This is absolute nonsense. No one has just one thought in their head at any given time. There is a word for isolating a task. It's called "prioritizing". The word exists because this is normal for EVERYONE. This is just another "We're special because we're different" and "my neurodivergence is a superpower" video. This explains nothing about the distinction of ADHD and this idiot is just going to convince more gullible people that they have ADHD.

I doubt most neurotypicals don’t experience this either, it’s just amplified in ADHD inviduals to such an extent that it warrants a diagnosis

What is described as a disease is nothing more than a indolent brain that works too fast, hiding behind the nonsense of ADHD instead of developing methods. As someone who has spent their childhood thinking about many things at once and experiencing this chaos in their mind since the age of four, my advice to you is that you need to put as much effort into organizing data as you do into processing it. #ADHD #

Except, ADHD people get more done than neurotypical people. As an ADHD person watching a neurotypical person, it's like watching flies fuck. Slow and sloppy. It's amazing they can accomplish anything at all. I can do in a day what it would take a neurotypical person to do in 2 weeks.

I’ve got this but when I am hyperfixated on a task I’m unstoppable so I wouldn’t change it

But what he describes is what happens normally (at least that's what I think). So... ADHD are normal people? Sorry, just asking, because the term "ADHD" is not commonly heard in my society.

Take the big pen, and a piece of paper. Write each thought down on the paper. Work through the list of thoughts and action. This is how we deal with life ADHD or not.

Clear and crisp explainer. I find I do better since ultra simplifying life. Less considerations, tasks to manage. Fewer choices to make. Limited social interactions, and only w ppl I find enjoyable & easy to be with.

I doubt that many people at all are like the neurotypical he describes. Perhaps those people are the real divergents

I do think of multiple things at the same time but I refuse to believe it's ADHD. I do procrastinate a lot though, but still I don't think it's ADHD.

Absolute rubbish. The "ADHD Brain" is normal. Its how a normal brain functions. The single thought brain is the low IQ retard brain.

No sorry does not add up. Everyone and I mean everyone have more than one thought at a time. Everyone has numerous thoughts at the same time, constantly. Me typing this and thinking I've got 5 others things I'll do once I've done this. It doesn't mean I'm not doing any of them

In those cases, you need to develop a speedy categorisation system, where you determine time for task, prioritise, decide what can be done, start, trim it down half way through and don't get overstimulated or too excited by doing said tasks. And you might make it 😏🤣

There are many ways to experience ADHD, but some of us get so little dopamine in our brains from living in this world and find it boring. Our refuge then becomes the Holy Spirit, where the true Inner Life comes from.
