Has anyone else noticed this ? It could just be motion blur but it doesn't happen when other people are walking by ONLY this individual. When I pause it frame by frame it looks like he's glitching out & there's a white glow around his feet when he walks....

I almost blew a gasket. Seriously yes Im strong enough to rack it. But it really annoys me when I observe a group of guys watching me lift and then when I could use a little help not one of them moves their feet. I cropped them out of the frame.
