Unless you have polycythemia vera with elevated platelets, you don’t need “therapeutic phlebotomy.” Testosterone increases red blood cells thru improved oxygenation. That’s the point. Do cardio. Stop panicking.

More red blood cells means more viscous blood. You're not pumping blood anymore, you're pumping oil. Now add left ventricular hypertrophy. Aunty Esther is trending because Jehovah’s Witnesses have changed the draconian 1961 rule on blood transfusions, 9 months after the trader’s death. — But it’s still not what you think. For example, someone who has lost a lot of blood may primarily need red blood cells, while someone with a clotting problem may only need plasma or platelets. — Good update. They may have to receive them separately rather than simply take a unit of whole blood; which can technically, be described as a whole blood unit, but the transfusion process differs. This, of course, is just a technical interpretation, as the Sept. 18th announcement is nuanced. Aunty Esther Mensah, 38, died on December 27, 2025, after a months-long battle with breast cancer. She had refused blood transfusions proposed as part of her treatment, in accordance with her faith, despite Twitter NG donating ₦30 million towards her treatment. 3-months later, JW reoriented is 9m+ members that blood transfusion is allowed, but it has to be your own stored blood. This blood transfusion policy was introduced in 1945 by the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society. But it didn’t forbid blood transfusions, until 1950’s when the church banned it totally and then 1961 when they officially made blood transfusion a punishable offense. — disfellowship, ostracism, expulsion from the church. But apparently revised it in the 2000 WatchTower. Now twitter is wondering if Aunty Esther’s fate would have been different if this adjustment was made earlier. The organization is the largest single provider of blood in the U.S., and they now have less than a one-day supply of type O-positive blood. In a press release, the Red Cross said extreme heat, poor air quality and widespread foodborne illnesses are all contributing to a four-year summer low for blood donations. The last time the American Red Cross declared a national blood supply crisis was in January 2022 during the COVID pandemic. Sage and I traveled to Switzerland to undergo blood filtration and I wanted to share it with you guys. The procedure itself was completely painless, and every step was monitored with an EEG, heart monitor, and continuous blood pressure tracking. What fascinated me most was seeing my blood before and after the treatment. Before, many of my red blood cells were stacked together in what's called rouleaux formation, which is commonly seen in venous blood. After the filtration, they appeared much more separated, giving each cell more surface area to exchange oxygen, remove waste, and interact with its environment. It's important to remember that looking at blood under a microscope isn't a standalone diagnostic tool, and you can't judge your overall health from a single image alone. But seeing the changes firsthand was an incredible experience and sparked some fascinating conversations about blood health, circulation, and recovery. Would you ever try something like this?

This is the most evil thing I have ever witnessed to happen to humanity! I just tested Lyndsey’s (@HouseLyndsey) blood and there’s tons of hydrogel in it. This woman is a nurse and put her life on the line by being around sick people daily, and even took the vaccine to be able to continue to do so. Her red blood cells are very inflamed and also have spikes on them. This is not healthy blood. This is Nuremberg 2.0. I have done something with Lindsey’s approval and will be testing her blood again in a few hours. If this turns out well, we are going to offer this to everyone. I’ll update in a few hours. Prayers for lindsey and all people who got the vaccine. 🙏
