I try to connect the dots. In my opinion, the Elohim were from an earlier civilization that survived the catastrophe with their technology (what ever that was). Adam and Eve were their "creations" which were simply genetically modified humans from other humans that were already present. The few others who also survived the catastrophe. This part is clear because they bred with others outside of this "Garden of Eden." But there is an entity far above them all. It's the God of Christ. And it's not the same as the god of the Jews.

I can relay that Elohim means magistrates and angels of the Most High God. אֱלֹהִים gods in the ordinary sense; but specifically used (in the plural thus, especially with the article) of the supreme God; occasionally applied by way of deference to magistrates; and sometimes as a superlative: - angels, X exceeding, God (gods) (-dess, -ly), X (very) great, judges, X mighty. It appears 2601 times for the word God. These are fallen angels. Believe it or not, when you study the Greek, Jesus tells us that the magistrates made male and female. The verse is Matthew 19:4. I get called Gnostic and a heretic when I state this, and this is why the Bible has been translated so poorly in purpose to deceive people. Mat 19:4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, The word "beginning" in Greek is ἀρχή (properly abstract) a commencement, or (concrete) chief (in various applications of order, time, place or rank): - beginning, corner, (at the, the) first (estate), magistrate, power, principality, principle, rule. It appears in the KJV 58 times and is used for the word in the beginning. This is gross mistranslation. When you look at the Egyotian pyramids, all of them have their gods as kings with wings . So Elohim could easily be referring to a group of beings.
