Disagree. HEV can induce chronic hepatitis in immuno compromised patients.

Yes - mainly after liver transplant 👍⚠️

To summarize that in the form of this picture probably took 60 hours.🤔 When I had to learn the different types with their characteristics for the first time, I also had to invest many hours several times.😂

Awesome! 🙌🏾 Not too sure of bottle water though 😅

HANDWRITING is flawless 😍

HEVE G3/4 could develop a chronic form in immunocompromised patients, especially in the context of SOT.

Keith, didn’t get a reply on #IDtwitter and #Pedstwitter, so asking you. Do you know why newborns are vaccinated against HBV, although transmission is mostly sexual or blood/fluid/organ borne. Can’t we wait until later in life for HBV vax? Also paging @Sthanu5 TIA

@Sthanu5 Hep B infection follows a different disease course in children vs adults Adults: 5% chronic hepatitis (with risks of cirrhosis / HCC), 95% acute (with spontaneous seroconversion) Children: 95% chronic, 5% acute Therefore makes sense to vaccinate children

Now that is super, thanks. I wish we had more information presented like this. Again thanks.

@GetVideoBotOld @DownVideoBot please do your thing thanks nice one DR Keith thanks.
