We have, by far, the best setup for rain. We have many days a year here, on the east side of Hawaii island, that rival hurricane events in Florida. And it isn't even a big deal. It's just Hilo 😂

A potentially catastrophic Flash Flood Emergency is now active near Beaumont, Texas, where 20+ IN of rain has already fallen from the storm’s slow-moving rainbands. We are witnessing a textbook Brown Ocean Effect take place this morning.
