Have you tried the new Chipotle hack yet?

Your tortillas are gummy and your tortilla chips are always stale. The two Chipotle near me are constantly running out of ingredients and everyone's attitude is lousy. It used to be a good meal option, but it's not worth the hassle anymore.

People did this because you were making such skimpy burritos. Now you compensated by making the bowls skimpy too, and advertising this old solution as a false new value proposition.
