Opened for Metallica in Philly, crowd gave them a hard time. Ian got pissed and jumped in the crowd. Bad idea for them to have chairs on the floor cuz it turned into a shitshow. Had a pile of chairs piled up on the floor. Fucking nuts

Yes, saw them New Year's Eve of 1991.✅️ They are one of my all-time favorite bands, but they were NOT good on this night. IAN was likely intoxicated as the bottles were up on the stage and though the energy was good, the actual singing was poor🫤 However, the opening act, a relatively new and young LENNY KRAVITZ, was amazing and really impressed me!👍

I've seen probably seen close to 3/4 of the acts I've really wanted to see over the years since the late 60's, but sadly Ian, Billy, and their band are in that group I haven't seen. But there's still hope, I caught a couple bands I hadn't seen before just last year.
