I think the problem is that even after dealing with problems I don’t end up feeling relieved or accomplished. I just feel shitty for taking so long to deal with them and even worse aboht the fact that they’re just going to keep coming back around again and again until I die. The immediate feeling of being overwhelmed subsides a bit but the general anxiety of being overwhelmed by life doesn’t go away with any amount of hard work alone.
