Have you ever walked by a store and asked yourself, how the hell does this store stay in business when I never see anyone shopping at that store?

Funny thing, you'll notice a lot of the mattress stores will have a luxury car, lambo or Porsche out front at times. I've see this in multiple states.

Tire shops. In Mesa, AZ there are so many tire shops that nobody goes to. Had a cop that was a patient and he said they're money laundering shops for the cartel.

I can see where some of their properties might be a land grab situation. But how do you explain the stores in small towns? I think they are used for multiple covers: money laundering, land grabs, trafficking drugs, etc. I think the cartel is one of their biggest customers.

Well, I went in JCPenney‘s and it took me almost 15 minutes to find anybody that could help me. My first thought was the CEO is at home making $33 million a year and he’s hurting the bottom line so bad that they can’t afford to pay anybody and they can’t afford to keep staff and then they’ll say that they closed because there was so much theft. Well, when you stand in line at a cash register for 20 minutes because they’ve got the cashiers cleaning the bathrooms and they don’t even know you’re there. People just walk out with the shit but you get my point Vanguard Black rock owns almost everything and they pay their CEOs to kill the brand quite often to eliminate competition. That’s just one of the practices.

I’ve had this same thought for YEARS!

Come to Oregon, I live in Medford and we have a car-wash on every corner, well maybe not every corner but close enough!

I was at the mall yesterday in Ocala Fl and I was telling my wife this very same thing!!!! Malls are (I think) the biggest scams… I saw this nail salon with leather chairs,a tub to wash the feet, and there were like 10 chairs!!! The place empty and 5 Chinese ladies inside… also another 2 store were ghost shops too…

People have no idea how large money laundry operations are , from specific national banks to major fast food chains all set up and ran on cartel money. Most Canadains have no idea the majority of the major cities infrastructure is now 100 percent crime money as in for real crime

I always thought they were intel fronts or ZOG laundry shell companies

I’d add daycares to that list of scams, too. With the decline in birth rates, are there really that many children to fill them all? They’re popping up like daisies.

The @Fat_Electrician solved this!!!! No big mystery 👆👆👆👆👆😊😊👆👆

I travel the interstates often and wonder how big hotels away from large cities could possibly do much business. And I’ve stopped at some and have been turned away bc of no vacancies. Not possible.

Ryan you said in your commentary to give the creator a follow, but he isn’t identified anywhere?

No Ryan, I havent "been walking through a mall, in 25 or 30 years

Here in Ireland we have a similar problem, it turns out that the truck drivers are bringing the mattresses into the country from overseas but they also bring in drugs to the country, the mattresses are just a front to hide the drugs in transit and the shop is to wash the money.

In woodfield mall there are many such shops that stay open for years. Definitely shells of some kind. They rent though. Prime real estate rent too. Would love to know what that’s about.

So you jacked the mattress video without even crediting or tagging the guy, and compared it to something completely different where stores don’t own real estate, got it.

I drove past a mattress store just today and asked myself this very question!!!!!

Omg! We have a three Mattress stores near me! Never have I ever seen a car in the parking lot! Every store around them has closed but it’s still standing! Strange !

Some of those stores in the mall are wild and not profitable at all yet they stay open for years. Now that’s basically all that’s left.

In the Sacramento Airport there is a store with hideous purses 👛. I've never even seen a woman carry such a purse. I never see anyone in there

There's an 'art gallery' by my place (Seattle) which is only open for a few hours, twice per week. Never any traffic. Windows papered over. Not exactly 'art' in the sense of paying the bills for that place. If it doesn't go under quickly, it's a front. How do others not see it

Ivanka had a shop on Madison Ave. that was always empty. Does that make sense to you?

There’s and entire shopping center near me ,it’s really nice but nobody is ever there

It’s like a lot of the Mexican restaurants, laundromat, etc. etc. it’s money laundering I would guess for drug money

Mexican ice cream shops every 5 blocks in white neighborhoods on the SOUTH SIDE of Chicago. Mexican Cartel front

I’ve also wondered about all of the stores in some airports. Charlotte, Detroit, Chicago just to name a few. They are all mini malls. As Ryan says, who buys this stuff? No way these stores are profitable on their own sales.

Oh and side note McDonalds only calls themselves a real estate company because McDonalds purchases the site for the restaurant and the franchisee agrees to lease the property from McDonald’s. So McDonalds makes money regardless if the site makes sales or not.

Wouldnt surprise me if those airport stores have ties to human trafficking.

Now that you say it, I just realized that I’ve never walked into a mattress store in my life. My current mattresses were ordered online, not from these brand name companies and I imagine that others buy their mattresses in the same way.

They get 30 years leases…hold until the real estate is worth the profit. Then collect.

Def time to investigate this they are always on the best lots and property

People really should pay better attention to the cost of production and what they pay! Not really worth it to buy hardly anything. The greed is DISGUSTING.

Its called a front brother
