It means: - Your volume is too high - Your recovery is in deficit - Your next session is compromised - Your nervous system is still cleaning up the last one - Your growth is being throttled by accumulated damage Soreness is a sign you did something. The sore-every-day brigade train it again in a week and call it advanced programming. It's just bad arithmetic.

Since everyone lived it's safe to say this was probably the most fun this pilot and sensor officer ever had... 👀😎 Great skill to make it out safe for sure. “Today, a mechanical issue with one of NASA’s WB-57s resulted in a gear-up landing at Ellington Field. Response to the incident is ongoing, and all crew are safe at this time. As with any incident, a thorough investigation will be conducted by NASA into the cause. Football is such a brutal sport, things can change in a second. Arthur Okonkwo arrived on loan from Arsenal in 2023, he helped Wrexham secure promotion from League Two to League One. You can hear the fans singing for him to “Sign the contract”. This was at the end of the season in June 2024. Well, he eventually signed a 3-year contract and stayed with them. He helped them secure promotion again from League One to Championship. Wrexham signed Ward to replace him in the Championship, because Ward was more experienced…Unfortunately, Ward got injured as the season started. Okonkwo then helped them so much in the league that they almost got promoted to the premier league. Guess what? Ward came back from injury in the last 4 games of last season, the coach, Phil Parkinson benched Okonkwo. I can even say that’s why they didn’t promote, because he started to change the squad that was already doing well and sitting in a good spot for play offs. Wrexham has now signed Patterson from Sunderland. He was on loan at Millwall last season but those ones didn’t keep him. Okonkwo has now moved to 3rd choice. This is the reason he’s now being loaned to Charlton. If he does well, and Charlton does well, I’m sure he’ll get a good move because he is a good goalkeeper and he’s still 24. Again, football is brutal. Fans could be singing your name to sign a new contract today, and by tomorrow, you’re out. Football is not played with emotions, it’s a brutal sport.

Stocks, crypto, and precious metals are all pumping on this. But they are unaware of what's coming next. Let's compare this with the 1973 energy crisis. In October 1973, the Yom Kippur War triggered a supply shock that caused a 300% rally in oil. The stock market did not crash due to this. Then in March 1974, the embargo ended, and that's when the real damage started. In just 6 months, the S&P 500 dropped close to 50% from its peak. This happened as inflation had already been pushed higher by the energy shock, which led to Fed tightening. Now look at today's scenario. The stock market is close to new highs while inflation is surging. The supply shock and infrastructure damage created by this war won't go away with just a peace deal signed. This is very similar to late 1973, where markets absorbed the initial shock and the real move happened after that. If this repeats again, the next 4-5 months could be ABSOLUTE BLOODBATH for both stocks and crypto.

I opened it up to do Zoom calls last week thinking I’d just get a few. 40 people booked calls within the first 24 hours. 🥴 I was worn out. But, one the underlying theme was “Hey I’m looking at this land in NC/TN/GA..is this a good piece?” Let me reiterate…what lurks below those top few inches of soil in ANY mountainous area you buy land or buy a single lot in can be a total nightmare. You have to be very careful with that initial purchase. Anyone who did a Zoom call with me found out the main key steps to go through before you sign a contract, but, let here is a recent example of 1/2 acre lot I built a cabin on recently, in an existing development. The amount of rock we had to bust through almost killed the job. It took over 2 months of non stop hammering to get the lot prepped with my CAT machines. This is why I have a very detailed approach before I even buy a small lot to build on at this point. The cost of excavating/prepping even a small 1/3 acre the lot can run you well north of $100,000 if you’re not careful.
