It doesn’t make him any less innocent…no one deserves to be shot and killed for what took place a few days ago. Also, the Star Tribune has posted another video along with a statement from the Pretti family attorney confirming the incident. Hello TeamYouTube , my most watched (6M+ views) 3 year old youtube video of original Minecraft gameplay got community guidelines warning for gambling and external links. This was definitely a mistake because I checked the entire video and the video only contains gameplay footage recorded by me. Description contains links to my own social media and a popular game server hosting website. Still my appeal was denied within seconds. There is option to edit the video in Youtube Studio to trim/blur problematic part. But, the part which was referred as problematic in the video contains is just normal conversation with my fellow creators within the game(video attached) so removing it makes no sense. I request to take another review as it is affecting me that my most popular video got taken down due to a mistake. Link to the video:

Karen is a material witness, subject to deposition, in her ongoing legal matters. Mr. Doherty last night made the suggestion that she be murdered in order to interfere with and obstruct the current lawsuit. This is perhaps the most egregious form of witness intimidation possible, and if I were Karen Read I would be demanding he be charged immediately. It's noteworthy that Plevin, who claims to value civility, did nothing to admonish Mr. Doherty. He says he only took the video off of YouTube and not his other social media accounts, because he didn't want to risk losing advertising revenue via demonetization.
