This is a 70y old lady had a syncope during Tawaf in Hajj. Transferred to the mobile cath lab in the Haram hospital in 10 minutes. Echo done immediately and revealed severe BAV and angio was normal coronary. Transferred same day to King Abdullah Medical City in Makkah. Next day got the TAVI and the day after went to Arafah to perform Hajj which was uneventful. We are setting a new benchmark in mass gathering medicine. I used to wonder, 'how do you heal a broken heart?' 💔 Then along came this tiny tornado named Kenji. One snowy backyard later: zoomies, tag, me dropping into fast downs like a pro, him yeeting off his snow mountain with the most ridiculous adorable play bow ever 🏔️🐶 He chews my ears like they're premium bully sticks, sits on my head like it's his personal throne, climbs all over me 24/7 like I'm a living jungle gym... and yeah, I tolerate every chaotic second of it. Because despite the tiny-monster energy? I love that little wrecking ball dearly. ❤️ Now? I'm up on the deck, front paws on the railing, looking out and feeling like yeah... my world's pretty darn good again. BTW, for those wondering, the issue I talked about earlier was with dbrand's Killswitch for Switch 2 grip. They are a sponsor of the channel. So people naturally have questions when they see videos like this (came from their reddit). Because I am NOT a normal customer, and instead being sponsored by them, I have the unique opportunity to talk to them directly about the issue. They just got back to me. Here is what I can share from our communication: "Yep, we’re definitely working on it. Ultimately, this is a manufacturing tolerance issue on the small lip that keeps the Joy-Con Grips attached to the Joy-Cons (some were a hair too thick). We’ve got a replacement program set up already, where anyone who is affected is able to email robotsdbrand.com with “July Joy-Cons” in the subject to be added to the list for replacement stock in July." So they are aware of it, and they did tell me they can replicate it with a small number of units from their run. I won't share the exact number of units that have this issue - it's quite tiny compared to their total manufacturing run - but they have confirmed there is a certain run of units that do indeed have this issue. They are offering free replacements to be shipped in July for those affected.

When it comes to new siblings the gulf between expectations and reality can be pretty stark. The reality is that newborns are often significantly less “fun” than billed to their toddler and preschool-aged siblings. Instead of an instant playmate and best friend, newborns require a great deal of parental care, energy, and attention. They mostly eat and sleep, which can be a bit of a letdown. I just love this new big brother, shared to IG by _jennapierce. He’s so enthusiastic… and ready for his newborn sibling to wake up and interact - even trying out the whole “got your nose” prank to get his attention (without avail). Rest assured, that time will come, little buddy! Parents can help to ease the transition by teaching siblings about newborn care and establishing realistic expectations from the get go. (“He’ll be so much fun to play with when he gets a little older, but at first he’s going to be very tiny and sleepy. We’ll need to be very gentle and you can help teach him how to talk! He won’t be ready to talk back at first, but he’s going to be listening very carefully.”) What a sweet moment to capture on video. These two are going to be best of friends.
