It’s easy for us to be filled with guilt and shame when we continually battle with sin- but that is from the enemy! We have to remember we have been forgiven. We will always struggle with sin, and God knows that- His grace covers us! He is PROUD of us for going to war with our sin- not being friends with it. As we grow in our relationship with Christ, our shortcomings and our sin will become glaringly obvious- but that’s apart of the process. Repent, learn from your mistakes, and try again tomorrow. When we align our hearts and minds towards the will of God, we cannot lose.

We do not need to spill our blood. This is not our fight. Our fight is for our people, not to get roped into yet another pointless, costly, squabble in the middle east. A decade ago, the govt lied to us and said we needed to go to Iraq and Afghanistan in the interest of national security. But our nation wasnt made more secure. It has become more dangerous for our people because the real threat that no govt will address is immigration. We lost hundreds of good men and women and saw countless more maimed and/or mentally crippled by their injuries. That was the price we paid, for essentially nothing. Nothing got better, it only got worse. We should never pay such a price, for the benefit of others, ever again. Dont be gas lit. Dont be distracted. Stay focussed on our people.
