Halo Campaign Evolved's August 17th update did not just fix the Assault Rifle's rate of fire. This was a global engine fix that also corrected the fire rates for both Plasma Rifles and the Needler. They, too were firing slower than intended. The pre-update clip for the Brute Plasma... show more

Nothing too new, but I did update the M90 to have the alternate fire be slam firing instead of semi automatic firing. I figure it better justifies the accuracy loss and it’s cooler #halo #haloinundation #inundation #halospotlight

Arizona: A great look at the terrain crews and Fire Managers are working with on the Horton Fire. Full suppression tactics are being used, including firing Ops to box the fire in, which also reduces exposure for resources in the steeps. A community meeting will be held tomorrow in Payson to update the local residents on the fire. It is suspected to be human caused and an investigation continues. SW Area IMT 1 will assume command of the fire. Thanks to the subscriber who shared this breathtaking view of the Horton Fire. 🙏 The fire was mapped at 1,074 acres.

🚨🚨2-ALARM FIRE Tucson Fire was dispatched to a call of fire nature unknown at 3:37 this afternoon in the 3100 block of East 22nd Street. Engine 3 arrived six minutes later and reported smoke coming from the back door on and eaves of an abandoned AM/PM. A full alarm was called, and crews started to search for the source of the fire. As seen in this video, there was a significant fire event. The roof collapsed, and operations shifted to a defensive mode. At this time, crews are unable to enter the building to extinguish remaining hot spots, and excavators will be used to tear it down. Firefighters were on the roof when it collapsed, but they were uninjured, as was the individual seen in the video. This video highlights the dangers our crews face every time they battle a fire, and we are thankful that everyone is safe. The fire was caused by homeless activity.

Just got sick when I realized that there was a massive fire set early this morning (Jan 7th) in DTLA at Hope & Pico which occurred at approximately the SAME TIME as the Palisades fire. Strangely, this is directly adjacent to where another huge fire occurred the day after Christmas (1.5 weeks prior) at the famous Morrison Hotel. I imagine most people were too busy celebrating Christmas to even hear about it. Attached here is an exclusive video of the DTLA Morrison Hotel fire, an exclusive photo showing the damage from both fires (Hope/Pico damage circled in red) and news articles about both. Hard Questions: Did the same entity start BOTH fires to divert resources so they couldn’t effectively combat the Palisades Fire before it became catastrophic? CBS said over a hundred firefighters were busy battling the DTLA fire this morning. Was the fire on the same DTLA block 1.5 weeks ago the “test” fire for the one set this morning? Oh and apparently someone has been trying to develop that entire Hope block where the fires occurred for years but that would be extremely difficult to get approved due to the historic buildings. It’s giving Maui Fire land grab vibes imo. Coincidence? Or Occam’s Razor? Hope Morrison Hotel fire 12/26/24: Hope/ Pico Fire 01/07/25 am: Bill Melugin James Woods Kevin Kiley Rob Schneider 🇺🇸

This seems to be a problem with a decent amount of the relatively new Barrett Mk22 military multi-cal sniper rifles. What's happening? *in most cases* the user pulls the trigger but doesn't get a bang. Instead, the rifles fire when the bolt is manipulated. It seems to be a different than the issue with Remington 700s that fire on their own but it also seems like a easier problem to fix but I suppose time will tell... #MK22 #fail #military #sniper #Barrett

“At 6:00 this morning the Fire Department was alerted to a report of a fire at 2086 Anthony Avenue. We arrived to find heavy fire in two buildings and very quickly transmitted a 2nd alarm. It eventually became a 3rd alarm, bringing more than 40 fire and EMS units and 150 fire and EMS personnel to the scene. We had fire throughout two buildings, and unfortunately, we did have two fatalities,” said Chief of Department John Esposito. “We did unfortunately have a car parked on the closest fire hydrant. We’ve seen that now a couple of times in the last week throughout the City. We all know that we should not be parking on fire hydrants and when you park on fire hydrants, it slows us down. When we’re fighting a fire, seconds count.” The GNY Red Cross and NYC Emergency Management are on scene to assist displaced residents. FDNY Fire Marshals are investigating the cause and origin of the fire.

I was considering posting this for the update video because Vye's pose reminds me of that one K-ON meme xP Also, some people are experiencing crashes right now. I'm figuring out a fix for it atm.

Just before 12:30 Monday afternoon, the FDNY responded to a 4-alarm fire at 44-49 College Point Boulevard in Queens. Tragically, four people lost their lives in this fire. Two other victims were transported to area hospitals in critical condition. During operations, a stairwell collapsed, trapping two of our members. They were transported to area hospitals in stable condition. More than 230 firefighters and EMS personnel responded. “This is a difficult and tragic day. There were several victims in this fire. The Fire Department did an extraordinary job under difficult circumstances, putting this fire out and saving people. I can't thank them enough for their continued efforts and commitment to life safety,” said Fire Commissioner Lillian Bonsignore. “Upon arrival, we had heavy fire on all three floors of this building. There was a victim trapped on the second floor, which our members removed with a portable ladder. As our engine companies were moving in from the first floor and up the stairs to the second floor, the stairs collapsed, and those two members were trapped in the stairs. With additional help, we were able to extricate those members. As all that is happening, other members are performing CPR on the victims in the street,” said Chief of Fire Operations Kevin Woods. The fire was placed under control just before 2:45 p.m. FDNY Fire Marshals are working to determine the cause of the fire.

Arizona: While the focus has been on California, Arizona popped a few fires the last 24 hours as well. This is the Cattle Fire outside of Yuma. Incredibly active initial attack, but crews were able to quickly bring containment to 50%. It was determined to be human caused, they also had the Ranch Fire in the same area that is now 65% contained. The cause of that fire in undetermined. Thanks to the subscriber who shared this view of the Cattle Fire initial attack. 🙏

Individual appears to film a TikTok dance in front of a 6,500-acre fire near the border in San Diego County. Can we ban TikTok just for this guy? A man was caught doing a dance in front of his phone on a tripod as the fire burned in the background. The fire is currently only 10% contained and grew another 200 acres last night. Officials are hoping that potential rain on Saturday can help slow the fire. The 'Border 2 Fire,' currently has 1,100 firefighters assigned to it. Video: Angela Deocampo

Last night, in an act of vandalism, a fire was set at the base of a power pole in downtown #Nanaimo. This was a dangerous act that not only exposed the perpetrators, but the public, first responders and our crews to significant risk. Firefighters responded quickly and were able to suppress the fire, limiting the damage to just the power pole.

🟦 Donald Trump said: “They said that people were firing at them with firearms, and they were returning fire.” 📌 This statement likely refers to the version presented by the Iranian authorities regarding the unrest currently unfolding in the country. Trump appears to be pointing to how the Iranian side justifies the use of force against protesters—claiming it was not a crackdown on peaceful demonstrators, but rather an exchange of fire. 📌 This “explanation” seems to be part of the “very good statement” Trump mentioned earlier, which may influence the U.S. decision-making process—particularly with regard to refraining from launching military action. every thought fires. every repetition strengthens. you are not just thinking, you are wiring. a signal travels down the axon. one thought. one firing. and then another. and another. until the pathway becomes so fast you don't even notice it anymore. that's how you became who you are. not by big decisions. not by breakthroughs. by repeating the same thoughts until they felt like you. that voice that says "i can't do this"? wired. that habit of overthinking? wired. that fear of being seen? wired. and you've been running them for so long you forgot they were ever built. you're not broken. you're just running old wiring. the good news? you can build new ones. not by forcing yourself to "think positive." by firing a new signal again and again. until the new pathway becomes stronger than the old one.

Toronto being demolished in 1904 - WAS NOT A FIRE. They call label it great fire all they want, same year as Baltimore was also decimated. How many times were great fires burning multiple cities at the same time? They really did have too much to get rid of in such a short time.

🚨 GRASS FIRE CLOSES RUNWAY AT LONDON HEATHROW A grass fire broke out adjacent to Heathrow Airport’s Southern Runway (27L) on August 6, 2026, prompting emergency crews to respond and temporarily closing the runway. The incident forced Heathrow to operate with a single runway, resulting in delays and disruption to arriving and departing flights. London Fire Brigade said around one hectare of grassland was destroyed, with firefighters from Heathrow, Hayes and Feltham stations attending alongside the airport’s own fire service. The blaze was brought under control by 18:07 local time. Heathrow subsequently confirmed that both runways were fully operational, although the disruption caused by the temporary closure continued to affect some flights. Reports indicated that 18 inbound flights were diverted during the incident. Heathrow thanked emergency teams for their swift response and apologised to passengers for the disruption. The incident also generated plenty of passenger frustration online, with travellers reporting delays and unexpected travel problems elsewhere in London. ✈️ No aircraft were reported damaged or involved in the fire. #Heathrow #LHR #LondonHeathrow #Aviation #Airport #FlightDelays #Runway #Fire #UKAviation

3am this morning at Eda Plaza, Jabi, Abuja. A fire broke out and we the traders could do nothing but stand helplessly and watch our shops, goods and livelihoods burn. The Nigerian Fire Service was present, but the fire continued for hours without being effectively contained as they did not have the proper equipments to fight the fire. Around 6am, Julius Berger finally arrived with a fire truck and helped bring the situation under control. The fact that Julius Berger, a private construction company, had to arrive around 6am with a fire truck and successfully tackle a fire that had been burning since around 3am tells you everything you need to know. Walahi, we the citizens are on our own in Nigeria.

One person is dead after a fire broke out at a three-storey mixed-use building near 132 Avenue and 82 Street in northeast Edmonton last night. Fire crews were called to the scene at 9:19 p.m., with the building housing businesses on the ground floor and apartments on the two floors above. The entire building was evacuated and 11 fire crews responded, with between eight and 10 ambulances also dispatched to the scene. It has not yet been confirmed how many people were injured, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation. Edmonton Police Service closed 82 Street in both directions between 137 Avenue and Yellowhead Trail to allow emergency crews to respond, citing “a collision and fire” in the area without providing further details. Our followers stated that they heard an explosion prior to the fire.

Just lost ALL Autopilot, FSD, even basic cruise control and Tesla Technical Assistance says they can’t do anything and apparently my car needs to go to a service center for a software update even though there are no warnings on the car. I got an FSD strike and the whole system went down. They said they can’t turn FSD back on and forgive the strikes remotely even though they did just that in January 2025 for the California fires. When I drove from Nevada into California back then my 4 strikes disappeared. Even the Tesla Technical Assistance Supervisor (who was very nice) says they have no way to fix the car remotely and it must go to a service center. Unfortunately, now I need to drive over 1000 miles with no type of cruise control or driver assistance at all. There are no warning lights on or anything of the sort. I even did a forced software update via the service mode and my Starlink, plus a few hard and soft reboots and that still did not fix it. Sadly the car is now less safe than it was a few minutes ago.
