Has anyone else noticed how stupid doctors seem when treating active people? Their endocrinology and kinesiology knowledge goes out the window with healthy lifters. I once had a retired boomer doctor tell me whey and creatine weren’t safe because there’s “no quality control.”

Can I tell you how much my life changed when I started scheduling it around my cycle? This might be a tmi, but my goodness was a game changer. It's something I wish I had fully understood when I was younger. Has anyone else started doing this? Doctor or dentist appointments in the 10 days before my period? No.... Public outings with peopling 10 days after my period? 100% yes but 10 days before? Big no.
