Child abuser Kate Peter showed up to court today in Dedham despite having a stay away order against her preventing her from being near me. She lives nowhere near Dedham. She also violated an order that Lauren Murray has on her. You can see in this video she is giving Lauren the finger and yelling things at her. Ms Peter is currently out on bail for several charges. She has been reported to Dedham Police and could have her bail revoked.

Here is today's Kate Peter felony Witness Intimidation hearing as to Lauren Murray in full. A new special prosecutor was assigned, Kate got owned by Lindsey outside of court and couldn't look Lindsey in the eye, and we'll be back on January 26th, 2026, for Kate's next hearing. Kate allegedly told Lauren to take her life while Lauren had an active court order against Kate preventing any contact of any kind. Kate's lawyer was not available today and that was the reason for the further date. Here is the in court towel camera plus three towel press conferences (including the epic showdown between Lindsey and Kate that had the world talking about Lindsey just bodying people who abused her trust and helped abrian Tully leak Lindsey's unredacted phone extraction).

Victim Lauren Murray broke down in tears of solace when she heard the news (as Kate was only seconds away from that plea deal being accepted without Lauren even having a victim's advocate present in the courthouse, or the opportunity to speak to the potentially conflicted Norfolk ADA). Lauren, in fact, could not even bring herself to be in the courtroom as the plea was rejected. Instead, Timma delivered the news to Lauren on the front steps, and in that moment Lauren said only; "Really?!? I just want [Kate] to be held accountable for what she has done," before more tears, and a slight smile of solace, crossed Murray's eyes. Kate, for her part, had no comment on Brian Tully leaking Lindsey Gaetani's cellphone extraction to help Jen McCabe and Kate had no comment about whether he deeply intertwined ties with the Norfolk DA's office had come back to hurt her on Friday. As I was trying to walk towards Karen Read supporters today Kate Peter was standing in my path as I crossed the crosswalk. I have a HPO on her in addition to a stay away order that was imposed as a result of felony witness intimidation charges filed against her in which I am the victim. The Dedham Sgt told me that she didn’t have to leave because she was there first, and that I should take the longer route to avoid her. This is not how orders work. On February 26 I was charged by Dedham Police with violating an order after the fake victim showed up to a Read hearing for the first time, and forced me to leave, despite the fact that I was there first. Lauren Murray was also there today and she also has an order against Kate, which Kate is being charged with violating. On July 11 Kate showed up at my hearing in Dedham and yelled “kill yourself” directly at Lauren, on video. Officer Scott Poro has not charged her and is not returning emails and phone calls from the victim. Why are the Dedham Police protecting this woman, who is being charged with multiple crimes in multiple counties, and who lost 2 of her children due to years of abuse? Why is she getting special privileges? Why is she allowed to violate court orders again and again?
