Has social media led to oversimplified discourse in universities? The recent collapse of conversation in academic institutions is certainly very concerning. Full conversation with Adam Grant for the ReThinking podcast available at

It's very telling that the writer who has made a career oversimplifying history blames social media for a presumed lack of discourse in universities. People no longer willing to suffer Zionism and the Nakba that goes along with it is not a failure in discourse, it's a failure of a nation of entitled, genocidal, European colonialists who are unwilling to listen. When the listening stops, the attacks begin. That is the history, and it only goes back to 1920. Sorry, there's no sweeping Eon for you to master, just the picky details a decades-long political dispute over land between a native Palestinian population and a bunch of Colonialists assholes who happen to be Jewish. Take your criticism of college students denouncing Zionism and Israel and shove it up your ass where it belongs.

@AdamMGrant You will see a much broader range of opinions expressed on X than in your average university. People banned from speaking at universities, and the university elite that banned them, both speak freely on X.

@AdamMGrant I applaud the conversation moving out of universities so that people who are not in universities can participate in the conversation.

@AdamMGrant Now this one I can get behind. Yes it has. In every area of life, not just universities.

@AdamMGrant And we are being played!

@AdamMGrant It's not only social media. Xiyue Wang is a PhD candidate at Princeton, he said the history department is full of the victimized narrative, making him believe Iran regime is not evil. Thus He went to Iran for research despite of his US citizenship, and got arrested for 3 years.

@AdamMGrant Well it seems to be going exactly to you and your "Colleagues" plan for the world. Collapse, Transhumanism, Surveillance, and the rest of the plebs will be in a pod, inside meta on drugs. Sounds Great!? However more people then you expected said wait a minute here.. lol

@AdamMGrant Yes, social media IS very powerful. @elonmusk gifted the world w/a free & open public square when he purchased @X This is where you are more likely to find the TRUTH, where conversations are uncensored & thoughts& opinions r shared openly w/out interference.

@AdamMGrant It's in part age-old antisemitism, and in part dogmatic wokeism that considers Israel a colonial state. Social media have not created these phenomena, but spread them further and made them more acceptable to naive people. Wokeism is progressive only if you match their criteria.

@AdamMGrant Estoy empezando a pensar que las redes colapsan todo en general
