If you are using “they refuse to accept certain fundamental elements of the Church” as your discernment criteria, why don’t we start with the long list of openly heretical cardinals (eg Hollerich, McElroy etc) and bishops in German, all of whom explicitly reject Church teachings?

Stop using the phrase “CHURCH HURT.” The phrase “Church Hurt” it implies THE CHURCH wronged you. THE BRIDE OF CHRIST. If I were to ask you to write a list of all the names of the people in the Church that sinned against you - what you’ll find is that ‘THE CHURCH’ didn’t hurt you… a small number of people did.
