I've discovered I can't really post what I truly feel about these people, or else I get my account restricted. None of these people have ever served on a jury before or ever taken it seriously. A jury of your peers is NOT a group unanimous decision! I'll be interested to know whether the holdout has legal recourse against the defense counsel as well as the other jurors. I don't want to see any of these people inside a jury box ever again

Based off what clancy supporters have said, no one can listen to the 9 women on the jury. They were a mass of hormones. Therefore, it was a 2 -1 decision, although I have to wonder if the two "men" that voted not guilty by reason of insanity weren't hormonal as well.
