On his drive to the station as he was transporting her, the two of them were flirting with each other. Inevitably the officer pulled off the road and climbed in the backseat with this woman to mess around. He messed up because he locked himself in the back with the woman and another officer had to come get him out. He re-enacts how he claims he got locked in the car with her at the end. Needless to say he is no longer with the department.

The dog was on a very long leash, with the woman standing several feet away. He turned around to talk to the dog owner, and they argued. So who is at fault? Should the dog owner have had her dog on a shorter leash? She had to have heard him coming. I believe bikes are supposed to yield to pedestrians legally, but it almost seemed like she was just waiting for him.
