Introducing Impeccable 3.5, the best way to design in production: iterate on real UI with your AI agent, in the codebase you actually ship. Turns out many popular design skills, including Impeccable and Anthropic's frontend-design, weren't actually very good at...design (the workflow was valuable, but the output didn't magically make LLMs like GPT great designers). We measured it across thousands of generations: 74% of pages used the cream AI-default background, 76% reached for extreme letter-spacing, 90%+ failed the contrast floor. So we started fixing slop systematically, specific to each model. The skill now compiles rules for the exact defects each model makes, instead of shipping one generic file to everyone. The biggest jump is in GPT-5.5 and Codex. Also new: ◆ It now knows the difference between a new project and an existing one. Existing codebase, it reads your design system and preserves your identity. Greenfield, it seeds a fresh palette from 129 hand-curated anchors so every cold start doesn't drift to the same safe colors. ◆ Live Mode is now in beta, and works at two scales. Type a direction into the new Steer bar, or speak it, and the agent reads the whole page and edits it in place. Or pick a single element, steer it with a sub-command, live-edit any copy, and accept the variant straight back to source. Insert mode scaffolds brand-new elements between the ones already there. Recovery survives HMR, hidden heroes, and dev-tool overlays. ◆ A rebuilt anti-pattern detector. Torn off jsdom and onto a real CSS cascade resolver: roughly 20x faster, dependency-free, and now small enough to run inline inside the skill, not just the CLI and extension. 14 new rules, 41 total. ◆ The skill keeps itself current, checking once a day and offering to update. Turns out teaching the AI Coding Agents what's your preferred way of implementation(a.k.a Claude Skills) gives much better results. 😇 Took all the guidelines from my "Spring Application Architecture Design Patterns" samples and created file and asked Claude to generate a new application. Claude followed most of those patterns as expected 😍 Earlier I used to Vibe Code and then spend some time unvibing(cleaning up) the generated code. With these Skills given to Claude, now I no need to spend too much time for cleaning up the code. 🚀

This workflow combining Loom’s AI features + a custom ChatGPT GPT is saving me hours. Instead of creating onboarding Docs for new team members, I film a Loom → generate SOP → train a GPT to answer questions Game changer for businesses to delegate faster. Here's how to do it: First, I record a video of whatever task I want to delegate to the new team member with Loom. The more in-depth, the better, but I just used a 7-minute video. Then, I use Loom's new AI 'Write a document' feature. Upgrading to Loom AI from the standard Loom plan cost me $2. Loom AI can generate an entire SOP, PR description, step-by-step guide, QA, and more from a simple Loom video in <5 seconds. In the past, I’ve spent 2 hours+ hand-writing each one of these docs to onboard new team members, so Loom AI is already a massive timesaver. But it gets even better! Next, we can take that data from the SOP document, and we use it as 'Knowledge' to train a Custom GPT that can answer the new team members' questions. The more SOP docs/Knowledge you feed the GPT, the better. But one is fine if that's all you have because the GPT will pull any unknown answers from the web or its training data. Here are the prompt Instructions you want to put into the Custom GPT (copy and paste this): You are an expert CEO, specialized in onboarding and training new team members. Using the Knowledge provided, you will help new team members with any questions or stipulations they may have about their new role. Stick as true to the data provided as possible, but if= they ask any questions that the Knowledge base does not have a specific answer for, you are permitted to use your pre-trained data and/or web browsing capabilities. That's it! It can't replace you entirely, but it'll save you 90% of the time you would've wasted on writing an SOP doc and answering questions. Simple AI workflows here and there really add up. There's also a workflow to help with the job screening process, but I'll save that for another day :^)

I'm up late with the rest of you building AI agents with the new AI browser from Genspark. We can see where this is all going: a new kind of operating system -- one that is very different than the Microsoft centric way that I've been working for 20 years. There are several things that these new agentic browsers bring to you: 1. They let you change how you browse. With an old browser like Google Chrome, you go to your email, Facebook, or X. 2. With these new browsers, you tell it where to go and what to do for you. 3. It can even build software for you. At the end of this video, I have it building me a little YouTube uploading utility, which is very helpful. 4. They have a ton of "applications" built in. Think of it as a new kind of office suite. Docs. Spreadsheets. Slide decks. And much more. All built with AI, not bolted on the side like with Microsoft's Office. 5. They have AI models built "underneath" so you can work privately and cheaply. There’s a lot of new choices you have to make with browsers like this. I’ve been playing with a bunch of them. Some have better user interfaces than others. Some have different versions, slide components, or applications. The reason I like Genspark is because they ship so fast. I’ve been watching this company since its very beginnings, and every week they ship new things. Just yesterday, they shipped a new photo editing feature for my iPhone. I upload a photo and then I can just talk to it and edit it with my voice. It's really cool. I try to reward companies that ship at such a fast rate and that are shipping innovation that improves our lives. It's not that I'm going to stop using Google Chrome. My whole life has been there for, I don't know, almost 20 years now. This is a different way of working and it gives me a space to run my AI tasks that's different than Google Chrome. I run them side by side. One doing old stuff, one doing new stuff. I can keep using Google Chrome for my old stuff, like my email and my calendar. And I use GenSpark or one of the new AI browsers to do new AI-centric things. All sorts of new things that these new agentic browsers open up! Have you tried it, or one of the other new ones yet? I hope that in the foreseeable future, we will be able to "prompt-to-real estate" as well, with robots building a complete building from the ground up. For now, it is still too futuristic, but Drafted has already automated the "prompt-to-home-design" step. > Drafted AI has a tool that lets you generate your dream house for FREE and export its detailed rendering. > Users can remix existing designs from the explore section or start from scratch. We used that as a starting point, then refined the color system, created new gradient combinations, and modernized the overall look while keeping a clear connection to the brand’s legacy. We also came up with the new typography and grid system, and blended different visual styles so the brand could support a technical, information-heavy product while still feeling polished, clear, and professional. At Postman, we have adopted an AI-native mindset to product development. What does this mean in practice? Just like you can generate text with AI, Postman's Agent Mode can generate a UI as well. Case in point: we have added the ability to review, generate, and change diffs for important changes right inside agent mode's chat interaction. If the user trusts agent mode, they can continue in auto-mode, but for critical changes, they can have the agent mode inform the user, review what is changing, and then give the go ahead to approve. While there is a lot of focus on AI generated code today, I believe a large chunk of pre-built UI work will just go away and micro-interactions and workflow steps will be created on the fly through a combination of AI + APIs. After testing every AI toolchain for a year, this is the only workflow I'm endorsing: Figma → Claude Code (Sonnet 4.5) Here's how I'm building Lorelight: 1. Design the happy path in Figma 2. Feed it to Claude Code via Figma MCP 3. Get a strong foundation in 15 minutes 4. Spend the next 50+ hours iterating (still design work) The design/dev loop that used to be isolated is finally closing. I even built a complete design system in within minutes. Custom components, living documentation, accessibility rules all from the Figma designs. If you're measuring the effectiveness of these tools by whether they can "one-shot" a design, you're consuming too many AI hype commercials. Log off. Then go actually build something with your hands. With AI. With your taste. Stop trying to "one-shot" good shit. And go make stuff with the new tools. For designers who want to ship real products, this is the stack that's getting it done.

This year, more than 12 million people chose to spend their time in Circle communities. As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been thinking a lot about the special moments happening in our communities every day for those millions of people. While other platforms are built to keep people scrolling, our communities help people learn new skills, take new directions, and create meaningful change for themselves and others. Far from mindless engagement, Circle communities are about enabling personal and professional transformations. It's easy to forget that every transformation is a life changing event. For some, this could be a new career or a business, and for others it's a new lifestyle. Not many in the world get to claim something as good and grand as their vocation, but we do.
