I went on a 25 mile hike with 4k vert. Everything was good until we started to go down, then with every step it felt like the inside of my knee was on fire. Any tips to not run into that issue again?

How interesting. In the PRI school of thought, the "limited" left hip extension would be considered a good thing. It fascinates me how different schools of thoughts can have such stark differences in opinion.
