Fresh Wash cloth each time. 1 minimum, 2 ideally (face/head and rest of body). Get all the crevices, ears, behind ears, and cleaning your booty area last! I swear we need some kind of standard hygiene video as part of education.

A loofah is not only meant to help scrub and lather the soap onto your body, but it's also used for exfoliation during showers.

No luffas a disgusting a rag does better considering they are machine washable. Luffas over time get all sprts of germs on them and you cant really clean it you have to throw it out and buy a new one which just makes uneeded waste.

I use washcloths, I feel disgusted to touch a loofah

TBH, i''ll never use these bacterial nest. PPL need to realise a thing you let wet for a long time like these, are no good. Same with ppl washing dishes with a sponge. shower: I use my hand and scrubs, washing dishes: a nylon brush x)

You can use your hands with soap. it's not wrong. The loofah just makes it way quicker and easier because it can hold more soap than your hands can. Plus it scrubs which feels nice and removes more dirt and dead skin.
