I questioned representatives from AHPRA regarding their heavy-handed and unjustified actions against Dr Amos, an academic psychiatrist from North Queensland. On 26 February 2026, the Medical Board of Australia slapped immediate restrictions on Dr Amos's medical registration, banning him from patient contact and social media commentary on gender. This move was triggered by just four complaints (three were anonymous and none were from patients) concerning three X posts — one questioning whether trans identification can be differentiated from psychosis and another using biological pronouns during an exchange. When I pressed Mr Untersteiner on what specific parts of those posts allegedly posed a "serious risk to public health and safety" to justify an immediate action order, he hid behind confidentiality provisions and refused to discuss individual cases. Even with support from Senator Henderson challenging their secrecy, the agency repeatedly dodged direct questions. When I asked Dr Orchard whether a health practitioner has the right to refer to biological sex, or if doing so constitutes discrimination, they hid behind vague codes of conduct and social media guidelines instead of giving a straight answer. AHPRA claims they only intervene when debate crosses into hate or discrimination, yet they couldn't provide a clear set of guidelines defining what they actually consider "misinformation." I questioned their process of issuing severe penalties before facts are even established or investigations conducted, ultimately destroying doctors' careers over anonymous complaints and standard public commentary.

Police in India have allegedly seized 100,000 forged certificates from 22 universities, with 1 million plus likely used for jobs abroad. I warned about this in August (and asked questions during October Estimates) — 23,000 foreign students in Australia were found with 'purchased' degrees, many in aged care and early childhood. I asked Minister Watt if he’d deport those who committed this fraud. All I got was waffling and gaslighting. The Albanese Government is refusing to act, even though these are clear visa breaches. During my second session with AHPRA, I asked their representatives about their neutrality, bureaucratic overreach and entanglement with radical ideological and political advocacy groups. When I asked whether AHPRA caseworkers even possess the basic competence to distinguish between a psychoanalytic view of psychosis and a genuine psychotic disorder, or whether they're weaponising ignorance to take unwarranted action against doctors, he could not provide an answer and took it on notice. More importantly, I am extremely concerned about AHPRA’s institutional alignment with politicised organisations such as ACON and its Pride in Diversity program, including their active membership and participation in the Australian Workplace Equality Index. Despite admitting that no formal assessment has ever been conducted to evaluate whether these ideological partnerships create actual or perceived conflicts of interest, Mr Untersteiner hid behind procedural bureaucracy and evasive talking points. When asked how AHPRA can possibly claim to be an independent, unbiased regulator while paying to participate in programs designed to push progressive inclusion agendas, they dodged my questions, basically admitting they have no defence for the exorbitant legal costs hardworking Australian doctors face when forced to defend themselves against unaccountable regulators. The media tried to smear me to weaken One Nation and they failed. Their pile-on was nothing more than a distraction from the truth now spilling out in the United States. Anthony Fauci's — a primary face of the federal COVID-19 response in the US — own dairies and phone records expose the lies, the cover-ups, and the man-made origins of COVID. These documents show exactly what I've been saying for years. COVID was engineered, the public was misled, early treatments were suppressed, and the injections were pushed despite known failures and risks. While the media called me a "conspiracy theorist", Nobel-willing scientists and US defence officials were confirming the same facts. Every Australian was lied to, jabbed or unjabbed. Every one of us! This is why we need a full royal commission into COVID. No more cover-ups. No more corporate influence over public health. Justice for those harmed and accountability for those who orchestrated this scandal.

More incompetence from the Albanese Labor Government. Taxpayer-funded diesel shipments are sitting idle off Australia's coast due to a lack of storage facilities, with costs reaching up to $90,000 per vessel per day. This cost will ultimately be passed onto YOU at the fuel station. The Fuel Commissioner has had 5 months to solve this problem and has failed ✖️ Successive Liberal and Labor governments have destroyed our domestic refineries and storage facilities over the decades, leaving us vulnerable. One Nation will prioritise new Australian fuel refineries from the private sector to secure our nation's fuel independence and provide for Australians.

The Albanese Government has turned New Zealand into a back door for Australian citizenship. Under Labor's 2023 changes, anyone who gets NZ citizenship, even if they weren't born there, can come to Australia on a 444 visa, stay indefinitely, and become an Australia citizen after four years without ever becoming a permanent resident or passing our points test. When I pressed the department on how many people become permanent residents without passing the points test, they took the question on notice. The response is staggering. Only 29% of permanent visas granted in 2025-26 to 31 March 2026, were points-tested. That means 71% of people gaining permanent residency, and eventually citizenship, never sat the points test at all. Even New Zealand's Foreign Minister has warned his country is being used as a stepping stone. Yet when I raised these concerns, the Minister tried to spin migration numbers to mislead Australians, ignoring the truth that Morrison raised immigration after COVID, and Albanese then drove it two records high, followed by a slight dip he now claims is a "cut". He fails to mention the latest year is another record. Australians deserve honesty. This government created a back-door pathway that undermines our citizenship standards and disrespects migrants who did the right thing, followed the rules, and passed the points test. The Minister needs to stop playing games with the numbers and start serving the Australian people. One Nation will immediately deny permanent residency and citizenship to anyone who fails the points test.

I seemed to have upset my colleagues when I questioned why more than half a million dollars was being spent on a grant exploring “Indigenous connections to outer space” and whether Aboriginal people “cared for other plants.” How do such projects help Australians who are living in tents, skipping meals, or struggling to pay rent? While people are hurting, the Labor government is spending $1 billion a year on grants like this. Taxpayers deserve to know why.

We MUST protect the Australian culture from mass migration and multiculturalism.

A One Nation would take immediate action to restore our living standards, ease cost of living pressures and get our economy back on track. - Cut mass immigration. - Slash government overspending and wasteful spending. - Abolish the climate change department. Axe net zero and exit Paris. - Cut red, green, black and blue tape that is standing in the way of our sovereignty. It’s time to back Australian industries, cut unnecessary regulations and put Australians first!

The Greens have shown their true colours with calls to nationalise essential services, a pipe dream that our economy simply cannot afford. Government-run industries and state-owned supermarkets sound like a fantasy, yet we all know that when politicians try to control everything, everyday Australians pay the price through total government overreach, inefficiency, and incompetence. Imagine if you will a Greens-run government supermarket: no plastic packaging (bring your own bags and scoop out your purchase), Aboriginal Australians would shop first, then migrants with brown skin — Senator Faruqi's description, not mine — then gay and bi folk, then men dressed as women, followed by actual women, and then straight white men last, if anything is left. The shelves will carry only brown onions (white onions are cancelled), staff are color-coded by hair dye, green in produce, blue in cleaning aisle, and meat rations are down to one lamb chop or one cockroach per week, WEF-style. And the store is only open for 20 minutes on Friday morning because employees are absent on paid leave for everything from stress to gender reassignments to union meetings, or annual leave from having leave. Not to mention – working from home. If this sounds ridiculous, that’s because extreme government control always is! We’ve already seen the disastrous results of trying to nationalise the energy market under the guise of saving the planet: skyrocketing bills and sheer incompetence. The private sector belongs in business; government belongs in governance. One Nation supports strategic public infrastructure, like rail and a government owned bank, to ensure a fair go for everyday Australians. One Nation will always stand against extreme, far-left overreach.

"Economists back in One Nation’s tobacco tax slash" — Financial Review headline. "One Nation to cut tobacco tax to smash organised crime." Australians are over the violence. Fire bombings, shootings, extortion and killings linked to the illegal tobacco trade have spiralled out of control. Organised crime is running rampant while tobacconists are destroyed. Sometimes taking neighbouring stores with them. ➡️ 80% of nicotine consumed in 2025 came from illicit sources (ABS estimates). ➡️ 40% surge in total consumption between 2017 and 2025. ➡️ $12.6 billion in excise revenue collapsed to $3.6 billion (from 2022–23 to this financial year). It's time to restore the rule of law and send the black market packing. This isn't about encouraging smoking — it's about dismantling organised crime. And we don't blame Australians for buying illegal tobacco, we blame a government that turned their back while criminals built a multibillion-dollar empire. At the same time, we will focus on: ➡️ Stronger border enforcement and faster closures of illegal tobacco shops. ➡️ Tougher penalties for traffickers and criminals. ➡️ Seizure of criminal assets and unexplained wealth.

The Australian government is using the UN refugee visa program to intentionally bring radical Islam into our country. 25,000 migrants arrived under the UN refugee program last year, the vast majority coming from Muslim countries. Applications from Christian refugees in Nigeria and South Africa, as well as Syrian Alawites, were excluded. The president of the Australian National Imams Council, Shadi Alsuleiman (and mentor to Wisam Haddad, the ISIS cell leader who radicalised the Bondi terrorist Naveed Akram) released a video in which he promises that "Islam will enter every home in Australia." Australians have a legitimate reason to fear the current government's immigration policies.

I questioned Commissioner Kiss, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner of the Human Rights Commission regarding her comments warning against right-wing parties following the One Nation win in Farrer. She said that she did not recall making any such statements. 🤔 Moving on, I directed my questioning toward the "Aboriginal industry," raising concerns that allocated funds are being consumed by middlemen, bureaucrats and activists rather than reaching impoverished Indigenous Australians. Following interventions from the Chair, I asked about crime statistics and accountability within communities. I then pressed the issue with the Minister representing the Government on the effectiveness of their spending and closing the gap. As for an acceptable answer- crickets 🦗🦗🦗

The UK recently completed a trial of a carbon credit system that sets a daily allowance for each person—in effect, a limit on your ability to purchase food, clothing, goods, and travel as you have always done. The limit has been set at 20kg of carbon emissions per day, with food restricted to 2600g. Food manufacturers are cooperating by adding a carbon statement on their packaging to inform consumers how much of their allowance each product consumes. For example, a packet of cheese accounts for 1100g—almost half of your daily carbon allowance. Different foods have varying carbon rates. Root vegetables like potatoes and carrots are relatively low, while red meat incurs the highest charge – so high, in fact, that if you were to spend your entire daily food carbon allowance on red meat, it would buy you 30g of steak—just one mouthful. You may recall I mentioned this in a speech some time ago and was fact-checked. Well, fact-check this! Net zero is supported by the Liberal Party, the Labor Party, and the Nationals. Only One Nation stands firm in defending our agricultural sector from this insane push to control the food supply and hollow out the bush.

For 60 years, it has been illegal to pay a woman less than a man for the same job. Yet the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) continues to release "gender pay gap" reports that refuse to compare like-for-like roles. They use raw averages that ignore the reality of human choice, i.e. the fact that many women choose to prioritise family and motherhood over "climbing the corporate ladder" or working 80-hour weeks. This isn't about equality; it’s a globalist agenda using flawed statistics to devalue the family unit and sow division between men and women. We need facts, not manufactured grievances. It’s time to stop the spin and start respecting the choices Australian families actually make.
