I’m sure this is not the first time you’ve heard this, so here’s a friendly reminder: Comparison will rob you blind if you let it!! You’ll start looking left and right so much that you lose sight of what God has already placed in front of you, and more importantly, inside of you. You weren’t called to run their race. You were equipped to run yours. Look up. Stay focused. Stay faithful. You are a blessed original, 1 of 1. Trust that God’s timing for your life is perfect, even if it looks different than someone else’s. Eyes forward. Purpose locked in. Let’s go. For those who find themselves weary and walking alone… You have been set apart for a purpose greater than yourself. This comes with a weight that most will never have to carry. You hear things others do not.. You see things others cannot.. You will try to explain things, but they will look at you as if speaking another language. That feeling you get that you don’t belong, that is God working within you to take you somewhere else. It’s not that something is wrong with you, it’s that God has placed something within you that requires separation. God sometimes has to break you in order to prepare you for the next season in your life. And when you finally get to the place where God has been leading you, you will look back and realize that God was always in control… Can I get an amen?
