Hate speech laws are counter-productive. They are also profoundly illiberal. They've damaged the UK and we don't want the same. I asked the European Commission to drop threatened proceedings against Ireland and hate speech laws.

“Hate speech laws” = antiwhite censorship. It's about intimidating White people into silence as our homelands are White-erased due to mass importation of nonwhites. The antiwhite agenda.

Everybody knows it’s about solidifying a EU wide legal apparatus into the future to deal with, and discourage, any descent from the establishment view of the day. Everything else around that point is window dressing

Like the plot to a dystopian movie, New York will now monitor social media writings, collect data, and use law enforcement to crack down on any expression it deems to be hate speech.

And Ireland has hate speech legislation which sufficiently deals with this type of crime. It was heavily debated at the time... well said.

This is a deal breaker to leave the EU. BTW, the directive was issued in 2008 , nearly twenty years ago, and the Irish government is satisfied that existing laws suffice. The existing laws should be up for repeal given how vile they are.

The Constitution of #Ireland must not be violated on a mere whim, by a bogus 'alliance' like the '#EU'! #FreeSpeech or #Irexit #exEUnt

1. Curtailment of #FreeSpeech invariably spawns subversion. 2. Nobody does subversion better than the Irish. #Irexit #exEUnt

Michael, ask Ursula why the ECJ says her excuse for hiding her WhatsApp messages isn’t plausible, that’s them calling her a liar. On what planet does she think she’s fit to judge speech, when the highest court in the land doesn’t even believe her? This is a very dark cloud hanging over her.
