Dr_Sina Good day sir. I hope this message meets you well. This is my 2nd day of publicly appealing for your help. I woke up to madt pains this morning and had to be rushed to Chimex hospital, Nnewi. This is the 2nd time in 2weeks. This time, the doctor said i have severe vaso-occlusive crises (VOC). My PCV is currently 18, but I am being transfused right now. My body feels weaker everyday. It’s frightening, and exhausting, but I’m still holding on to hope. Honestly, I am very scared cos I haven't had this kind of back to back crisis before. Sirs, I am a very hardworking woman. I have never allowed my sickle cell condition to define me or make me lazy. All I have ever wanted is to be strong enough to work, to earn honestly, and to achieve the goals I have set for my life. Unfortunately, this disease keeps pulling me back just when I try to stand firmly again. I urgently need to undergo an Exchange Blood Transfusion (EBT) to stabilize my health and give me a real chance at strength and productivity again. I am humbly asking for your help, sirs — to please help me raise the funds needed so I can get this treatment done and stop living in constant crisis and fear. I know you do so much for people every day, and I truly appreciate your kind heart and generosity. Even taking a moment to amplify my situation would mean the world to me. This past weekend I won Smashkatoon 100, the largest Melee bracket in Saskatchewan history and a celebration of a wonderful community. I have never wanted to win a tournament so badly in my entire life... now it's over. Smashkatoon was my last large bracket I was planning on entering. Life moves fast and my passion for the game and community can't seem to keep up. I've met some amazing people in my travels, and have had some fantastic times. I still love the game, but my serious competition days have long felt over, Smashkatoon was my one last ride. Shoutouts to Mono, Schmeez, and Egg$ for coming out. That meant the world to me. Thank you to everyone for an amazing 10 years of Smash, 12 year old me couldn't imagine making it this deep into the weeds of it. Thank you to my brother Dunc for getting me into it in the first place and being my guardian at events. Thank you to Paul for driving me to events and smashfests. Thank you Matty and Zach for showing me how cool being good at the game is and teaching me so much. Thank you to the RGF boys for sharing my passion for something I loved. Thank you Matt, Shash, and Chandler for getting me to so many events and for helping create an awesome 2024-2025 of Melee. Thank you TXH Esports for helping with so many of my ambitions. So many people to thank I'd be typing all day. Thanks to all of you for liking my combos and finding my playstyle interesting, that's what it's all been about for me. I know, I know, "Smash retirement, see you in 2 weeks". This community now isn't what I fell in love with, and it's up to me to recognize that and not try to force an unhappy relationship. I've been putting life outside of smash first on my priority list and have never felt better in life. I'm sure I'll putter around here and there and go to locals when I can but my days of serious travel, practice, organization, production and competition are over as things are. Thank you $1 twitter premium for no character limit I will be cancelling today but you did your job good stuff. PEACE!
