Senator @tedcruz: "Did you investigate in any way shape or form these allegations?" FBI Deputy Director Abbate refuses to answer. Cruz: "So you're not going to say whether you did your job?" Abbate: "We do our job to the very best of our ability." Cruz: "Well not here! You're not answering a single question to the American people. And you may think this is esoteric, I promise you millions of Americans are concerned. You know who isn't concerned? Not a single Senate Democrat. We're going to go through this whole hearing, not one Democrat will ask a question about this. You know who else isn't concerned? The corporate media who is joining with the Democrats in covering up this evidence!"

@tedcruz The FBI is not in the Constitution. Congress created it and can reorganize or even abolish it. Congress needs to reassert their authority.

@PatriotPure @tedcruz Can’t he be held in contempt of Congress? When a Senator ask the Question and he fails to answer about a crime, then he should resign.

@tedcruz The FBI would say in 2 seconds if they had anything on President Trump. Why we allow them to play these games is beyond me.

Reminder That Absolutely Nothing Has Come From The FBI Admitting On The Record A Document Exists Showing Joe Biden Took A $5 Million Dollar Bribe But They Can’t Release The Information Because The Whistleblower Would Be Killed Josh Hawley: You just started to answer Senator Blackburn's question that not releasing the 1023 are talking about as a matter of life and death question of life and death you said. Explain. FBI: It is potentially a question of life or death for whom regard to the source of the information Josh Hawley: So okay. So now we've confirmed that the document exists. That's progress because the FBI director initially denied that it exists. Why did he do that? FBI: We have already and previously acknowledged the existence of the documents. Josh Hawley: Yeah. After you first denied it. Now when a member of this committee read it Right. The FBI let's just get the record straight. The FBI director initially said it doesn't exist. Josh Hawley: —Why don't you just release it? Is it classified? FBI: The document is not classified. Josh Hawley: K. Will you commit to releasing it? FBI: Senator, we'll take that back, and we will work with you and this committee. Josh Hawley: How about just a yes or no? Will you commit to releasing this unclassified document that alleges that the president of the United States, The president of the United States has taken $5,000,000 or more in bribes from a foreign nation. FBI: The document has already been released Pursuant to a subpoena to the House Oversight Committee Josh Hawley: Has it been released to this committee? FBI: Work with this committee within the parameters that are established Josh Hawley: To me will you release the document to the public? It's unclassified. Don't you think the American people have a right to see it? FBI: Uh, senator, the document, as you know, contains sensitive information That has bearing on the life of the source of the information, potentially.

.Ted Cruz hitting the bullseye during Pam Bondi’s AG confirmation hearing: “I thought the exchange just a moment ago with Senator Hirono was illustrative. She asked you how you would respond if the President asked you to target his political enemies. It's rather striking, because it's not a hypothetical. It has happened over the last four years and I think perhaps the most tragic legacy of the Biden-Harris administration has been the politicization and the weaponization of the United States Department of Justice and we don't need to ask hypothetically, because Joe Biden publicly mused and allowed The New York Times to report it, calling on Merrick Garland, ‘why will he not prosecute Trump more quickly?’ And Merrick Garland, sadly, he sat in that chair and promised to be apolitical, and he broke that promise almost the instant he walked into the Department of Justice. If you look on the west pediment of the Supreme Court of the United States, just above the entrance, there's a simple yet profound forward phrase, ‘Equal justice under law.’ We have seen, over the last four years, a Department of Justice that systematically targeted the political opponents of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and that systematically protected his friends and allies and it is tragic to see the loss of confidence in the American people in the Department of Justice and in the FBI. I would note I don't think there's an institution in America who has lost more respect from the American people than the FBI has in the last four years. That is a grotesque violation of the obligation of the Department of Justice and the FBI...I want to be clear for folks at home, I don't want a Republican Department of Justice. I don't want a Democrat Department of Justice. I want a Department of Justice that follows the damn law, and I think the American people do too. That shouldn't be too much to expect.”

VP VANCE PREDICTED: PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET ANGRY, AND RIGHTFULLY SO "This stuff we can and we should prosecute, and I'm just telling you, this is going to be a real problem, and the people are going to get really pissed at Senate Republicans if we don't have the U.S. attorneys on the ground to actually achieve justice. People are going to get angry, and rightfully so." If you want justice, you've got to empower the President of the United States to actually appoint the officers of justice all over the country. The Democrats are stalling that, and we're going to wake up in a couple of years, if we don't have more U.S. attorneys approved, if we don't have more judges approved, we're going to wake up in a couple of years and realize that we've done a lot of great work at the Trump administration, but justice is not being meted out as it should be because we don't have the people on the ground. That is a big problem, and I know that's somewhat unrelated to Arctic Frost, but it actually is related to Arctic Frost, because you cannot get the justice for the people who are targeted by the Biden administration unless we've got good people, especially in these U.S. attorneys offices, and that's something we've got to pay attention to over the next year. Spying on President Trump, prosecuting him, investigating senators, congressmen, and congressmen who are just aligned with the President of the United States some of this stuff is going to get covered by statute of limitations, but some of this stuff we can and we should prosecute, and I'm just telling you, this is going to be a real problem, and the people who watch your show are going to get really pissed at Senate Republicans, excuse my language, if we don't have the U.S. attorneys on the ground to actually achieve justice, people are going to get angry, and rightfully so.
