I have never played an FPS on a controller in my life. Literally not 1 hour. Only thing I played on controller is adventure single player games and FIFA. After a horrible 2 days of XDefiant Ranked without Input Based Matchmaking (the best thing about XDefiant pubs) I took an Xbox controller and plugged it in to try in 3 TDM games. I had to see how this thing works. There's no way it sticks this F'n hard LMAO. Like I don't even know a good grip for controller, I play on default button layout and no paddles, don't know any tricks etc. There's no way I should be able to go positive KD yet I do. I can't imagine how easy it is for an even little experienced controller player against MnK. And people said AA isn't strong in this game, I can only imagine how bad it is in COD. Mark Rubin PATTYP we don't want AA nerfed, if controller players like it this hard, let them have it. However we NEED input based matchmaking for ranked. Some of us really don't care to stick to pubs, we need ranked. And against this there's no comp integrity. There's 2 clips in here where I accidentally killed another guy after the one I was aiming at because AA gifted me a snap to him. There's 2 clips of some poor mnk cleaner and an mnk echelon in THEIR ULTS losing to my AA. The only fitting song for this clip: WTF. Announcing DreamDojo: our open-source, interactive world model that takes robot motor controls and generates the future in pixels. No engine, no meshes, no hand-authored dynamics. It's Simulation 2.0. Time for robotics to take the bitter lesson pill. Real-world robot learning is bottlenecked by time, wear, safety, and resets. If we want Physical AI to move at pretraining speed, we need a simulator that adapts to pretraining scale with as little human engineering as possible. Our key insights: (1) human egocentric videos are a scalable source of first-person physics; (2) latent actions make them "robot-readable" across different hardware; (3) real-time inference unlocks live teleop, policy eval, and test-time planning *inside* a dream. We pre-train on 44K hours of human videos: cheap, abundant, and collected with zero robot-in-the-loop. Humans have already explored the combinatorics: we grasp, pour, fold, assemble, fail, retry—across cluttered scenes, shifting viewpoints, changing light, and hour-long task chains—at a scale no robot fleet could match. The missing piece: these videos have no action labels. So we introduce latent actions: a unified representation inferred directly from videos that captures "what changed between world states" without knowing the underlying hardware. This lets us train on any first-person video as if it came with motor commands attached. As a result, DreamDojo generalizes zero-shot to objects and environments never seen in any robot training set, because humans saw them first. Next, we post-train onto each robot to fit its specific hardware. Think of it as separating "how the world looks and behaves" from "how this particular robot actuates." The base model follows the general physical rules, then "snaps onto" the robot's unique mechanics. It's kind of like loading a new character and scene assets into Unreal Engine, but done through gradient descent and generalizes far beyond the post-training dataset. A world simulator is only useful if it runs fast enough to close the loop. We train a real-time version of DreamDojo that runs at 10 FPS, stable for over a minute of continuous rollout. This unlocks exciting possibilities: - Live teleoperation *inside* a dream. Connect a VR controller, stream actions into DreamDojo, and teleop a virtual robot in real time. We demo this on Unitree G1 with a PICO headset and one RTX 5090. - Policy evaluation. You can benchmark a policy checkpoint in DreamDojo instead of the real world. The simulated success rates strongly correlate with real-world results - accurate enough to rank checkpoints without burning a single motor. - Model-based planning. Sample multiple action proposals → simulate them all in parallel → pick the best future. Gains +17% real-world success out of the box on a fruit packing task. We open-source everything!! Soooo... if you haven't accidentally collided into them yet, lets talk about the GODDAMN CHAIN-LINK FENCES FROM HELL in our Grand Theft Auto 3 port to the Sega Dreamcast, which were not present in the PS2 original. We begin by examining these two side-by-side direct hardware captures. On the left is what will happen if you've been unfortunate enough to disturb one of these evil bastards.... The game becomes a slideshow until you move far enough away from them that they despawn. On the right is what it looks like after I FINALLY got that shit fixed, showing running the god-forsaken things over and sending them back to hell where they belong without a performance dip. This has been an issue we've known about since almost day 1, but we haven't been able to come up with a good solution for fixing it, because just ripping them out is totally not our style on this team... They were added to the PC version! Then to make matters more interesting, how does the REGTA3 port to the PLAYSTATION VITA perform upon hitting these fences? Like shit. Tanking to 14FPS! WTF!? ...Okay, so on the low-end, we got the PS2 featuring NO goddamn fences with a 300Mhz MIPS processor (plus a couple vector units that could've accelerated the math here), and on the high-end we have the PSVita choking and dying on them with a quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore... so... any other samples? Why, yes. What the hell does the original Xbox do in the middle-ground between the two, with its custom 733 MHz Intel Pentium III? OH, SOMETHING QUITE INTERESTING. There are fences present, but... They do NOT respond the same way to being disturbed. Like the REGTA3-based ports, and I believe the official PC port, the Xbox port does feature fences you can knock over by bashing into them; HOWEVER, unlike those two, the Xbox has settled on a compromise: chain links do not interact with one-another. They simply react to collisions with the player, so no domino effect from hell is produced through a collision response chain reaction. I wish these analysts were humble and self-aware enough about the limits of their knowledge to understand this, instead of constantly underrating Trump based on that single puzzle piece they happen to know. Trump may not possess high intellect, but he has remarkably strong intuition, sound judgment, and, in the end, genuine wisdom. Yes, thank you President Trump. The whole world owes you for standing virtually alone, side by side with Bibi, and saving the world from the evil of this regime. Video Walkthrough of My Daily Process: How I merge my Finviz screener, TradingView watchlists, and a 'Compression' screener to generate stalk & focused ideas. Here’s a quick walkthrough of how I generate my stalk/focused ideas—also shared exclusively with my X subscribers through a daily pre-market tweet condensed into a 5-minute reference. A breakdown of the process; 1. Tradingview as my based charting and watchlist management platform. It is tile next to my finviz web browser. 2. I have 13 preset screeners across both platforms , 9 in finviz (post-market to watchlist), 4 in tradingview (watchlist compression, pre-market gapper of stock & etf, watchlist RVOL sorted). Details of each screener are shared in Chapter 3 of You can also get direct Shared Screen access from 3. I copy each screened result from Finviz and paste it into its corresponding TradingView watchlist (e.g., “Hottest Stock” results go into the “Hottest Stock” watchlist). Erik Carell has built a Finviz API workaround that lets you import an entire screen directly into a TradingView watchlist. 4. Screened results aren’t usually actionable on their own, so I add an extra layer— “compression” screener within TradingView—and run it through each dedicated watchlist. This is what I refer to as a “screen within a screen.” My watchlists are color-coded to show which screener each stock came from—and to highlight when a name appears across multiple screeners (e.g.,🔴= Hottest Stock). 5. I review each name that passes the “compression” screener, evaluating them one by one on the chart to determine whether they qualify for my stalk/focused idea watchlist. The criteria I use are outlined in my “15 Hard Rules” in Chapter 6. 6. The same process is then applied at the ETF level, since TradingView separates its Stock and ETF screeners into two different sections. 7. On top of that, I manually review over 160 ETFs to track day-by-day price action/RS across industry groups (not shown in the video). The full workflow—including post-market study—takes at least 2 hours per session. The process flows as follows: Screening → Watchlist Management → Focus List Rebuild & Preparation → Qualitative Market Reading for Situational Awareness → Portfolio Stop Management (when needed). No single screener will ever capture every opportunity. To stay ahead of the market, you need unwavering dedication, discipline, and consistency. Eventually, the market rewards that effort with the strong, or trending moves. But first, you need a strategy and process that fits your lifestyle and is sustainable over the long term. [WATCH] MIGRATION, COMMUNITY TENSIONS AND THE THREATS AROUND 30 JUNE Nowhere is the first promise of the Freedom Charter — that South Africa belongs to all who live in it more sorely tested today than on the question of migration. We speak with compassion and with firmness, and above all in defence of the rule of law and the unity of our nation. Let us first place the facts before the public, because they are too often drowned out by noise and by those who profit from fear. Government is acting, and it is acting at scale. The Department of Home Affairs reports more than 110,000 deportations in the year to date, and the cancellation of some 2,000 fraudulently obtained study visas. Our police service and the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Migration report more than 40,000 arrests of undocumented persons this year, over 7,400 of them in the past month alone, and 143 persons arrested for inciting violence against foreign nationals. This is a State enforcing its laws, firmly and without apology. The repatriation of those with no lawful right to remain is being conducted in an orderly and humane manner. In KwaZulu-Natal, by the evening of the 20th of June, 4,907 Malawian nationals had been safely returned home from a single gathering point with women and children moved first. Hundreds more have been returned through the Mwanza border, and 980 of our neighbours were repatriated with dignity in a single convoy on the 11th of June. South Africa does not operate refugee camps, and we have no intention of creating them but nor will we abandon the principle that even those we return home are returned in safety and with their dignity intact. Our borders, too, are being made secure. The Border Management Authority is driving a R12.5 billion overhaul of six of our major ports of entry, deploying drones, modern surveillance and 5,500 additional officers along the borderline. The result is a hardening of our frontier and a sharp reduction in unlawful crossings: thousands attempting to cross illegally have been intercepted and turned back, smuggling syndicates have been disrupted, and the authority of the State has been restored mile by mile along our boundaries. We commend the BMA, the JCPS led by Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi for this work. The enforcement of immigration law is the work of the democratic State, and of the State alone. Having placed the facts before you, let us now speak plainly and politically because what is unfolding on some of our streets is not, at its heart, about immigration at all. We have seen this architecture before. In July 2021 our country was dragged to the very edge of the abyss by a co-ordinated assault dressed up as a grievance an organised attempt to render the country ungovernable and to challenge the authority of the democratic State itself. What we are witnessing now carries the same fingerprints. Unlawful immigration is being manipulated by new political formations a convenient cover by political formations whose real purpose is to manufacture chaos, to collapse the institutions of the State, and to engineer fear and unfair conditions on the very eve of our local government elections. There are formations in our politics that have embraced an open ethno-nationalism, and that have sought hijack the proud heritage of the amabutho and the sacred symbols of our people’s history, bending them to a reckless and destructive agenda. Let us be unequivocal: the amabutho are heritage institutions that we hold in the deepest admiration and respect they are the pride of our nation’s history, and they must never be abused or hijacked as a cover for nefarious and criminal acts.
