Pretty valid point here. We passed the "Affordable" Care Act a decade ago and yet they keep coming back asking for more and more money. Does it feel like they pass things that have the opposite effect of what they name them just to funnel money? Or is it just me?

Ella Emhoff, stepdaughter of former Vice President Kamala Harris, from 16 December last year: "...I'm just sitting here crocheting, waiting for a friend, and I was just listening to this podcast that The Wall Street Journal put out about SSRIs and anti-anxiety meds and kind of the over-prescription of them in America. "And it was making me think a lot because I've been on SSRIs for over a decade, almost fifteen years probably, and they were calling out the lack of research on long-term use of these things. "They were calling out the lack of information that doctors give about coming off of these meds and kind of the psychological effects they can have. "And it really got me thinking how little I've thought about that, naively, obviously. "But I've noticed that every time I've gone off of it for a week or missed it or for whatever reason, like, it has been really hard for me, and I've had a really hard time. "And I guess this is just something I was wondering if you guys have thought about or relate to or kind of consider when you're thinking about going on meds like that. "Because I don't know if this is something that I feel like is being talked about enough because I feel like so many of us are on these meds, and this is, like, actually happening. "Like, people get off of them, and they kind of break down, and it can be really bad. So yeah, I guess I just want your general thoughts."

Does anyone else get infuriated that our MSM and the Demonrats want America to lose the war with Iran🤬? How about this…. does anyone feel like we are in a Holy War and Civil War🤔? I’ve been saying that same statement on here for 7 YEARS👊. Welcome to the War🇺🇸

🐿: when i feel your presence the mosf is always when i'm at my lowest or when i have something on my mind or when i really want to talk seriously. i feel it every time then. because there's probably not a single worry of mine that you don't know. 🐖🐇: you told me a lot 🐿: honestly, the most serious worries i've ever had in my life, i've told you about all of them at least once. so you probably know me the best. your presence always feels big.

Does it all seem a little bit too perfectly written to anyone else? Does anyone else look back at the ten years of Donald Trump from 2015 to 2025 and feel like they might have been watching a long and carefully written piece of theatre? The outsider called to the action - the public humiliation - the impossible rise - the fall and the exile - the near death, the blood, the raised fist - the return of the King. Every emotional beat landed exactly where a master storyteller would have put it. Millions of us who still believed in reality, order, and justice were given a protagonist who suffered for the same things we cared about, and we invested everything. It was just too clean. Too complete. Too perfectly paced to be by accident. I’m starting to think the audience was the real target the whole time. Is anybody else angry about that?

Who else thinks that ending wasn't fair Kriti should have ended up with Shahid.? Some people just aren't replaceable. They become a part of your soul. not just your story. Is it just me, or you guys feel the same? 👀 #Cocktail2

I’m curious. Do you feel if you order something in a restaurant, and don’t like it, should you have to pay for it or should they take it off the bill? Very interested in responses here…

Kibi delivered her baby today and is spending time alone on the high rock. She seems calm and healthy, which is wonderful to see. I wish both mom and baby good health and happiness. ❤️🥹 For the first time, I'm more focused on the mom than the baby. Since Kibi was rumored to be Punch's mother, whether she really is or not, I'm wishing her all the best and hoping she stays healthy and strong. ❤️❤️❤️ Punch has a younger sibling now! 😊 I hope Kibi lets him meet and play with the new baby in the near future. ☺️☺️🐒💕 #kibi #newmom #ichikawazoo

Training is not only about looking better. It teaches you discipline, patience, and how to keep showing up even when you don’t feel like it. A healthy life is built the same way...one good choice at a time. What are you training today??

Rick Rubin describes how the same creative aesthetic is present in everything he does: “You're at Shangri-La and you walk through the space and you see it doesn't feel like other places you've been. It has the same aesthetic as the records I make, or the things that I work on, or things that I buy.” “It’s the same aesthetic. It’s all fitting into a [creative] worldview.” ——— And then Rick and I tied this to the same creative personality type you see in every field: David: “I've had my first podcast for a decade. And it started out just me reading biographies of people that build businesses. But over time I realized it’s the same personality type: The artist, the entrepreneur, the filmmaker, the musician. I've done podcasts on all of these kind of people and I don't see any distinction between them.” Rick: “It's the same. It’s the same. It's all the creative spirit.” “Most of what I do is not really about music. I happen to work in music but it's not about the music. Does that make sense?”

“i think it’s a lot to do with us, starting off and coming here and feeling so much love from everyone, that’s a very core memory, it’s in my guts. to be back and realize that oh my god yeah— thailand is a home for me. i just feel like i’m gonna miss that for me. every time i appreciate the city more and more, (…) why does it feel so comfortable when im here? it doesn’t feel like im travelling, it just feels like we’re returning here, so im gonna miss all of that”

Steven Gerrard opens up on the one moment he'll never escape. "And when I do interviews or I see a clip on the telly and I see a bad back pass I gave away for England... Or I underperformed for England... Missed a penalty for England... I feel ****. The Chelsea thing is exactly the same. It makes me feel ****. It is what it is. I've got to live with it. I've managed it. I control it. Does it pop up every day? No. Do I have to accept it and be man enough? Yeah. I can't change it. All the bad moments I have in my career rear themselves every now and again. But so does the good stuff. I have to take the rough with the smooth. But I hate losing football matches. I hate underachieving. I sit here now still hurt by not winning the Premier League. Not just that year. Every single year I competed in it. I felt at Liverpool Football Club, being the captain, I should have delivered that. So I have to take the responsibility and own that."

I'm not like these ladies—so weird. 🚿 🧼 I use two towels: one for my hair first, then one for my body. I stand on the bath mat, dry off, wrap the body towel around me, and remove the hair towel once I'm fully dry and ready to brush it. 🧖🏻‍♀️ I hang my towels to dry after each shower and use the same two all week, washing them every weekend. We're clean when we get out, so are the towels even dirty? How many towels do you use? Do you reuse them for multiple days?

When I tell you the more this man talks, the more I love him! I mean this! 🥹 They were talking about who Ilhan is behind the cameras because he doesn’t share his private life, where he goes on vacation, or what he does, and he was like, let’s say there is a place that is special to me… “When I share something, I think about those who will see it, whether they are at the same level as me, in the same environment, or the same financial strength — and I don’t just mean people who have less, but also those who have more. Maybe they have much more. That’s not an issue at all. I just don’t want anyone to feel a longing or pain there.” And he goes like, “I really cannot do it. Like a meal, a vacation, or something else. I can’t share this! Because I try to show that sensitivity every single time.” Like… HOW am I supposed to not love this man more after hearing him talk like this?! 😭🫂

“It feels just absolutely batsh!t crazy to me that at this point in time, I say to my mother, have you heard about Minneapolis? Have you heard about Venezuela?” “And then I ask the question, does this change your opinion at all?” “And her response is, we’re not gonna talk about this, because if we do, you’ll tell me I can’t see the kids anymore.” Imagine being so far gone with TDS that you rob your kids the experience of having a grandma. I feel bad for her mother and those kids.

When all we know is calories in versus calories out and move your ass harder at the gym, our body holds onto fat for dear life! Especially once we’re over 35 Especially once we’ve had children Especially when we’re in perimenopause or menopause Especially when we have no idea how to regulate our nervous system You see when your body does not feel safe , meaning it constantly is in fight or flight mode from all of the so-called dinosaurs chasing you every day, it won’t release the weight. Our bodies are actually very simple It’s just that they feel like they’re most important job is to keep you alive not thin 🤷‍♀️ So when you are constantly dealing with chronic stress every day, it shuts down your digestive track as well as disrupts your hormones and inflames your body, all to keep you alive. I know it seems counterproductive, but after all you are alive still, right! if you want to truly lose weight and keep it off and actually feel healthy enough to get good sleep and enjoy your life. It’s not going to be about calories in versus calories out. It’s not going to be about killing yourself in the gym. It’s going to be about learning to regulate your nervous system and get out of chronic stress mode ! This is possible I’ve done it And yes, I’m 50 years old and have three kids and homeschooled and own my own business and went through a divorce and have much trauma and abuse and neglect and everything else that you want to put on the plate . So there’s no excuses for you , if I can do it, so can you. And I’m here to help you do just that! If you want to get healthy once and for all , not just with a sexy physique, but with a healthy mind, body and soul… DM me Phoenix 🔥
