Absolutely feel like this. At 60 and 66 respectively, we shouldn't still be struggling having worked hard all our lives and doing all the right things. It is 2025 and we are a rich country so why should we be suffering? Why are we second class citizens in our own country?

Irony is, I bet until recently she was a fully indoctrinated adherent to the woke lefty agenda.

Whilst you are probably 100% correct. The suffering brought on our people by successive governments is the main focus and it must be addressed.

Honestly, yes. I said to my mum on the phone last week, that I can’t see any way out of this miserable existence. I work, I sleep and repeat. That’s it, nothing more. It’s all just so pointless.

Feel similar. It’s like everything is politicised now to the air we breathe,food we eat & even heating our homes with a log burner.Its like being bossed about everyday & then being labelled as far right because we care about our country & kids.Its all Wrong

I echo this woman’s feelings almost exactly. I am trying with all my might not to let everything that the world has become grind me down, but it is proving to be a bit more of a struggle each day. I just keep praying and I have to believe that it will change; I also don’t rest and I’m doing things to help a change a happen. I can’t give up, but I will admit that I do understand fully how she feels. It is gargantuan.
