Rick Rubin describes how the same creative aesthetic is present in everything he does: “You're at Shangri-La and you walk through the space and you see it doesn't feel like other places you've been. It has the same aesthetic as the records I make, or the things that I...

#poon_mit12 🐶: I just want to bring up one point. Actually, I don't know if anyone will be upset with me or feel bad, but I'd like to address one thing, everyone. It's been stuck in my heart for several days now. I was on X and I wasn't very comfortable the other day when I opened it up and saw our fanclub fighting. Honestly, the comments from all sides were deleted, but I read them all. I feel like everyone has their own reasons; I understand why this person would think this way or why that person would think that way. But what I want to say is in the end, I'm not stressed, but I just feel like we are on the same side! We are in the same team, please don't worry. And when you guys fight, I'm begging you, let's just be happy together instead, because we're already on the same team. I wanted to tell everyone that seeing you guys fight amongst yourselves makes me uneasy. We're people on the same side, yet.. and actually, I find it kind of funny. I feel like fans fighting is just like a couple fighting. It's like, 'Why didn't you do that?' or 'Why didn't I do this?' and things like that. I feel that some people might feel bad, and I apologise if this is a sensitive issue. But I feel it's actually something quite cute, because in the end, everyone just wants to push and support (us). Everyone wants to push us forward, and I believe that all four of the main actors are giving it their all already. So I really want all the fanclub members to love each other, please. We are on the same team, and I love you all.

THE MOST IMPORTANT Q&A OF MEDIA DAY. Mariana: You came from a very solid weekend on top of everything, but at the same time, it seems that you don't feel that the team is listening to you. Am I right? And how do you balance that? Lewis: I feel like we're going in the right direction. Rome wasn't built in one day, so it takes time to build. For me, coming into the team, I wanted to be respectful of the way they've done things in the past and just to really observe and see where our strengths and where our weaknesses are and to highlight where our weaknesses are and areas that we need to work on. But I do feel that they've been responding. I think you're starting to see, hopefully, some of the impact of the work that we're doing in the background and also into next year's car. This is a car that I've had nothing to do with in terms of developing this car over the years. Hopefully, from next year, my input goes into that car, and that will be a car that I've hopefully been a part of or will have been a part of developing. But I think we've got a really great rapport. I think we're really progressing, particularly since the summer break. I think things have started to get better, and it's all just about building trust and communication. Also, I'm coming into a team that English is not the first language, and I don't speak Italian, so it's finding a common ground. And the fact is we all want to win. We're all here to achieve the same thing, and we've got to just keep pushing. So that's why I'm trying to keep everyone motivated on difficult weekends, trying to keep everyone lifted up. But there have been many, many things we've changed this year that I suggested that they hadn't done in the past, and so they have been listening. It doesn't change straight away, just like that. It takes time to build. And as engineers, they really need proof. They need numbers. That's what they work on. So you have to sometimes push to get certain changes to be made, and then when you change it and then it works, you're like, okay. Mariana: That's what I was talking about.. Lewis: Yeah! - F1 2025 Mexico -

Qullamaggie on It’s The Same Thing Over and Over Again “Just the same patterns over. Just look at the stocks I’m in right. NVDA, I bought it last week, okay? Very simple big momentum stock. Look at the pattern; what is it? You see this? You see the pattern I bought it here. NIO, I bought it a couple of days ago. What’s the pattern right? You see it; you see it? I bought it on this day here, like somewhere here. Right. LVGO, what’s the pattern? Okay, I bought it here, so it was a little bit of a chase. FSLY, I bought it here; what’s the pattern? You see this? DDOG, where did I buy it? I bought it here. This wasn’t a clean one, but it was showing relative strength. But again, same patterns. You see higher lows Zillow. I bought it here; I also bought it here initially. The same patterns over and over again. There’s absolutely no rocket science involved. Anyone who’s tried to sell you rocket science; you know just unfollow them and run the other way. They’re all frauds; they don’t make any money. Same thing you know. These simple patterns, triangles, channels, high tide flags. We bought TSLA; right? Same thing. I bought Tesla here, right? Same thing. I’ve also bought Tesla down here. Same thing; this is the same patterns over and over again. All you have to do to succeed in the stock market is don’t be a f*ckimg retard, really. I mean really. That’s all you have to do. You don’t need any intelligence to make tens of millions. All you need to know is risk management, portfolio management, and these patterns. And then you have to have the power when the market is bad. That’s all you need. You literally need five things. And yes, the crowd strike—where did I buy it? I bought it here. see the pattern? I bought it here or was it here. I don’t remember well. I do you know; same thing over and over again.”

🚨| Sir Lewis Hamilton was the Creative Director for his TIME Magazine photoshoot - "I came up with the creative for that." He also speaks to the criticism he has been at the receiving end of his entire career: "Yeah, I came up with the creative for that, so that was my idea to do this shoot, which is something I'm really proud of. It's my first, yeah, it's my first creative directed photoshoot, which I'm so happy with how it came out." "And the other part, yeah, I actually haven't had a second to read the story, but I heard it's come out really well. And yeah, I think it's naturally in our sport, I think that criticism is something that everyone receives. I think I've probably been on there receiving it, received a lot more of it perhaps throughout my career, but, and yeah, I'm just in the mindset, just, I just keep my head down, keep doing what I'm doing. I know that I'm growing each day." "I know I'm bound to make mistakes. I'm only human, but one thing that I'm proud of is that I have the drive. I have the focus. I'm able to admit when I'm wrong and I know that tomorrow I will work to be better and it really doesn't matter to me what some of the comments that have come out over my career. It's not just been this past 12 months or so." "I just use that as fuel." [The Question: (in the TIME story)...you were very punchy in terms of not listening to negativity from certain people and just pressing on and being your own man. Just tell me a bit about that.]
