Come for the hilarious interaction between Xander Schauffele and Doug Ferguson. Stay for the great answer about the trend of removing trees from historic golf courses. "When I hear certain designers saying, I'm going to restore this course to 1915, I'm like, Well, it probably takes a good hundred years for a nice tree to grow, just to take it out, just to say it was where it was before. "I think people keep talking about distance and how the game is played, but just put a bunch of trees on a course -- I think Hilton Head is a good example. Do I like Hilton Head? Not really. But it's hard. It's kind of crazy, if you look at the winning score at Hilton Head and the winning score at Doral, one's called Hilton Head, and one's called the Blue monster. You're like I think the winning score at Miami is lower. It's just funny when you kind of look at it in that sense."

Dolly Parton says turning 80 is something to celebrate for her, not fear. “People say, ‘Well, you’re going to be 80 years old.’” “I said, ‘Well, so what? Look at all I’ve done in 80 years. I feel like I’m just getting started.’ I know that sounds silly, but I think there’s a lot to be said about age. If you allow yourself to get old, you will.” “People ask, ‘How come you don’t seem to get old?’ I say, ‘Because I ain’t got time to get old. I don’t dwell on that.’” “I think, ‘I’m going to be 80, and that’s something to celebrate.’ I’ve done so much in that time, and I’m still doing it. I’m grateful for that.” “I don’t know what I’ll be doing tomorrow. New things will come. I’m open to God every day, and whatever comes, I’ll give it my best.”

Don’t get pissed at me for what I’m about to say. But sometimes I think my son might be dumb as shit. Who cuts a lawn and goes up and down a hill. I’ve told him for years that you go side to side. Just proves my point that none of my kids will ever listen to me.

Steph De Lander confirmed to us that she's still a free agent. “Right now I am still a free agent. I find myself here every so often. But I think that’ll change pretty soon. I’m not gonna speak on behalf of anyone else. I’m really enjoying what I’m doing and where I’m at. It’s not like I’m out here clawing for the next opportunity. I am in a great opportunity. So I’m going to rock with that for where I’m at and see where that leads me. But for technicality purposes right now, still a free agent."

ROSALÍA talks about how grateful she is for MOTOMAMI and everything it brought her: “I’m grateful. I like it. I really do. It was fun. I’m happy that it exists, that it’s there, you know? That I can always look back at that moment and think: ‘Okay, that existed, that happened, and once again, I was able to materialize that moment.’ And it connected me with so many people. It truly helped me connect with so many people around the world. It’s crazy — I think there was a before and after for me with this album, Motomami. I think, in general, it was a very explosive moment. It was an expansive moment. A beautiful moment. I felt so much openness within myself. I was able to experience so much in so many different ways.

I’m #crying 😭 Honestly very healing to see a neutral observer from outside of twitter look at this situation and absolutely belittle it for how stupid it is. (Also I’m really glad he said all that at the end cuz I think it’s a big problem that should really have more attention)

Kristen Bell says taking photos with fans in front of her kids ruins their upbringing. “I don’t take pictures with anyone because I don’t think my children deserve an upbringing where I’m stopping to talk to strangers.” “They don’t really know that people worship us. They think it’s just for the work, and I’m happy to keep it that way.” “Lincoln goes, ‘Daddy, do people listen for you or Monica?’ He said, ‘Because I’m famous.’ She goes, ‘Wait you’re famous?’ He said, ‘Why do you think people stop me and Mommy to take pictures?’ And she goes, ‘Whoa Mommy’s famous?’”

Aaron Donald says he walked away from $30,000,000 guaranteed because he wasn’t willing to take it without the drive to earn it “I’m a guy that train all year round. I’m not a guy that, I might take a week off after the season’s over, and I’m in the weight room. I’m training again. So it’s non-stop work for me. It’s a lot that go into it that the world don’t get to see. A lot of people don’t see it. And it’s like you get exhausted after a while.” “And I don’t got the urge to go through 17 games again. I just don’t got the urge to play football, and it’s a disservice to me to just go out there for a check.” “This amount of money on the table, I can just get that and be done, and just get by. That’s not the way I’m built. That’s not the way I am. And I can’t disrespect the game, because it did so much good for me.”

AOC The other issue that I have with people saying that, “Oh, you’re doing this too late. You should have done this a long time ago.” Don’t you think a lot of people would have? This cost the amount of a used car. When you are young, you are broke. That’s like rolling up to a 25-year-old and saying, “Why don’t you buy a house?” How can you even tell someone or chastise someone about the timing in which they do this when health insurance doesn’t even cover it? It’s not even a financial option for people at a younger age. I’m doing this at 36 because I can afford it, and I have saved for it, and my biology is compatible with it, and I want to. So be mad.

🐻: If I were to fall for a man. I feel that people who are smaller (in size) are cute and endearing. No, I mean... I’m being serious. I’m really saying that... I think people who appear smaller are really adorable. There are no limitations. There really are no rules. And I’ve once felt something good toward a male friend. But there wasn’t anything sexual about it. It’s not like I consciously stopped and thought, 'I have to like men. I feel like there really isn’t a label for it. If we feel good and feel at ease when we're with them, then it’s okay. 🎤 After seeing this clip, if anyone tries to ship us... “ can’t hear properly sorry” 🐻: It’s not something we can stop. Lamar Jackson says he watched friends chase fast money while he was playing the long game and counting how many years it would take him to reach the NFL “I’m seeing my friends who I was growing up with who I was playing football with… Just throw their life away for fast money and stuff like that. They used to tell me ‘Oh, you talk too much’. Because I used to always speak about football and positivity stuff. They didn’t want to hear that.” “Now it’s like… They’d rather hear it now because I’m Lamar Jackson. But I’ve been speaking about it. Everybody just wasn’t listening. I was already seeing what was going on. I wish we could go back in time and y’all could see what I was seeing. Because I always looked at life like, I counted years.” “Like I would think… ‘How many years does it take to get to the league?’ They’re saying… ‘You do three years in college.’ I said… ‘I’m doing three years.’ I’m not doing four. I’m not trying to go fifth year. I’m doing three years because I’m going to make sure my family is good.” “If you’re coming from a place like where I come from, don’t try to be like the guys around you. Don’t look up to the stuff that looks like it’s fun… Because sometimes it gets you in trouble.” “It’s sacrificing. ‘Man, I can’t have fun right now. I’ve got to get my family right. I can’t do this right now. I can’t mess up.’ Forget the fast money. I’ve got to think about longevity.” “You can get locked up and do five years for $1,000. That money gone. It’s gone. You’re like… ‘Man, I just did that for $1,000…’ And I could have waited five years and I would’ve had $10 million.” “That’s why I’m where I’m at right now. That’s how I used to think. My mom working… She’s busting her behind. It’s me, my brother and my two sisters at home. I’m the oldest…” “So I’ve got to make sure everybody right. And it’s like… Man, I can’t wait, but I’ve got to wait. That’s the sacrifice. I’ve got to be patient. People don’t look at it like that. It’s like… ‘Man, I need that money right now.’ But you don’t need that money right now. Just wait.”

Christian McCaffrey says watching his wife give birth gave him a newfound level of respect for women “That was gnarly. I have such a newfound respect for women and my wife for what they go through during that process. I remember thinking to myself, I’m here. I’ve got to dial in. I’ve got to look at it. I’ve got to see and understand what they’re going through.” “As somebody who’s had surgeries, it’s an intense deal. I looked over the curtain and just paused. She’s like, ‘How is it?’ She’s shaking and I’m like, ‘It’s fine. They’re doing a great job. You can’t even tell.’” “Meanwhile, my heart rate just went to like 200. She was such a trooper. It’s crazy to think that you go through something that traumatic right into taking care of another human and having to provide for another human in every single way.” “You don’t really get time to heal yourself from all that stuff. Definitely a newfound respect.”

Caitlin on what she learned through injury this season: “I think when I get a few years down here in my career, I think this is a moment and a season I’ll look back on and be like, this why I am who I am today… It was hard sitting on the bench, I’m not going to lie, but I think it taught myself how to be a really good leader and how to be a really good teammate… when you’re on the sidelines and you don’t have your jersey on, you can observe and really learn about people… how can I show up every single day and pour into them and be there for them… but also going forward down the road, if I have a teammate that’s injured… I know I will always show up for them and be there for them and check in on them, because it is an incredibly isolating thing, and you don’t realize that until you go through it… I think all of that is probably what I’ve leaned most.” 🎥: Tony East

Zara Larsson answers what was the key to getting out of the Khia Asylum. “I’ve always known I’m a cool girl. I think my taste is good or fun, it’s my taste. I like what I do. I just need to express it to the world so they can understand. And now I feel like I have, and people connect with it because I’m just being true to myself. But I kind of feel like I don’t like when people say that they’re a flop. I don’t say that, you know what I mean? Don’t manifest it. No, because it doesn’t matter, what even is that, you know?

TUCKER CARLSON: “How can world governments kill more than 10 million people and leave some large undetermined number disabled for life? And not say a word about it. Not apologize. Not work to fix it. Not work to make the families whole. I mean, just leave it by the side of the road like a corpse and keep marching. I don’t understand that. How can that happen? They won’t talk to me. Nobody wants to know. They don’t want to know the truth. It’s like autism in this country. You know, autism has been around for a very long time. And we’ve known from the statistics that vaccines cause autism. It’s the leading cause of autism. Now, can we even get a discussion about that?” TUCKER CARLSON: “May I? May I ask you to pause that? I mean, the statement you just made is verboten. I mean, no person who wanted to say work at the Atlantic magazine or who takes the New York Times on a daily basis would ever say something like that because you’re not allowed to say that. Tell us why you say that?” STEVE KIRSCH: “Because it’s true. I’ve collected my own data just independently, to look at, at the connection between vaccines and autism. And it’s amazing. I had over 10,000 parents, tell me about their kids. And I said, hey, tell me about your kids. Tell me how many vaccines they got, and tell me if they have autism. Tell me if they have ADHD. You know, just tell me about your kids. Tell me about the medical conditions. And tell me about how many shots they get. And it’s a straight line. The more shots you get, the more likely you are to get autism. And it’s the same thing for ADHD. It’s the same thing for PANDAS. It’s the same thing for autoimmune diseases. I mean that it is basically the more shots you get, the less healthy the kids are.”

New #Browns HC Todd Monken with a great message: "I think you have to hold the players accountable for what they say their dreams and aspirations are. ... And all you’re doing is holding them to their goals and aspirations, like people did for me. I am who I am because my parents did that for me. They didn’t do that to me — they did that for me. ... I think everybody likes honesty until they don’t like what’s said to them honestly. And I’m the same way — I’m no different. I like being stroked in a good way. I don’t like the other side of it. But that’s how I’ve gotten a lot better. And the people that love you the most, they’re going to be honest with you."

I read the whole Book of Mormon, but I didn’t get a strong feeling that the book is true. I now spoke with people at church, and they said I don’t have to get that strong feeling to know it’s true for sure in order to be baptized. I really want to believe it’s true, and that’s enough they say. I’m excited!

I now spoke with people at church, and they said I don’t have to get that strong feeling to know it’s true for sure in order to be baptized. I really want to believe it’s true, and that’s enough they say. I’m excited!
