@MyCafcass I think mant don't realise these exist. It isn't given exposure how they are behaving the LAs or the courts and cafcass. These are patterns in cases when the parent or child is autistic. It just seems to be going backwards

@MyCafcass My daughter is ADHD/AsD and myself. Instead of supporting us they removed her and she went through hell in the system. Almost gone 💔. Now I fight for the rights of children in care especially SEN mums and children. Is there any way I can contact you please 🙏

@MyCafcass HHJ Middleton Roy does not shy away from making difficult decisions which shows other judges and Cafcass to have erred in law. I hope one day there will be many more like him.

The Virginia Giuffre story is.... interesting, and after a bit more research, a lot of states don't have a statute of limitations on trafficking? But there are a lot of exceptions that have to be made within a certain time period. For example, in 2022 the Eliminating Limits to Justice for Child Sex Abuse Victims Act was made into law stating that anyone could be held accountable for incidents that happened after 2022 BUT if they happend before the law could not go backwards.
