Of these 1.2 lakh cadets, around 40% are girls. The NCC is the largest uniformed youth volunteer organisation in the world. If the Election Commission of India and the Central Forces are removed from the West Bengal Assembly elections factor, the results of the West Bengal Assembly elections would be absolutely upside down...
