Dear Elon Musk, Your platform is being HEAVILY manipulated and my account is being ATTACKED by Israelis who are even threatening to MURDER me. In this space, all individuals can be heard planning how they are going to manipulate X and have my blue check mark removed. They also took responsibility for Sulaiman Ahmed’s account losing his check mark as well as all the others. They have been running back-to-back spaces for 3 hours (there is still one open as we speak), and also claimed they are adding bots to and from my account in order to flag my page for manipulation. I have a small YouTube account with around 500 subscribers, they added 5,000 followers and then removed 2,500 - causing me to have issues with my page due to suspicious activity. They all claim to be apart of Israeli/Mossad groups; with the co-host claiming to be a part of the IDF who put orders to have me KILLED. They also took responsibility for doxing my account previously, putting my safety at risk, publishing images of me and my address all over X. TIMESTAMPS: 0:00 - 🌞🟣General_QuackerDDF🍅🌞 claims that they are already manipulating my page 0:08 - proof that they added subscribers to my YouTube page then removed them 0:17 - claims all the blue check removals have been via him & his team 0:37 - he takes direct responsibility for having Sulaiman Ahmed’s check mark removed 0:57 - laughing at the fact that he’s making my account ‘break all the rules’ 1:09 - showcasing the things he’s already been doing to my page 1:19 - claims he’s targeting my page purely because I posted a video of ‘an Israeli hostage that was captured by Hamas’ 1:38 - 🌞🟣General_QuackerDDF🍅🌞 asks co host MetaLisa 🍀💨🎨 if he’s happy what will happen to my account, the co host says no because ‘I should have already been executed by Mossad a long time ago’ 1:59 - host 🌞🟣General_QuackerDDF🍅🌞 asks if co host MetaLisa 🍀💨🎨 has already put a hit out on my life, which he replies that he has been in ‘talks with his commander who is trying to have me killed’ 2:26 - host 🌞🟣General_QuackerDDF🍅🌞 asks MirEPsychNurse🩺 if she thinks I’m fine, which she replies saying they should ‘gather all the zios and eliminate me’ 2:45 - host 🌞🟣General_QuackerDDF🍅🌞 asks @APatrioticJew if she thinks I’m fine, which she replies saying that I too deserve to be ‘genocided like the other Nazis’ It’s important to note that the space is over an hour long and these clips are just from the first 20 minutes of the space, so there is probably much more. Although we may not agree on some political issues Elon Musk, these are clear breaches of the X rules, my safety, and more importantly the law, and I’m hoping that immediate action takes place. After many requests, here is my full stock scanning and daily process to swing trade momentum breakouts. I've been swing trading momentum stocks and averaged 100%+ returns per year, with $1 - Avg $ volume past 20 days is 20MM min - 8 >20>50 EMAs - Close above 20 EMA - Close > previous day high - CML indicator GREEN I just inverted these for shorts, and the same for ETFs long and short. My universe is US stocks + American depositary receipts. Once I get my scanning going, all I do is identify stocks breaking out according to my rules. I manually go through the scan results (shown in the video), identify potential setups, bring them onto TradingView, and decide if I want to enter. If you want to know more about my setup and how I swing trade momentum breakouts long and short to play with this scanning process, make sure to read my latest explanation in the tweet below. Once I identify with a manual review a setup that meets my criteria, I load it into TWS, make sure my position sizing is in check to risk 1% per trade from entry to stop, and enter. After 4:00 pm EST, the markets are closed, and I enter my stops and my BE alarms. That's it. I close my computer and come back the next day, and repeat the process, every day, every week, every month, every year. If you are NOT doing the same thing over and over in your process, you are doing random stuff. As you see, scanning is NOT the answer to a profitable strategy. Scanning is a process that derives directly from your EDGE. Not the other way around. Once you know what your edge is with extreme detail, you know how to find the stocks you want. Remember. Setup > Process > Scans. Everything starts with your EDGE 📈

I f*cking love skateboarding! There's this cool idea in skating called progression. Basically you treat skating like a video game and each session you wanna do 1 new trick that gets you to the next level. And you compete w/ your buds on who progresses faster. And you can progress on a trick level. So like this week I did a boardslide on a tough rail. Instead of saying "I'm gonna slide this rail right now," which is scary, you break it into small steps. Step 1 is just jumping on the rail, which is scary, then just hopping off. Try that 10 times. No longer afraid. Step 2 is just sliding a few inches then hopping off. Step 3 is trying to land and falling ten times. Then after an hour of trying you land it. The hardest part is step 1 -- just attempting it. But the fear goes away after 20 min of trying. Kinda an easy way to approach a big scary thing. I also love the punk rock culture. Early skaters basically created vlogging. I grew up reading thrasher and watching these amazing videos of skaters documenting traveling to a skate spot, getting kicked out by cops, then coming back at night to get it. Early Jackass TV shows? They were made and inspired by skate videos. This whole content creating internet culture? Its been part of the skate culture since the 80's. I've always loved the guerrilla, DIY vibe. Particularly as I get more yuppie, older and more into this sometimes lame internet bubble, I LOVE going to the skatepark on Sat and Sunday and hanging with a bunch of rough skater kids who don't give a sh*t about this dumb internet stuff. But yeah, I'm 36 years old and lie to my buds about what I'm doing when I'm really at the skatepark practicing tre flips. But GOD ITS SO FUN.

My official resignation from playstation video Due to corruption and oppression with evidence. The translation isnt very accurate and goes fast sometimes so i will write the story here. I know its a long video but its a must watch -------- Keep in mind this isnt about you support or hate me.. its about sensitive data leakage and company corruption so everyone is in it! -------- I was going to release this video few months back but i held back due to the problem being solved and i kept quiet. Here is my story before i start i want to introduce my self to the people who dont know me. My name is AbdulHakam AKA Hakoom i love playing video games since the 80s and got hooked up with the playstation brand back in 1996.. in 2007 the online system came on the ps3 and i created my playstation acc back then, later on playstation released the trophy system and i was able to achieve the 1st rank in 2009 and in 2018/2019 i entered Guinness 5 times.. later at 2021 i retired unofficially due to the garbage 1$ shovelware getting out of hand on psn. I then had a partnership with playstation and i started receiving review codes and hardware for reviewing All was good until sept 9. on sept 9 my acc was permanently suspended for no reason and i received no email at all.. even when i talked to customer support they didnt help at all i was then lucky to get in touch with another department and they said they will look in to the matter few days later i received a msg on whatsapp from a random person saying my datas are leaked on the internet and the user is bribing playstation employees and stealing user datas and selling/banning them ( all photos and evidence are in the video) The photos clearly show playstation admin computers which no user can access on a normal computer this information was all forwarded to playstation for investigation.. the scammer even called me and tried to get private datas from me which is showin in the video too and that was also forwarded to playstation. After all that mountain of evidence playstation replies and i was shocked!!! They said you have violations 1- you platinumed games which require 100h to platinum in few hours 2- You completed games in 0 mins 3- you logged in over 2000 accs on your playstations 4- you logged in 29 playstations I was like wth? what is the game which i platinum in few hours and req 100? psnprofiles would insta flag me for that... then i remembered something called auto trophy pops or platinum pops which all of you trophy hunter know.. If you platinum Spiderman for example on ps4 in 50h then boot up the ps5 version you earn it in 1min that's something normal and the system is implemented by playstation them selves.. ( google auto trophy pop) so auto pop is a ban able offense now? and regarding the 0 min games there are loads of games on PlayStation which can be completed/platinumed in 10 seconds 20 seconds 30 seconds etc... every trophy hunter knows this Why those employees dont understand there own system? do i need to teach them all this? and regarding the 2000 accs I have been playing since 2007 thats 17 years you think as a trophy hunter i will not have alot of accs for dead online games? and i have alot of users lending me games which playstation themselves said game sharing is fine. regarding the 29 consoles again.. 17 years i had over 10 ps3s 5 or 6 ps4s 4 ps vitas 2 ps5s 2 pstvs So your acc is bound to 1 console and you can put it on another? what i see from this is playstation is running away from the real issue which is user data leakage and just threw me under the bus so they put this issue under the rug and get it over with.. companies will always blame the user for there mistakes If your acc gets banned or email changed for no reason that is 100% stolen with this method and your datas are on the blackmarket there is no other explanation and its over for you. so as you see guys how can i trust a company who sells user datas to some scammers on the internet and get away with it. Even after the mountain of evidence i showed they still wouldnt accept it and just told me we will raise the ban after 45 days.. they also removed me from the partnership program.. My acc is back yes but i cant live with this opression and corruption ! so i had to share the story with everyone The videos shows evidence of user data leakage from telegram groups including a staff from granturismo company polyphony and the num2 trophy hunter on psn I have more images but i just posted a few in the video It clearly shows playstation admin computers.. and not a normal user computer what do you think? keeping the love and hate about hakoom aside.. your datas are being sold on the blackmarket and this is corruption as i see it I hope the CEO of playstation looks in to this and solves this matter ASAP . any media who wants more details or a story re this matter please contact me on my email [email protected] #playstation #hakoom

I’m on a plane back from a week in Los Angeles and some lessons there shocked me. I met w/ a billionaire, Bryan Johnson, a top 10 podcaster, an A24 movie exec, and a Presidential candidate. 12 learnings from too many meetings to count in Hollywood: 1. LA is not dead. Far from it. I ran into 5 people who I needed to meet with at one hotel in 4 days. The epicenter of media may be disaggregating to Austin, NY and globally... but the density is still here. 2. Bryan Johnson is now one of my favorite humans. I hung with him at his house, tried his 20,000 crunches in 30 minutes machine, and talked about the purpose of life. The internet is a sad state that they don’t give him more credit. 3. Digital media today is like distributed news before cable news. We are at a tipping point for expansion in this digital industry. It feels somehow played out to those of us in it, but it’s just starting. 4. Hollywood is watching creators and UGC closely. I met w/ one exec who said in the not so distant future Netflix will have UGC on it. 5. may be this generation's Anthony Bourdain for thinking. I sat down with him and I think the work he’s doing on youtube is going to be something to watch... closely. 6. Buying boring businesses is not at all interesting to those in LA. BUT - asset accumulation and portfolios are. They buy assets (film rights, etc) all day. They are starting to think about the business of celebrities, creators and their work similar to how I think of investment management. 7. LA is a tale of two cities. I spoke at the convention center that was surrounded by derelict minority businesses and houses, then hung out at private members-only clubs that are all over West Hollywood where Lebron, Chris Voss and all the big timers play. The two places are 10 minutes away but an absolute world apart. 8. The mental health and drug crisis is out of control. Stroll along a downtown street and zombie after zombie trails. I saw people shitting and eating next to one another and across from a Starbucks. I asked our corporate host if this was “normal?” They replied, you stop noticing it after awhile. 9. Offices are completely empty. A friend got an office space for 50% off and more than 40% of the highrise is unoccupied. How odd that home prices are high, housing is really tough to come by, but office space is a blue ocean. 10. Met up with Tulsi Gabbard 🌺, a friend who was traveling to the border to see the situation live. I am grateful to have people fight for the truth even when it is unpopular. We need more leaders like her. 11. Every time I meet with a billionaire I realize all over again that to achieve that level of wealth, you cannot be normal. Truly. He’s weirdly comfortable with discomfort and complete lack of people pleasing. 12. The more I learn about the Kardashians in some ways, the more I respect them. I got the onion peeled back on their business dealings and they are some of the smartest dealmakers I’ve ever seen. Also I hate saying it because I believe gender games are net negative, but I wonder if they’d get so much hate if they weren’t females? I liked the idea of keeping a travel diary like my friend GREG ISENBERG does… Otherwise these moments pass like sand through my fingers. What do you think? I’m going to name it Where Have Ya Been or Lessons from the Road. Which do you like more?

Alex Hormozi’s business advice has taken the world by storm. He’s published two books and has more than 9,000,000 followers on the Internet. This is the first interview he’s ever done all about his writing process. Some highlights: 1. Be loyal to the truth, not your own ideas. 2. Silence the world when you write: Alex closes the windows, wears earplugs, and uses noise-cancelling headphones to create an environment where the outside world ceases to exist. 3. His book, $100M Leads went through 19 drafts (so expect to rewrite, a lot). 4. There’s a big difference between becoming known and becoming respected. Don’t let an algorithm convince you otherwise. 5. The pain is the pitch: The more vividly you describe someone’s problem, the less you need to sell the solution. 6. People buy things from people who can describe their pain better than they can. They assume: “If you understand my problem that well, you must have the solution.” 7. Sell at the point of greatest deprivation, not satisfaction. Offer the steak when someone is starving, not when they’re already full. 8. When writing ads, capture moments of pain as specifically as possible. Don’t say “I was overweight” when you can say “I wore a cover-up at the beach and avoided photos.” 9. Structure your writing time around long, uninterrupted blocks of time. Alex shoots for six hour blocks, even if that means waking up at 5am. 10. Memory is unreliable, so capture your best stories. Alex has an Excel spreadsheet with more than 600 stories from his life. 11. The #1 creator mistake: They keep building new products for their audience rather than building more audience for their product. 12. Alex’s best ideas come from reconciling contradictions. He says: “I look for places where two things seem true, but seem to conflict.” 13. The back cover should function as a mini sales letter. Each bullet point should tease a lesson in a way that makes people curious. 14. If an idea can’t be operationalized, it’s useless – “What does this change about what someone actually does?” If the answer is nothing, cut it. I’ve shared the full interview with Alex Hormozi below. Part 5 of interview with Rom Braslavski. "The guy says: here's another letter. It says to tie you up and torture you. At night they came with zip-ties, tied my legs, arms, put tape on my mouth. And they had whip that they beat donkeys with. It's a pain that is not normal, like being lashed with iron whip. But first they only beat me a bit. Then they woke me up at 2 a.m. and they gave me the beating of my life. They put me against the wall, one grabs my head and the other - punches, punches. I'm trying to loose consciousness and fall. But they didn't let me lose consciousness either. They held me. Then they beat me with the donkey whip and each lash is a burn, and it's scars, scars that I have till today. One beat me with the whip and two others beat me with poles and hands. OK, I thought, it's over. I was shattered, bleeding. Every bone in my body hurt. I was happy that it's over. I went to sleep. Then 6 in the morning they came with radios. Turned on Arabic music, yelling : "Allahu Akbar, what fun, what a great day!" And again the same beating - punches, whip. That's the second round. And then the third round. And then again at noon. And then they put on music and say - move your arms, dance and laugh. My bones were hurting, it hurt to move my arms. And then another beating, more hits. And I realized I entered a loop that I doubt I'll make out of it alive. They beat me with everything they had. They broke a radio on my head. And a really big stick that they broke on me. The donkey whip got all bent. It's iron. They bent the iron from how much they beat me. It really hurt. They beat the soles of my feet, maybe 40 whips. My entire leg was swollen, red and blue. And he tells me - stand up. Stand on the foot. And it felt like they are burning me. The abuse went on like they. Day after day, hour after hour. And it's only getting more severe. About 7 rounds every day, every round about 20 minutes. There was a guy, they said it's new commander, his weight was at least 100 kg. And I weighted hardly 50 kg at that point. And he was just standing on my neck. Jumping, jumping on my neck. Standing on my head, jumping on my back. And I feel that it's breaking." 🔥 💣 I’ve decided to “fire” myself after 14 years as CEO of CB Insights I'll still be working 180% at CBI but now in the role of Founder & Executive Chairman. In this role, my focus shifts to customer conversations, product, content & partnerships. One area I'll be spending a isht ton of time on is generative AI. The video below highlights the AI-driven research analyst we’ve been working on. And this is just the start more here on Analyst >> For those interested in “the why” behind this move, below are my comments to our team from our All Hands last week. Note: I'll intro CBI's new CEO tmw - his official 1st day --ALL HANDS-- Earlier this morning, I sent an email about my vision for the product from 2017. It relates to the news that I will share with you this AM. And that is that I have decided to "fire" myself as CEO and will be transitioning to the role of founder & exec chairman. Why? For 2 reasons: 1. Zone of genius 2. Delivering on the 2017 sci-fi vision 1st - Let's talk about zone of genius Talking to customers, hearing about their challenges and translating that to what we can build to make them supernatural is what I love. It’s where my "zone of genius" is As we’ve grown, however, I’m spending more time outside this zone If CBI is an organism, the early days required spending all my time outside the organism talking to customers, building dope isht for them, getting more customers & then building more dope isht. Rinse & repeat. It was 'simple' As the organism has grown, I've had to live "inside the organism" more focused on operations & management - 1:1s, annual planning, process mgmt, etc. These are incredibly important to scale a company. They are, however, not where my strengths and interests lie. I like the unknowns & novelty of what living outside the organism brings. And so I wanted to find a way to get back to those things. That’s the zone-of-genius bit. Now let’s turn to the sci-fi vision That vision really wasn’t possible. Until now. In Nov ‘22, chatGPT was an 'oh isht' moment. Since then, I’ve been fully red-pilled on GAI. With it, we can now actually deliver on that 2017 vision. Only 6 years later :) And so it’s go-time! I’m incredibly excited about what this will mean for our customers, the company and our team as it will enable us to: * Invest dramatically in product innovation * Open up new career opportunities & pathways for you all * Bring people together in person more often Where will I be focused? My job in the near term is to help onboard and integrate the new CEO. The areas you’ll still me involved in are: * Customer conversations -- #1 thing. * Research & content -- Writing the newsletter & other content w/ the team * Product -- Pushing our GAI agenda. * Partnerships I am not stepping off the field onto the sidelines. I am merely taking another position which is better for our customers and CBI. Let me close by saying thank you to you all for your continued hard work and dedication. Now, LFG!

Strong legs are the foundations of a stable posture, yet many let theirs weaken over time. You lose your ability to move and stand upright. Much of my work with chronic pain clients involves strengthening the legs. This video shows 8 essential lower body motions: 1- Hip Extensions Standing upright involves straightening your torso to align it with your lower body, an extension of your hips executed by your Glutes and Hamstrings. The problem is you sit on these muscles all day, weakening them over the years to the point where they fail to do their job. Your lower back picks up the slack against its will and becomes overworked. I'll start chronic pain clients with Hip Bridges on the floor to ensure everything is balanced, then progress to Hip Thrusts and eventually Standing exercises like the Romanian Deadlift. As for the Deadlift off the floor, those are great if you can access a barbell or kettlebell. - Hip Bridge (0:05) - Hip Thrust (0:11) - Romanian Deadlift (0:17) - Deadlift (0:23) 2- Split Squats Split Squats are excellent for strengthening the knees. In the case of a chronic pain client, I use them to stretch the quad and Hip Flexors of the back leg, which are often extremely stiff due to sitting. This stiffness makes the body collapse forward and is often the limiting factor when people try this exercise for the first time. I'll start someone with the Front Foot elevated because it's easier on the front leg and gives a great stretch, then progress to flat and rear foot elevated. - Front foot elevated (0:30) - Flat (0:36) - Rear-foot elevated (0:42.2) 3- Lunges Lunges are the dynamic version of the Split Squat. Besides being excellent for strengthening your leg muscles, the one thing I love about this exercise is that it teaches you how to brace yourself as your foot lands. Many people lack the core strength to absorb an impact. Lunges develop that shock absorption capacity, especially when done with weights. Ensure you have mastered the Split Squats before doing them, and use different directions to target your muscles differently. - Forward (0:48) - Back (0:54.7) - Side (1:07) 4- Squats The king of all exercises is crucial for your ascension. The vertical motion improves your ability to overcome the world's weight crashing down upon you. It's also an amazing Glute and Quad stretch in the bottom position. I'll start chronic pain clients with the bodyweight variation before progressing them to weighted and eventually one-legged, also known as Pistol Squats. Doing one leg at a time is one of the best ways to balance your body's left and right sides from head to toe. - Body weight (1:12.5) - Loaded (1:19) - Pistol (1:25.5) 5- Step-ups Step-ups are amongst my favorite one-sided exercises to strengthen the Glutes and Quads. They are excellent for improving the stability of your hips and abdominal muscles. Use the Front and Lateral variations to maximize your results. - Front (1:31.5) - Lateral (1:38) 6 - Leg Curls Leg Curls strengthen the lower attachment of your Hamstrings. They are an integral part of my knee and lower back recovery programs because many people are weak due to sitting. I'll have chronic pain clients use a towel to create muscle resistance, though you can do them standing to get some much-needed blood flow. The best way to benefit from this exercise is by using an exercise ball or a machine at the gym. - Standing (1:43) - Towel (1:49) - Exercise ball (1:55.4) - Machine (2:02.1) 7- Adductions The inner thigh muscles become problematic when people sit with their legs crossed. They either get stiff or weak depending on whether you cross one leg over the other or with your foot on the opposite knee. I love Copenhagen Planks to restore the balance in your adductors. - Knee-bent (2:08.8) - Straight-leg (2:14) 8- Calf Raises The ankles are the cornerstone of your posture because they affect the alignment of every other joint above. Strong Calves are essential to their stability, yet many omit them from their workouts. Standing Calf Raises also strengthen the knees from behind. Doing the Donkey variation, you'll feel an intense stretch from the knee to the ankle. Seated Calf Raises work a different lower leg muscle essential to pump blood back up from your feet. - Standing (2:20.5) - Donkey (2:26.6) - Seated (2:33.3) Include these 8 types of motions in your routine as an insurance policy against serious mobility problems down the line. Keeping your legs strong ensures a stable posture and quality movements, two crucial factors for a high quality of life.

This is going to be one of those long Elizabeth Lane posts and you absolutely need to watch the video below. Read the text first, then watch the video, it will make more sense. First, let me start by saying I love this girl! This was by far my favorite episode of Candace Owens show. Some might wonder why I’d choose this one when there have been bigger bombshells in other episodes about the case, but for me, this one really stood out for several reasons. First, this is where Candace clearly summarized the connections involving the military and the CIA which I think is the right direction on this case. Most importantly, she brought up President Kennedy’s assassination, which resonated with me because I’ve long believed that the same institutions responsible for Kennedy’s death were also behind Charlie’s. She also reminded me of Mitt Romney, which had completely slipped my mind, so thank you for that Candace. I think you’re right to revisit the Romneys and I can’t believe I hadn’t noticed these connections before. Candace is right about Texas! Not just Texas, but let's start with that. Texas was always very important for the CIA for multiple reason. Dallas, Houston and Fort Worth were known to have ties to the CIA for funding and logistical support in overseas operations. Their role was usually financial, logistical, or as intermediaries. For example even back during Kennedy times, certain oil and international trade magnates were informants or facilitators for CIA operations in Latin America and Europe. Texas had a strong military-industrial presence, including aviation, defense manufacturing and private security firms. Contractors sometimes worked on CIA technology or paramilitary support. These firms provided training facilities, flight and transport logistics, and equipment procurement. Individual agents or retired military personnel in Texas sometimes acted as liaisons, recruiters or covert operatives. None of this is speculation, it is all documented history. When I did investigation into Kennedy Assassination I used to call Texas the “CIA’s jackals capital.” (I highly advise reading David Talbot’s work). I thought it would be imported to show you a good example how the CIA and military work together when they need to kill people on the US soil and get away with it. Video below is a great example this is from an old series on Kennedy assassination. This is a very old film, such a great work done by investigative journalist. Let’s start with the fact that the CIA should not operate domestically but they always find smartass ways to still do it and get away with it. The CIA is also very highly compartmentalized organization, most people in the analysis section of the CIA are actually nice smart people, but the operations - now these people are psychopathic maniacs. The operations section of the CIA is even more highly compartmentalized. In other words, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, which makes it easier to carry out actions without the rest of the agency knowing about it. This is what happened during Kennedy’s assassination. People often forget that the man who led the CIA at the time was actually Kennedy’s own appointee John McCone. MacCone was Kennedy's man. He had no idea what was happening right in front of him. This is partly made possible by the very convenient relationship the CIA has with the military. So yes Candace is right on CIA - Military connections. When you watch this video, you will see how these typical operations went down back in the day. Today, it’s even more sophisticated. Long story short, a man named Bruce Pitzer from the Navy altered Kennedy’s autopsy photos. This is just one source discussing it, today we have multiple sources claiming the photos were altered, including the doctors who operated on the president (you can find this in my documentary as well). In this video, you will see a clear example of how the CIA and military carry out assassinations on US soil. You will also hear that the man who altered the pictures was taken out by another military officer called David Vanek, who was later removed from the military database altogether as if he never existed, but thank god some people saved some copies and receipts. I’ve always thought these testimonies from the military men back then were so underrated and deserved more attention. But hey, who would have given them attention, President George H. W. Bush, the CIA man himself? Or his son? Or Pedo Bill? Lol. Of course not. The point is, they typically go mafia style when they want to make sure there are no loose ends. Someone does a job, and you eliminate that person if they represent a threat. Well, when you kill the President of the United States, many people would not be able to stay quiet, so they had to go mafia style in the case of Kennedy. I don’t think they needed that with Charlie. People, especially psychopaths in special Ops, would be more willing to stay quiet. But the point is, this was very much happening back then and it is happening today. The military CIA partnership in domestic assassinations goes back to the Kennedy era and Texas always played a significant role in all of that. With Kennedy, they began eliminating anyone who was a minor or mid-level figure involved in the assassination plot. After Kennedy’s assassination, over 100 people died under mysterious circumstances. 100 + people! :) So when some people say, ‘Oh Candace names so many people involved in this case, it’s impossible for that many people to be involved.’ That’s simply not true. It is very possible, and it has been done many times, not just with Kennedy. What’s also important to mention, and why I specifically chose this clip out of many examples is that sometimes people are doing a job without really knowing who or what they’re working for. Dan Marvin, for example. All Lieutenant Colonel Marvin was told was to kill someone on U.S. soil. He had no idea that this person was connected to covering up Kennedy’s assassination. I'm guessing they told the same thing to David Vanek,He simply carried out a hit without knowing the bigger picture. This is often how the CIA operates. It’s not always a kill, sometimes it’s something as simple as moving a vehicle from one place to another, without knowing what case it’s connected to or why they are doing it. So while many players are covering up for the operation, they often have no idea what they are actually covering up. Now a little bit about Romney from someone who lives in Utah believe me when I tell you the Romneys were like gods in Utah for the longest time. They still have huge influence, Mormons loved them, and even non-Mormon republicans supported them, some still do. But after Romney was caught in multiple lies, some of that support faded. They are extremely corrupt and I believe they should be looked at.

A guy sold his watch company for $100,000,000. Years later, he was “lonelier than ever and deeply depressed.” His life was stress-free, “really cushy,” and he could play video games whenever he wanted. But when he sold his company, he lost something more valuable than money: “the hunt.” Dr. Andrew Huberman explains: “Some guy made a [$100 million], and a couple weeks later he said, ‘I don’t know what’s going on, but I feel like I’m depressed.’” “And I just said, ‘That’s dopamine.’ He got the reward, and what he misses is the hunt.” “You have to stay in the hunt. This is like the WILL TO LIVE is the HUNT FOR NEW THINGS.” Below is the post from the guy who discovered that money and unlimited comfort actually didn’t make him happy. It’s a fascinating case study. Well worth reading: “I sold my company MVMT a few years ago for a lot of money and thought all my problems would be solved. I made my life really cushy and comfortable. I optimized for being as stress free as possible. I play video games when I want, I wake up when I want and really have no reason to get out of bed if I don’t want to. I always thought this was the dream and that I’d be happy forever… until I wasn’t. I realize I’m in an incredibly unique situation and wanted to share some things I’ve learned and am still working through. “I’m new to this subreddit but it looks like a lot of you feel as I do and did when trying to find a career. I don’t necessarily have any deep passions or skill sets that translate into a career. I started my ecommerce company solely out of the desire to make money. I’m an introvert and being behind a computer felt comfortable. The unhealthy desire for ego and money gave me motivation and fulfillment to build the company. I had no experience aside from the willingness to try and fail and try again. I had an unhealthy relationship with myself and my values in life were not true to who I was. It allowed me to be successful but still I was unhappy. My money and ego were the driving forces. After selling the company, I realized the only way to get the same highs would have been to start a bigger company and make more money. (Also known as the hedonic treadmill) But those were external motivations. I now only cared about authentic motivations, things I wanted to work on if money and ego weren’t the driving forces. “Fast forward to now, I’ve been separated from the company for 2 years. I’m 31, single and never have to work again. I’ve also been lonelier than ever and deeply depressed. I really believe that we need purpose in our lives to be happy. For some that might be raising a family and for others that’s a career. For a lot of us on this subreddit I don’t think we’re looking solely for money. I think we want a career that has deeper meaning to us. The last couple years I’ve really been working on what my personal values are and what makes me tick. It’s really helped me align with what I care about and trying to find a career that aligns with those values. We’ll never love 100% of our job, I think that’s important to remember. I’d recommend taking a Myers-Briggs personality test. It’s helped realign me with some old hobbies and thought patterns. “If you don’t know what you’re passionate about, think back to when you were a kid. What did you gravitate towards. Even if you never took it to the next level. It’s literally never too late. What did you enjoy being bad at? “Last piece of advice that I struggle with still is failing. We need to just start. Fuck it, even if it’s the wrong direction and we fail or realize we don’t like what we’re doing. There are lessons in everything. We can plan and analyze forever but there are lessons that are unknown until you start moving forward. You cannot live without struggle and pain. We either choose our struggle and pain or it will find us through depression and loneliness. “I have more to say but I’ll save it for another post. “TLDR: “1.) Money past a certain point won’t make you happier, in fact it will make you feel lonelier “2.) Find your values, what makes you tick “3.) F*ck it, just start and fail. There are lessons everywhere.”

🚨EXPOSED: Why Is Paxlovid – Pushed for Mild COVID – Loaded with an HIV/AIDS Drug & a BLACK BOX WARNING for Deadly Interactions? Imagine popping a pill for a sniffle, only to risk heart arrhythmias, liver failure, or worse - because it supercharges your other meds like a rogue engine. That's Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir/ritonavir) in a nutshell. The ritonavir? It's an HIV/AIDS drug, included as a 'booster' to turn your body into a drug interaction minefield. The FDA slaps a **BLACK BOX WARNING** on it, the strongest harm causing warning just shy of it being pulled from the market: "Significant drug interactions...may lead to greater exposure of certain concomitant medications, resulting in potentially severe, life-threatening, or fatal events." Contraindicated with over 100 common drugs – from statins to blood thinners – risking everything from myopathy to bleeding crises. For mild cases of COVID or influenza? The risk-reward math doesn't add up. This drug is not worth the harms. **Key Harms & Adverse Events – Don't Ignore These Red Flags:** • Virologic Rebound (COVID Returns Worse): 20% of patients (1 in 5) get rebound COVID, prolonging illness & spread. A Mass General Brigham study tracked this in real-world use, urging caution for low-risk folks. • Neurological Nightmares: Paxlovid triggers 3X more neurological adverse events than other drugs combined – think headaches, dizziness, neuropathy, even seizures in vulnerable patients. A 2025 analysis of 11,792 reports flagged this as a "strong signal." • Liver & Pancreas Damage: Hepatotoxicity is real -clinical hepatitis, jaundice reported with ritonavir. One Stanford trial noted serious hepatitis. • Kidney Strain & Failure Risk: Severe renal impairment with worsened outcomes. A 2025 cohort showed higher short- & long-term adverse events like acute injury. • Cardiac Chaos from Interactions: Ritonavir boosts antiarrhythmics like amiodarone, risking deadly QT prolongation & torsades. Contraindicated combos spike hypertension & heart events; UK MHRA alerts on this. • Severe Allergic & Skin Reactions: Anaphylaxis, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS), Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) – blistering skin peeling off in sheets. FDA logs these cases in post marketing, even after one dose; discontinue ASAP. • Gut & Sensory Torment: Dysgeusia (metallic taste, 5-6% incidence), diarrhea (3%), nausea, vomiting hit hard, tanking adherence. Nature's 2024 meta-analysis also flags elevated D-dimer (clot risk) & ALT (liver marker). • Drug-Related Problems (DRPs) Galore: A 2024 PubMed study found high frequency of severe DRPs – interactions causing toxicity or inefficacy – in 30%+ of scrips. • HIV Resistance Roulette: If undiagnosed HIV lurks, ritonavir could breed resistant strains, dooming future treatments. This isn't fearmongering – it's FDA facts & peer-reviewed red flags from 2024-2025 studies. Early treatment like any case of influenza, involves supporting the body, detox pathways & immune response. Whole food vitamin C from acerola cherry or berries, sun exposure, rest, antioxidants such as onion, garlic, bromelain & monitoring suffices without the adverse event toxic gamble. Your health isn't worth the black box bet. What did you implement to heal from COVID or other influenza symptoms? There are very highly effective natural cures & big pharma toxic antivirals are b=never needed. My husband & I used Dr Zelenko (may he RIP) protocol as both prevention & treatment. And then implemented high dose Zinc Picolinate to heal acute zinc deficiency which is the cause of losing taste/smell with all viral illnesses including COVID. Taste/smell returned in 72 hrs. Technically is dead; long live Technically Some bittersweet news for you all today: after 5 years writing Technically and more than 100 posts about everything from APIs to data warehouses to Facebook DNS hacks, today I am (for the most part) shutting the Technically Substack down… …and replacing it with Technically 2.0, an amazing software product I’ve been working with David Krevitt on for the past 6 months. But first… For a newsletter that started with an innocent tweet while I was bored in Haneda airport, this thing has come pretty far. 70K+ subscribers, yada yada. But you’re here for the story so here it is. It was December 2019, I was traveling before moving to SF to start at Retool, and like I said, I was bored. Late 2019 – what an amazing time to start a newsletter! There weren’t that many of them out there. And then came 2020. Everyone was stuck at home with nothing to do but sign up for more and more Substacks, and talk about them on the internet. Every day, another one of your friends was announcing a newsletter on Twitter. It was the golden era, no doubt, and many people like me combined hard work, a good idea, and the old fashioned “right place right time” streak of luck to build a really nice Substack business. I’ll never forget the day Ben Thompson referenced Technically in Stratechery. I must have gotten 50 texts from friends. Everyone was reading Stratechery at the time…it was like becoming a made man. There was this almost communal vibe in the air with these newsletters. Everyone was reading the same stuff, talking about the same stuff. It was a scene is what it was. But by 2022 things were changing. People were outside again, and had less free time to read newsletters. Interest rates were going up, and people were working more (even in offices). In the paid Substack group chats, most of us were reporting stalling or negative growth, even though we hadn’t changed anything on our end. And with 50% churn rates on these subscriptions, if you weren’t growing you were dying. I’m listening to Neil Young’s “After the Gold Rush” as I write this and it couldn’t be more fitting. Although I imagine Mr. Young himself would disapprove of the whole paid newsletter endeavor. What happened to newsletters? David and I call what’s going on “Substack Fatigue” – people are just tired of reading yet another newsletter, let alone paying for one. Newsletters are just not the thing anymore. There are some fast growing news ones focused on AI, but the same story is going to play out in a few years when everything cools down. Political newsletters are fully investing in video and podcasts. Newsletters are not the thing anymore. We rode a cultural wave and the wave is over. You don’t have to die, but you have to adjust. The wrench in this whole story is that Technically was only (very) part time for me. I’m pretty sure at one point I was generating the most revenue on Substack for someone who wasn’t focusing on their newsletter full time. Which is a sick flex no doubt, but was also a huge problem, because I just didn’t have the time or mental capacity to make the big moves required to reverse the trend. Technically started to slowly lose paid subscribers every month, but I was at peace with that. I was entering a new phase in my life, settling down a bit, enjoying spending time on cooking, cocktails, and music. Approaching 30 and feeling really good about everything. It’s OK for some things to be temporary, and I was content with Technically to continue to be useful to people…just not make as much money. But in the back of my head, I always knew that Technically had a lot more potential, and deserved more than I could give it. That there’s no reason this thing couldn’t be a $1M+/year business. I continue to believe that technical literacy is going to be one of the defining social problems of our era, and the progress in AI only makes this even more critical. It should be way more than a newsletter, it should be how everyone learns what the fuck is going on in this digital world. I needed some help. But I had a bad track record of getting people to work on Technically with me. It’s hard to share custody of your child. And I am extremely particular. I’m not always the easiest to work with. Worked with some contractors here and there, but never found a more long term partner. I’m extremely grateful that David Krevitt reached out to me when he did or this paragraph would end here. Instead, after regaling you with my boring tale for many paragraphs now, I can finally share what we’ve been working on since last year. It’s called Technically 2.0. It’s all of the content you know and love, but built as a piece of software specifically aimed at helping people get more technical. No more newsletter – it’s a learning platform now, complete with reading lists, bookmarks, a dictionary, and guided learning tracks. Our goal was to make a Wikipedia kind of experience: click around to follow your curiosity on whatever software you’re learning about. You can sign up on the Technically site ( You’re going to have to pay for it, but if your experience is anything like that of the other thousands of people who already have, you won’t regret it. Enjoy the soothing sounds of David's voice as he walks you through it in the video below. It’s hard to say goodbye completely to something you’ve been doing every week for 5 years. Any readers with their own long running newsletters will understand the odd, para-social relationship you develop with your audience. So I’m going to keep publishing on Substack a little – monthly roundups of the new stuff we’re publishing on Technically 2.0, plus some good sponsored posts. So while the newsletter might be dead, it is also only just beginning (or something). Hope to see you on the other side, ~ ❤️ Justin

Jimmy Dore interviews RG911/AE911 - The Hard WTC Evidence - Official 9/11 Story COLLAPSING! Bringing Tens of Thousands of Newcomers to the 9/11 Truth | Watch along with them! — 45 Minutes Jimmy posted today our LIVE interview with him from the other day. He encouraged us to share all the evidence we could in our limited time with him - and we did! I was joined by structural engineer Kamal Obeid from Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth who addressed key issues including the impossibility of the free-fall collapse of World Trade Center Building 7. We addressed as many key points as we possibly could in the 45 minutes that we had: 1. The importance of the truth-telling that WI Senator Ron Johnson and former Congressman Curt Weldon are all about right now. Jimmy played excerpts of the Senator’s WTC comments on The Benny Show including “molten metal…controlled demolition…Calling Out Bravo 7 documentary.” We are making sure that the Senator has the solid body of evidence that will back up his historic efforts to get a real 9/11 investigation. We addressed these questions among many others on Jimmy Dore: 1. Why didn’t the American Institute of Architects issue even one bulletin on the catastrophic unprecedented destruction of 47-story World Trade Center Building 7 — the third worst structural failure in history? 2. Why didn’t NIST (National Institute of Standards & Technology) include in their 2004 report on the Twin Towers the 156 first responders who saw, heard, and experienced explosions? And many of them before the collapse of the towers? 3. Why did NIST persist with their theory that the top section crush the building section below while maintaining a near free-fall acceleration (when the top section was in fact destroyed in the first 3 seconds) — as if 90% of the steel gave no resistance whatsoever? 4. What caused the hundreds of laterally-ejected freely-flying 4-ton structural steel sections, at 80mph, landing 600 feet in every direction impaling themselves in skyscrapers all around them? 5. What cause the complete pulverization of 110 acre-sized concrete floors — 90,000 tons of concrete in each tower, and dispersed it from river to river across Lower Manhattan? 6. What was crushing the lower section of each tower, if the above steel and concrete, which was 2/3 of their weight, was NOT even available to crush it?! The above questions were just the beginning of the 7-dozen key points of forensic, video, and eyewitness testimony that we laid on Jimmy. Please let us know how you think we did. There’s always room for improvement. Learn more about the WTC evidence at We send out to YOU another huge thanks to those who funding our new PR professional who has already obtained a number of interviews for us in addition to the big one. They keep stacking up! Jeff Crouere on Ringside Politics / — 5/1/25 & 5/2/25 Jake Smith of — May 2 Carrie Abbott of — May 5 Mike Dakak of the — May 7 Jeff Rense / — 7pm Pacific, May 12 B. Cullum of The National Security Hour / America Out Loud Network — 11am Pacific, May 12 Quite Frankly Podcast / — 4pm Pacific, Monday May 19 We rely on YOUR support to continue reaching out to the millions every year who are getting the best 9/11 truth evidence available.
