there should be a law that says English is our national language because I’m so sick and tired of all these immigrants online and in person saying that America doesn’t have a national language I’m over it because you know damn well we do all of our signage on our freeways/roads are in English. All of our schools are in English so they can go fuck themselves.

I’m Latina, 1st generation and not once did my parents get on food stamps, etc. My parents came to this country legally and made it! I grew up in the poorest part of my city yet each year we traveled to Mexico and always visited a Mexican beach like Acapulco. My point is the majority of my neighbors lived off of government support and always wondered how we did it. My parents worked hard and saved. Now on the H1B Ive worked mostly I. The semiconductor industry. HR only hired from elite universities and when there was a shortage they hired H1B’s. Definitely eager to work, very bright and the salary was the same. H1B does not mean less salary. It’s going to take a whole generation to change our education system and challenge kids in schools. Until then keep H1B opened to do business as is…. But do track H1B’s in the USA and seek where the demand requires it. Go to universities and teach that shortage. Stop getting butt hurt people! That’s a problem today also. Geez!

This definitely needs to happen - English should be made our National Language. Think of ALL the $$ we could save in printing all these forms in different languages.
