This is absolute nonsense. No one has just one thought in their head at any given time. There is a word for isolating a task. It's called "prioritizing". The word exists because this is normal for EVERYONE. This is just another "We're special because we're different" and "my neurodivergence is a superpower" video. This explains nothing about the distinction of ADHD and this idiot is just going to convince more gullible people that they have ADHD.

What is described as a disease is nothing more than a indolent brain that works too fast, hiding behind the nonsense of ADHD instead of developing methods. As someone who has spent their childhood thinking about many things at once and experiencing this chaos in their mind since the age of four, my advice to you is that you need to put as much effort into organizing data as you do into processing it. #ADHD #

Except, ADHD people get more done than neurotypical people. As an ADHD person watching a neurotypical person, it's like watching flies fuck. Slow and sloppy. It's amazing they can accomplish anything at all. I can do in a day what it would take a neurotypical person to do in 2 weeks.

Take the big pen, and a piece of paper. Write each thought down on the paper. Work through the list of thoughts and action. This is how we deal with life ADHD or not.

Clear and crisp explainer. I find I do better since ultra simplifying life. Less considerations, tasks to manage. Fewer choices to make. Limited social interactions, and only w ppl I find enjoyable & easy to be with.

I do think of multiple things at the same time but I refuse to believe it's ADHD. I do procrastinate a lot though, but still I don't think it's ADHD.

In those cases, you need to develop a speedy categorisation system, where you determine time for task, prioritise, decide what can be done, start, trim it down half way through and don't get overstimulated or too excited by doing said tasks. And you might make it 😏🤣
