To clarify the 5 Billion Naira Allocation for Palliative to various states of the Country, Plateau State Government has received 2 Billion which includes a 52% grant component and 48% loan component. Part of the 5 billion Naira, we have been mandated to use 1 billion Naira to buy rice locally. This is to ensure that money circulates within the local economy. Along with the allocation, 3,000 bags of rice was received and has been shared to the Local Governments and I want to pledge my honor that not a single kobo of the 5 billion Naira will be misused. We have also set up a committee which will advice the Government on possible palliative options which we will look at so that it covers the wide spectrum of the society. We will be looking at issues like improving the bursary of our students, getting fertilizers at a subsidized rate for our farmers and all the other components we can look at within the constraint of the resources at our disposal. By the Grace of God, we will do this responsibly.

Until we see a change, Israel will have to be the country that controls security west of the Jordan. Under the Trump plan originally we were supposed to annex the main populated areas by Israelis. Trump: I will not be abandoning the farmers. We are strong on the borders and for the farmers and others in the hotel industry. We have similar situations and Kristi and I will be working with the states and we will work something where the farmers and be responsible. They have had people around for 10 or 15 years and they know them well, we will put them responsible, and issue a form of card or documents and the farmer will be responsible for these people. They will not have citizenship but they will be working and paying taxes. We need to get our farmers the people they need or else the farmers will not be able to do their land. It was tried when there was a very strong guy, and he got everybody out, and every farm almost in the country but every farm in California or Iowa went bankrupt and they had nobody to work and we do not want that situation. We will put our farmers and others in charge of the people that they have under them. They know the people and it will work out well. We will take care of our farmer but to get the criminals out. The Peace Formula, security issues, our joint capabilities to protect the principles and goals of the UN Charter, to protect nations from aggression. I called on the leaders and states of Africa to participate in the Global Peace Summit we are preparing. Ukraine will be heard all over the world, and we will involve the whole world in the implementation of the Peace Formula.
