He is not wrong... The Digital Rust Belt: Inside Ohio’s Billion-Dollar Data Center Speculation Wave "Whether it’s 16 data centers or 6 data centers there’s always '200 jobs'. Why? It’s enough jobs to look beneficial but not too many to break your school system"

Data centers don't create permanent jobs. They are warehouses full of computers running 24/7.

China can build their data centers in the ocean. Why can't we?

It's not 'just data'. It's the muscle for the total control digital prison. It needs to be huge because it's going to control all your transactions, health decisions, travel, and speech. Oh, and they're going to build an asset tokenization system so they can steal all your stuff.

And they omit they are mostly temporary jobs (like construction). They are now dictating job availability at levels "never seen before". All part of their plan, I'm sure.

AI is a scam They are literally just building crypto miners & calling them AI data centers 100% chance they will claim they need to also mine crypto to stay profitable & pay the bills Down the line we will all know these are crypto mining centers that are now in ur neighborhood

There has been a real failure of AI to produce revenue. The more they spend at this time the more will be lost.

@IDidndoThat The Ai centers should be regulated & be built in abandoned mines like in Europe so their need for cooling is taken care of & doesnt raise prices for electricity 4 American citizens.

Buildings with servers have been around for 20 years. It was called off-premise. Every building has electricity. It seems like a replay of the fracking scare.

Spoken like a true bot...

There shouldn’t be any tax abatements for these to things… all the push back there should be tax incentives for communities that actually end up puting them in their municipalities 🤷why don’t they make these companies offer incentives to the towns and let them compete that way. They gotta be built somewhere🤷if these greedy boards and selectman or whatever the local office may be, some down trodden local economies may actually benefit from an influx of cash right away when they break ground no?

We have more data centers than the next 15 combined do. So enough with the “it’s a race”. I’m sure there’s plenty crimes going on.

What? Data centers provide a substantial amount of tax revenue to the area they're in. More then any working folks there pay. They literally would've stuffed their school system with gold. Do you not think data centers get taxed? You guys are so stupid.

Subsidies = tax abatement

Abatement isn't permanent. You're throwing out random numbers. The guy in the video is Carl Setzer. He's organized and attended multiple meetings. He's advocated against them in Shalersville and Perry, we'll look at Perry Township. They have a PILOT program in place which basically increases the townships revenue by 2-3x. Some things it's being used for: Fire District Ambulance, Lee Lydic Park improvement, Village Department Cruiser, Perry Township Park Improvements, Perry Missing in Action Memorial, Fire district, Senior center, Salvation Army, Local Food Pantry. All broken down with numbers. This is in addition to the 75% abatement purely for property taxes, which then falls off to 0% in 15 years. Currently the land pays 0 property taxes. Crazy how it still took me 30 minutes with AI to breakdown your nonsense because you just threw out random garbage.

PILOT programs don’t mean squat…because until they have real results, they are just a controlled MODEL which could just as well fail. Careful what you wish for.

Lol, the one I'm looking at is giving $7.4m worth of benefits to a township that has $474k in revenue per year. That's one project. At least attempt to look into what you're talking about. Nothing you said besides 'nuh uh' even makes sense.

For people who don’t know, a closed-loop system uses water as the medium to exchange the heat from inside of the building where the GPUs are to outside of the building to be dissipated. The piping loop has a fixed amount of water and it is not lost by evaporation. An open-loop system also uses water as the medium to exchange the heat from inside of the building to the outside of the building. The big difference is once it goes outside it goes into an cooling tower through a series of trays with powerful fans blowing across it. The warm water evaporates and dissipates the heat. The big difference here is that in an open loop system you’re constantly losing water due to evaporation. Large amounts of water have to be fed in to make up for the lost water. Open loop system is a much cheaper way to cool but it consumes more water than a closed loop system which is less efficient than an open loop system

Sell your souls for 10 years of low wages. Pathetic

I’m just here so I can play this video again one day. Confidence in your own stupidity is a helluva drug.

👆

Yes! I've been saying this. I'm less worried about the data centers than the cleanup of the data centers. Data centers will be short lived, they need to be bonded.

Just like when they said some of our work is moving to China or NAFTA it would be good for workers it's good for wall street Jews when bank bail out because they were building factors in China if it's good for them it will be bad for Americans

IT'S A FRAUD, A PONZI.

And Data Centers will only last about 4 years.

It’s a silicon prison in the making. Designed to feed the macho and starve the people 🥲

"200 jobs" = "200 more indians"

Perfectly communicated.

The 10 year bond is a good idea

this guy for president

Who is this guy? He’s great

🫡✊️🎓🌎😎

Until I see AI take one job of one worker, dont believe crap. Corps laying off thousands haven't replaced anyone Engineers spent the annual budget in 3 mos on AI tokens..thr Corp pulled back use.. NO CORP WILL FRONT LOAD A DECADE OF CODE for ROI that might never reap profits

We are only gonna stick it in a little bit…. This is fucking the last thing they can steal.

That hair though.

I'm just confused why the public should be paying for private equity bonds, or is he saying that those bonds are sureed up by private?

Well said

He is 💯wrong

He's a smart guy he don't think of himself all the time he thinking about us and people average people remember we made average people politicians they know more than house n****** that got a little favor but the thing about the house n**** the slaves did not vote them in

@agnostoxxx @eliant_capital interesting perspective 🤔

Ohio! Ai data center wake up thread! #NoTechnocracy #Agenda2030
