The Bondi Beach shooting was carried out by a father and son who had pledged allegiance to ISIS ABC reported this, citing investigators. An ISIS flag was found in the attackers’ car. 24-year-old Navid Akram had previously come to the attention of Australian security services over suspected links to an ISIS cell in Sydney. He is currently in critical condition. His father, 50-year-old Sajid Akram, was shot dead at the scene. Social media users are discussing the younger Akram’s apparent composure and training — video footage shows him firing continuously and with precision at unarmed people. The massacre was stopped by 43-year-old Ahmed al-Ahmed, a fruit shop owner and father of two: unarmed, he rushed the gunman and wrestled the pistol from his hands. The man was shot twice and is now in hospital, Bloomberg reports. U.S. billionaire Bill Ackman organized a fundraiser via GoFundMe. Around $690,000 has already been raised for the hero from the fruit shop, with Ackman himself donating $99,999. After the attack, unknown individuals dumped pig heads at a Muslim cemetery in Sydney, following the refusal of Islamic community leaders to bury the terrorists there. They said they do not consider the attackers to be true followers of Islam. In six minutes, the terrorists fired more than 100 shots. Sixteen people were killed. For your information, the Honourable Home Minister of India, Shri Amit Shah Ji, has already rushed to the spot, held high-level meetings, and initiated efforts to bring the situation under control. But this raises an important question about your role. For a long time, in your own state of West Bengal, radical jihadists have been relentlessly persecuting innocent Hindus in Murshidabad. Fleeing with their lives, many Hindus have been forced to abandon their homes, practically becoming refugees in their own land. Their possessions have been looted, and their homes set on fire. Despite witnessing these horrific atrocities against innocent Bengali Hindus, the police administration initially took no action. In fact, it was only after court intervention that central forces were deployed to stabilize the situation. Yet even after all this time, you have not visited Murshidabad, nor have you stood by the victims. From the highest administrative position in the state, the few comments you have made on the Hindu massacre in Murshidabad have left the persecuted Hindus of Bengal disheartened and increasingly anxious. If you think the Toronto Police are not infiltrated by Islamists, think again. This is officer Farhan Ali, who is involved in the Toronto Police hate crime unit. If you’ve noticed that hate crimes and antisemitism are on the rise while Toronto police don’t implement existing laws on Jihadists, maybe he can answer to that. He is working in Division 53. He hosted the first Iftar for people from Gaza in Toronto. Church and state, mosque and state, must be separated in Canada. Police must be neutral to all religions. Antisemitism is a real issue within the Toronto Police. In a video he posted of himself wearing a keffiyeh, he is reading a sentence from the Quran that refers to Prophet Muhammad saying, "Allah neutralized all the plots against you, including killing you and exiled you out of your city and allah is the smartest.” He also regularly participates in praying ceremonies of radical mosques in Toronto, East York. Maybe he is not the best fit for being in the hate crime unit, especially when antisemitism is at an all time high in Toronto.

The Australian government does not deserve our trust, or our respect. Today, Minister Penny Wong sat back in her chair grappling for words, desperately looking for the right lie to tell. It is worse than dishonest - it is an absolute lack of care. Penny Wong came to this country when she was 8 years old. She came to a country that afforded her the ability to become who she is, and she is now doing her part to destroy it. Back in the 70’s, when she came, Australia was a fair-minded place and a great place to be. Yet here she is... Here in Australia. Undermining our country and lying to our faces. Because she can’t tell the truth. Because if she did, it would destroy any semblance of care for Australia tied to her old party’s Labor brand. It would say the quiet part out loud. The truth. The truth that the Albanese government is more interested in the fortunes of the ISIS brides, women who chose to leave this country to go and fight against our people, than those of us that can’t find or afford a place to live here at home. I am tired of being told how to think by people that completely lack morals and couldn’t care less. People that are elected and paid to operate in the national interest but always put their twisted ethics and back pockets ahead of our nation and our people. I don’t know when Labor stopped caring about Australian workers or worse, when they started hating Australia, but they have and they do. The absolute lack of opposition, the lack of authentic choice has pushed us into a place where these absolute traitors to the interests of the people who pay them - goes entirely unchecked. We are careening out of control, unchecked migration, an energy grid that is just about to collapse, no industry to speak of, and no good reason to start or maintain a business in this place. It happened fast, but those of us who pay our taxes and take risks to make Australia a better place, are being undermined and white-anted by our politicians. The people we are forced to trust, and must pretend to respect, because they have the force of law on their side. Not because they are any good at their jobs. Not because they have earned our affection. No. Simply because they are in charge and there is little to nothing that can be done about it. It is becoming apparent that the two party system has outlived its useful life. Too much corruption, too many words too carefully chosen in a pantomime between to political forces that don’t really want to change anything. They just want to have their go, to have their turn to jam their grubby hands into the till. Surely with this major and catastrophic failure by the so-called Honourable Minister Senator Wong, the people will be able to see through the veil and into the absolute and irresponsible lack of care at the heart of this deceitful Labor government. They lie about everything, and they can, because they don’t have an opposition worthy of the title. I am growing more confident by the day that the only solution to our woes is a new political force, a fresh, Australia first force, that will act in the national interest and put all these corrupt and useless used-car salesmen red and blue in the dustbin of history. It can’t come soon enough. Time is short. I just want Australia back.

Listen carefully to what Kolkata Mayor Firhad Hakim is saying — the same man who once infamously called parts of Kolkata “Mini Pakistan” and openly harbours dreams of turning India into an Islamic state. DMK Ministers take great joy in belittling our brothers and sisters from Northern India, often forgetting our Tamil values and culture. DMK Minister Thiru Anbarasan avl is an 11th pass, has very poor Tamil proficiency, and is the Minister of MS&ME in TN Govt. Having intoxicated the younger populace of our state with unrestricted liquor sales and easy access to drugs, the DMK should be ashamed for demeaning the people who have filled in the labour deficit of our state. The NEP 2020 is not about Hindi like the previous educational policies released by the Congress party. It is about promoting all Indian languages, with emphasis on the mother tongue (Tamil) as a medium of instruction, and the opportunity for our government school students to learn a third language and foreign languages at the secondary level. The people of TN have realised this, and DMK should stop wasting their energy in spreading their defunct propaganda and spreading hatred.

Pakistan's oppression of occupied #Kashmir is worsening. As the world's attention is largely fixated on the war between Israel and Hamas in the Middle East, unrest has erupted in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir in South Asia. Tensions are rising in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) as the Pakistani government has been deploying troops from Punjab Province to suppress the imminent protests in the region due May 11. The protests aim to address the Kashmiri people's economic, social and political problems that Pakistan's government has failed to solve. The United Kashmir People's National Party (UKPNP) and the Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) have issued warnings to the government of Pakistan against the use of any force against protestors. The warnings have apparently been ignored as Pakistan mobilized its troops to the area, leading to more protests. AS claims the students were abducted by an "unidentified armed group" citing a report by BBC Amharic published yesterday titled "ገርበ ጉራቻ አካባቢ 100 የሚጠጉ ተማሪዎች በታጣቂዎች ታገቱ" (see link below). ♦️This claim however is misleading because the BBC Amharic article reports that witnesses implicated "Shene" militants (Amharic: ሸኔ; sometimes spelled "Shane" in English) which is short for Oromo Liberation Front Shene otherwise known as the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) which is a designated terrorist organization in Ethiopia. A simple search for the word "ሸኔ" in the BBC Amharic article shows it is mentioned three times in the Amharic article, and by utilizing the Google translate function a search of the word "Shene" returns two out of three mentions (the third mention is not translated properly). In addition, several other outlets such as Tikvah Ethiopia (on their Telegram page) and East African Review have reported the story implicating OLA militants.
