Back on March 27th, we shared a video showcasing the very first prototype of the CLR game. It featured the Visual Novel portion with a conversation between William and Odd, followed by a choice-driven sequence that transitioned directly into an RPG battle. Yes, you read that correctly: there are traditional RPG mechanics in the game. It's not "just" a Visual Novel. Since then, quite a bit of time has passed, and the stubborn person that Shizuna is decided to rebuild the game's entire foundation from scratch. So... where does the game stand today? 🦋 -> The entire battle system has now been designed, including each character's abilities, the combat flow, and all of the core gameplay mechanics that make battles work. What's left is polishing the overall layout, implementing the final UI, and, above all... designing every single enemy kit. And trust me, there are a lot of them. -> Every playable character now has their own unique gameplay mechanic. None of these systems were created at random, they all reflect each character's personality, state of mind, and individual fighting style. -> An autosave system has been implemented at the beginning and end of every chapter, alongside the ability to save manually whenever you want... except during battles, of course. -> Character profiles have been added. They'll contain everything you need to know about each character: their statistics, abilities, and much more. Speaking of abilities... did you know you'll be able to freely enable or disable whichever ones you want? Oh, and naturally, you won't have access to every abilities right from the start. -> The character illustrations currently shown in those profiles are only placeholders. Brand-new designs are already in the works... and there's absolutely no chance we're revealing them just yet. 🚨 Everything you see here is subject to change. This is by no means the final version. 🚨 #codelyoko #codelyokoresurgence

This one is a must read. I hope the takeaway is, at minimum, eye opening. To any player/parent trying to navigate the recruiting process right now - here is some perspective for you. I came across this video recently on Twitter - It’s a video of Juan Soto when he was 16 years old in the Dominican Republic. (Credit to parker hageman for digging it up and posting it.) I decided to do an informal case study. I sent the Soto video to 13 high-level baseball evaluators - 4 current MLB scouts, 7 current and former D1 recruiting coordinators & head coaches, 1 former pro manager/ college head coach, and 1 current JC head coach. All guys that I know and trust to give honest feedback. I told them that I had just started working with this 16 year old international player and that I was hoping to get their feedback from an evaluation perspective. 3 of the 13 knew it was Soto from the video. Of the other 10, here were the results: - 1 current D1 coach said “He looks like he’s gonna get paid. I have money for a ’26 if he doesn’t want to sign with an MLB team. Somebody will pay that swing.” - 2 of them liked his physical upside and bat speed and said once he puts on some weight they think he’s got a chance. - 7 of them said something along the lines of… “He needs to go to a JC”, “he has too much effort in his swing”, “looks like he has some timing issues”, etc... The video was taken shortly before he signed for $1.5m with the Washington Nationals. He is a future Hall of Famer. Let that sink in for a moment. The question is, why were the majority of these college coaches and scouts flawed in their initial evaluation of the short video I sent them of a guy who signed for $1.5m with the Washington Nationals a few months later? - Are they bad evaluators? - Was the video not a good enough representation of Soto’s ability? - Was there not enough context as to his track record and other tools to make an informed evaluation? - Is it just difficult to evaluate a player off of 1 minute of video? - Did the fact that he is an international guy change things? - If he had hit 3 homers in this video reel would they have a different opinion? In all honesty, I wasn’t surprised by any of these responses. I might’ve said the same thing if I didn’t know it was Soto. It is likely a combination of multiple of the reasons I listed above… but the point I am trying to make here is this: I hear all the time from high school and JC players/parents about how frustrated, disappointed, or defeated they feel because they aren’t getting interest from college coaches, and because coaches don’t respond to their emails & DM’s. So here is the perspective that you need to understand: even Juan Soto’s video from a few months before signing a $1.5m contract didn’t garner the type of interest that you would expect. Are you better than Juan Soto was at 16 years old? Are you a future hall of fame caliber player? There are so many factors that go into the recruiting process. It is a multi-sided marketplace where each stakeholder (college coach and player) has to have a mutual need and interest in one another. Baseball is the hardest sport to evaluate and it’s not even close, IMO. Coaches and scouts are wrong all the time. Players can get exponentially better in a short period of time. It’s not always a pretty process, but all it takes is one coach to see something in you and want to invest in you. Dial in the things you can control. Make sure coaches to have the full picture of who you are as a player and why you can help them win. And don’t be upset when you get limited responses/feedback. It happened to Soto too - and he is much better than you.

.Elon Musk (worth $250B) answers why he’s still working: I think it's a good question you asked, because it goes to, like, at a foundational level, what is my philosophy, and why does it lead to this conclusion? So the reason is that when I was a teenager, I had, like, an existential crisis to try to figure out what's the meaning of life. There doesn't seem to be any meaning. For me, at least the religious texts, and I read all of them that I could get my hands on did not seem convincing. Then I started reading the philosophers. Be careful of reading German philosophers as a teenager. It's definitely not going to help with your depression. So reading Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, as an adult, it's much more manageable. But as a kid, you're like, “Whoa.” So then I was like, “Man, I'm just struggling to find meaning in life here.” And then I read Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. And basically what Douglas Adams was saying is that we don't really know what the right questions are to ask. The question is not, “What's the meaning of life?” In The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Earth it turns out is a big computer, and its goal is to answer the question, “What's the meaning of life?” And Earth comes up with the answer “42”. This is where the 42 number comes from. And 420 is just ten times 42. In that book, which is really sort of a book about, it's an existential philosophy book disguised as humor. They come to the conclusion that, no, the real problem is trying to formulate the question. And to really have the right question, you need a much bigger computer than Earth. And so maybe one way, I think, of characterizing this would be to say, “The universe is the answer. What is the question? Or what are the questions?” The more we can expand the scope and scale of consciousness, the better we can understand what questions to ask about the answer that is the universe. The more we can expand consciousness, become a multi-planet species, ultimately a multistellar species… we have a chance of figuring out what the hell is going on. And so this is why I think we should have more humans and both biological and digital consciousness. And why we should become a multi-planet species and a multistellar species is so that we can understand the nature of the universe. And then in order for that to occur, then we have to make sure that things are good on Earth. We don't want Earth to disappear, so sustainable energy is important.

Crimson Desert previews are here and overall, content creators are impressed with the game: - Open world is gorgeous, the game ran remarkably well on this PC build with no FPS drops (7900XTX GPU), the draw distance is insane - Crimson Desert does not hold your hand, there are genuinely difficult puzzles and no yellow paint to guide you, with a ton of mechanics in combat and exploration that all come together and are up to the player to use - Every single questline's cutscenes are motion captured and animated, it does not use generic animations (at least for main quests) - MMO roots from Black Desert are obvious, the skill tree is deeply involved and each build feels entirely unique - Combat is reportedly "really good" with a ton of complex mechanics and great animations - NPCs don't have schedules like a Kingdom Come 2 or Skyrim, they are mostly static but they will react to your actions and there is a full crimes system that you can mess with - You can set arrows on fires by aiming towards any source of fire then shooting, this is used in environmental puzzles. Another way to set things on fire is by pressing down both bumpers which causes Kliff to hold up his sword to reflect the sun's light onto things to set them on fire - Quest givers will contact you by sending a bird with a letter, this will happen naturally in the open world - Exploration is fantastic, each location is entirely unique and you can utilize all the different abilities in unique ways, for example you can launch yourself across a wall OR use a dragon to fly in OR climb it - Boss fights are very advanced, each one is unique with their design and movesets - Side Quests and Random Events are fun, some are as small as rescuing a cat from a rooftop, others are more major storylines - Some quest bugs were seen, but no optimization issues, when they were switched to an Endgame save, many reported a higher number of bugs and glitches but nothing game-breaking. - There are combat finishers and they are unique for each weapon type - Combos are available and they are unique for every single weapon type, there are many button combinations to apply these in combat - Some content creators complained that the puzzles were too confusing as they utilize a very specific ability at times and its hard to keep track of all the abilities that you have - You can buy food or cook it, or hunt and sell that meat - Content creators all loved it, they played 6+ hours and had fun, saying that they just want to play more afterwards - Controls however are described as complex and may be clunky as there are a many button combinations for unique actions It seems like Crimson Desert is shaping up to be a genuinely great game, we are yet to see console footage but if the amazing optimization for PC is anything to go by, we likely have little to worry about. Crimson Desert is dropping on March 19th, I cannot wait!

We LOVE you Mrs. Scotty Mrs.Scotty (Shaylene). Thank you for letting us share Scotty with you for all of these years. This is for you too Christina Christina Martin We will FOREVER MISS you Scotty!🙏😭🙏 I met a young man about 7 years ago that had a vision, step for step the same one that came to me. The difference was, this young man was on fire and already active in said vision. I met my twin brother that day. I met this young man when I had setup and was finally ready to get to it and still had loads of questions. To say we hit it off right away is an understatement. I had already made sure EVERYTHING this young man did was safe and secured at more than several locations. THEN, the inevitable happened. ScrewTube screwed him and nixed his channel. THAT didn't affect this young man in the least. He hopped right on Rumble and continued and didn't miss a beat. HE WAS A MACHINE, SO ON FIRE, HE MELTED VINYL EVERYDAY, WHILE PLANTING THE SEEDS THAT NEEDED SEWN. I for one have learned much and I hope I have been able to PLANT SOME SEEDS MYSELF. Because that's what we do. These videos we make are not cut and dry information. They are only tools we give you freely, in hope that you yourselves, will do research to confirm OR deny what is in them. A starting point for your own journeys to the truth each one of you seek. COLLECTIVELY we are stronger than any government, or any A.I. An A.I. is ONLY what it's programmed to be, learning or not, they are setup on parameters and are still just a programmed, program, written by a man to start with. I will miss what this young man has brought to this movement. This young man has assembled the most diverse, most lovable, absolutely BEST PEPES on the whole interweb I have EVER had the pleasure of knowing and becoming Frens with. This group, UNDER this young man, is what many would call a miracle. THE WORLD WILL BE A BETTER PLACE ALL BECAUSE OF A YOUNG MAN NAMED SCOTTY MAR10! My Friend, my Brother, that I will miss with all of my heart! The 1st 2 songs were written by our online Scotty Mar10 Family members, Not A Guitar Player and ChewChew. Please find them and THANK THEM for their beautiful contributions. Then find Scotty's cousin, Test Dummy and thank him for helping make Scotty a song, his heart. They are all on X and Rumble. There’s an old saying the elders tell the young: “I’ve forgotten more than you ever knew.” The Jewish people have lost more than most nations have ever built. We are not just any people. We are one of the elders. We have outlasted empires that once thought they would last forever. Babylon. Rome. The caliphates. The Third Reich. They are chapters. We are the book. There are still only about 16 million of us in a world of eight billion. We have one small country we never stopped belonging to. The most widely read book in human history is a book about our people. We are loud. We are proud. And we will never apologize for still being here after so many tried to make sure we wouldn’t be. That is why some cannot stand us. Not because we are powerful. Because we survived them. Because their civilizations rose by the sword and vanished, and we are still lighting candles on Friday night. They say we have been hated everywhere, so there must be a reason. There is a reason. We refused to disappear. We refused to become someone else. We kept the names, the language, the land, the law, and the memory. Persecution is not proof of guilt. Survival is proof of spirit. Look at what this generation just did. On October 7 they tried to break us in a single morning. They murdered. They burned. They dragged our people into tunnels. For more than two years the world watched, argued, and often looked away. Some celebrated. Some explained it away. Some told us to be quieter if we wanted to live. We did not go quiet. We fought. We buried our dead. We brought the living home. And in January of this year, the last hostage was returned to Israeli soil. Not one of ours was left behind in Gaza. That is not a talking point. That is who we are. A people that does not abandon its own. When you look into the eyes of those who came back, you see what 3,000 years looks like in a human face. Starved. Beaten. Still unbroken. They carry the same fire that walked out of Egypt, out of Spain, out of the camps, and out of the ashes of the kibbutzim. We are not the colonizers of this story. We are 16 million people who came home to the only land that was ever ours, and we built a country that values life in a region that has too often worshipped death. We did not convert continents at sword-point. We did not erase nations to plant our flag. We wrote. We argued. We remembered. We returned. The more they try to erase us, the more tightly we hold each other. Diaspora and Israel. Secular and religious. Left and right. The hate was supposed to scatter us. It keeps welding us back together. All we have ever asked of this age is the same thing we asked of every age before it: stop trying to make us extinct. Even if they succeeded, it would not unwrite us. You cannot delete the people who gave the world the idea that every human life has worth. You cannot burn the book and pretend the story was never told. Those who built their identity on our death will be remembered as a stain. We will be remembered as the ones who chose life. So here is the choice, again, in 5787. Keep feeding a holy war that has already eaten its own children. Or stop. Choose differently. Coexist. Take the wisdom we have carried across continents and millennia and build something that does not require our graves to feel righteous. History already wrote the ending of the other path. Rome is ruins. The Mongols are a lesson. The Nazis are a warning. We are still here. We are the Nation of Israel. We remember where we came from. We brought our people home. And we are not going anywhere. עם ישראל חי.

🚨MUST WATCH: The Massive DNA Bombshell TPUSA DOESN'T Want You To Know—FIVE Different Persons Mixed DNA Was Recovered From The Charlie Kirk Crime Scene🤯⚖️ Turning Point USA and their army of proxy shills are working overtime to gaslight the American public. They are desperate to make you blindly believe that the assassination of Charlie Kirk is an "open and shut case." They want you to accept the narrative that they have a lone gunman dead to rights. But the truth is the exact opposite. Tonight, Candace Owens dropped another massive bombshell directly from the Tyler Robinson court filings, and it completely obliterates the state's manufactured storyline. THE MIXED DNA BOMBSHELL: TPUSA wants you to think the physical evidence points neatly and exclusively to one 22-year-old kid. Here is the reality buried in the legal documents: The FBI and ATF reports explicitly indicate that they recovered minute quantities of DNA on various items of evidence consisting of mixtures of up to FIVE OR MORE INDIVIDUALS. Let that sink in. At least five different people's DNA was recovered from the evidence, all mixed together. This was not a pristine, lone-wolf crime scene. This was a highly contaminated scene, handled by multiple unknown actors. Who are the other four people? Why is the media silent about them? HIDING THE HOMEWORK: So how is the prosecution handling this explosive revelation? By actively hiding the details from the defense. The state has indicated it intends to offer this DNA report at the preliminary hearing without any supporting expert testimony. Even worse, they are refusing to hand over the raw data. They are only providing a "summary" conclusion. They are effectively telling the defense: There are at least five people's DNA on this evidence, but we aren't going to tell you who they are, we aren't going to show you how we tested it, and we aren't going to let your experts look at the actual data. Just take our word for it. THE SHILL NARRATIVE COLLAPSES: Let's review the actual facts of this "open and shut" case: A suspect who plead NOT GUILTY. An ATF ballistics report that failed to match the bullet fragment to the rifle. A desperate FBI trying to resurrect banned, 20-year-old "junk science" to force a match. And now, evidence covered in the DNA of five or more unidentified individuals. There is absolutely no ironclad forensic evidence tying Tyler Robinson to this crime. What there is, is a staggering amount of reasonable doubt. Do not let TPUSA lie to you. Do not let their paid mouthpieces manipulate you into accepting a manufactured conclusion. They are terrified of what a real, independent investigation into those five DNA profiles will uncover. 🇺🇸⚓️ FOLLOW Candace Owens, RT and watch her FULL podcast below. 👇

Picture books are a wonderful way to grow your child’s vocabulary. 📚 What they lack in terms of story, they often more than make up for in their interactive opportunities - providing a chance for your toddler to “read” the book themself and for the two of you to engage in rich conversation about what each page reveals. This video of little Chael, seen here at 26 months, shows so many great things (not the least of which is his wonderful Glaswegian accent). First, appreciate all the rich vocabulary this particular book (My Zoo) introduces - including a whole host of animal names he’s unlikely to have had call to access otherwise that day barring a trip to the zoo. I particularly love watching him reconcile the differences between the book’s 3 big cats - all of which connect to his existing knowledge of lions. (A tiger is initially labeled as a lion, but subsequently the leopard is both “a lion bigger… and a tiger too.” You’re watching him grow his big cat schema right before your eyes! So cool.) When he can’t initially recall the word zebra, he calls it a “zoo” - opening a little window as to where he’s encountered one in real life. And I’d be remiss not to mention my favorite moment - when he mislabels a rhinoceros as an octopus. It may seem an odd pair to mix up, given the dissimilarities in their environments and physical traits… but they have something important in common that I believe he’s calling upon here: complex names. Just love watching his growing brain at work. Many thanks to Marie-Clare Kelly for sharing this wonderful clip!

BREAKING.🚨 Chuck Schumer Blasts Trump's Cabinet Nominees in Senate Floor Diatribe: "How Low Can This Party Go?" Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer issued a vehement tirade on the Senate floor in opposition to Trump's Cabinet nominees. Schumer stated that he would be voting "no" on Pete Hegseth for Pentagon chief, Tulsi Gabbard 🌺 for Director of National Intelligence, and John Ratcliffe for CIA Director. Here is a transcript of Schumer's factually challenged and mendacious smears on Trump's nominees: Today the Senate will hold votes on two pivotal cabinet nominees. First, we will vote to advance the nomination of John Ratcliffe to serve as CIA Director, I will respectfully vote no, not because of our political difference, which of course exists, but because I'm deeply worried that Mr. Ratcliffe will be unable to stand up to people like Donald Trump and Tulsi Gabbard who are known to falsify intelligence. As CIA Director ,Mr. Ratcliffe will have to make decisions based on intelligence and fact. There may be no agency more important than the CIA, that has to be fact-based. Sometimes these facts will lead to inconvenient conclusions for his superiors and the President. It's in those cases where truth, not fiction, not ideology, must prevail. And I have my doubts that Mr. Radcliffe will be able to hold firm. Most troubling about Mr. Radcliffe were the answers I got from him about Tulsi Gabbard, president Trump's nominee to serve as Director of National Intelligence. If confirmed, Ms. Gabbard would oversee the CIA in our entire intelligence community, and I think she'd be colossally disruptive for American security. If there's anyone who hasn't been fact-based as you've listened to her statements over the years, it's Tulsi Gabbard. She seems to make things up out of thin air. No one could be worse in a position of DNI than someone who doesn't believe in fact. So I told Mr. Ratcliffe he should urge President Trump to drop her nomination if he really cares about the CIA and its integrity. He couldn't report to somebody like Tulsi Gabbard good conscience. She's simply too risky. Ms. Gabbard has a whole history of spreading falsities cheering America's adversaries, and if confirmed, I'm worried she'll push false intelligence for political ends. Those are precisely the moments Mr. Radcliffe will have to hold firm, reject what she says, and go to the President and speak truth to power. His answers to my questions about that were unsatisfying, and so I'm voting no because it's such an important position. Now in the Heif vote. Today the Senate will vote to advance one of the most unqualified, erratic nominees for a major position we have ever seen in America. No position in the cabinet carries the weight, the responsibility of Secretary of Defense. The Secretary of Defense, is in charge of keeping us safe and keeping the men and women in our armed forces and the civilians safe. So you need someone who's a steady hand. You need someone who's had experience in this kind of stuff. You need someone when he shows up to a meeting, you're sure that he knows all the facts and is going to be able to conduct himself properly. If there's any cabinet that should be universally trusted and uncontroversial, it's the Secretary of Defense. Unfortunately, Mr. Hegseth is neither. He's neither trusted nor free of controversy, and I will strongly vote no. I want my colleagues to think about how absurd it is that this nominee has even made it to the floor. It's a shame that that has happened. We are being cast to trust our armed forces to a man with a history of erratic behavior. One of the kindest words that might be used to describe Mr. Seth is erratic, and that's a quality you don't want is head of DOD. He has a history of excessive drinking, of alleged domestic abuse and zero experience leading a large organization of any kind. The new allegations that came out yesterday are even more troubling, and people say, well, how do we know they're true? Well, first, the person who did it has no strike against her. But second, it just corroborates in an even worse way of what we've known about XF in the past. He has a heart. He has a clear problem of judgment as you've seen by his statements, is like saying, your heart surgeon has twitchy hands, but I'll let him do surgery on me. No one would do that. How on earth can America entrust our safety and security to a man who has allegedly shown up to work and other events in Abri? What if he shows up inebriated during a crisis? What's going to happen? This is dangerous. If confirmed, he'd be in charge of a workforce of over 3 million people, a budget of 850 billion, where in his history that shows he's capable of doing that. And what if his erratic behavior spills over to his job at the Pentagon, a high pressure job? And when people are having this behavior off, usually high pressure jobs make them more, not less erratic. What mystifies me so much about Mr. He says nomination is that there are so many other conservative defense leaders that President Trump could have nominated people. I wouldn't agree with maybe ideologically and on some of the issues that affect Secretary of Defense, but people who'd be capable of running the department. I think of, I know there are plenty of Republican senators who would instantly make a better option than Mr. Hegseth. Is Pete Hegseth really the best the Republicans have to offer? How low has this party come in making him the nominee? I don't believe he's the best. I don't believe he's close to the best. I will be voting with complete conviction 'No.' The Democratic Party's leadership is clearly defying Donald Trump's mandate. It apparently has not learned its lesson from the 2024 election.

Every Ape of future Ape should listen to this! - figge talked about his approach to what club and membership is! I absolutely love it! This is what the club has been to me! I met incredible people from all over the world and had epic fun along the way! 👉This is an absolute banger: You don’t join a biker gang, you don’t join the Hells Angels, so you can get 10% off the price of gas at the pump. Listen to a clip below or read the transcript here (I polished it with ChatGPT because the transcript wasn't perfect) 👇👇👇👇 -------------------------- “Why should I join BAYC or MAYC?” The way that question manifests to me is: “Well, what do I get? Is club membership worth it? What have you done for me?” And I think even within our own club, if we accept the premise of that question, it forces us to start rattling off membership perks like this is a Costco card. And look, I love Costco, right? I’m not saying that as a slur. But I think the one thing that hasn’t been successful, and will continue not to be successful, is making this analogous to an entitlements card. I’ve said this to people: you don’t join a biker gang, you don’t join the Hells Angels, so you can get 10% off the price of gas at the pump. You don’t go riding every Sunday with your gang so you can get cashback rewards. That’s not what this thing is. And if it were, what you’d have is a consumer relationship. Consumer relationships have churn. There’s a lot of min-maxing on entitlements and benefits, and those entitlements are what you wind up getting priced on. Think about it: people join a biker gang because of the cut. They join because of what they wear and what each patch means. They join because they want to build relationships with other people they can count on. And a lot of these relationships, whether you’re a kid in high school or a billionaire industry titan, wind up opening your life to new adventures. I often compare community building here to what you see in politics or religion. I’ve probably said this every week on here: I see high-end community building in NFTs as being like politics or religion. Once you start approaching either politics or religion with, “Well, what do I get? Is membership worth it?” you’re really speeding past the best parts of what participating has to offer. So it’s not really about what my schedule is or what the team… It’s about… I mean, shout-out to Welcome Apes. Look at them out there. - figge

The "marketing engineer" is the NEW forward deployed engineer, and I think the BEST ones will make $1M a year! A forward deployed engineer embeds with your team and uses AI to build the workflows The marketing engineer does that BUT for growth, they build AI agents that find your customers, write your outbound, test your ads, and get smarter every week. The most valuable marketer changes with EVERY major tech wave: 1. Traditional marketer: make people care with story (print, radio etc) 2. Digital marketer: the marketer who owned new digital channels (SEO, PPC) 3. Growth hacker: the growth marketer who lived in loops, PLG and retention 4. Marketing engineer: the marketer who builds AI agents that run the whole system. The type of agents a marketing engineer would create: 1. The customer language agent. It pulls your Gong call transcripts, your Intercom tickets, and your G2 reviews every week, extracts the exact words customers use to describe the problem, and drops a memo ranked by how often each phrase shows up. 2. The buying trigger agent. It watches for signals that someone's ready, a company posting a job for the role you sell to, a funding announcement, a competitor getting torched in a review, then enriches the contact through Apollo and drafts the outbound tied to that exact trigger the second it fires. 3. The SEO gap agent. It pulls keyword gaps from Ahrefs, checks who's already ranking on page one, reads the top three results, then writes a better post with the founder's actual take baked in, plus the meta title and internal links, and drops it in for approval. 4. The creative testing agent. It takes one offer, generates 100 ad variations across three different angles with Nano Banana and your copy model, pushes them live through the Meta API, and kills anything under a 1% CTR on its own so only the winners keep spending. AND MANY MORE. If you're a marketer, this is how you stop being replaceable. If you're a founder, this is how you grow your company efficiently. AI agents are here and marketers are about to have a field day!! I explain everything (tools, agents, 30d plan) on today's episode of The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 Watch: --> Marketing engineers are here. Whatever we end up calling them, the top 1% of them are going to make an absurd amount of money.

Has been a while since I've given an update so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.

Honkai Star Rail issue TLDR; no real improvements towards the gameplay/TRPG depth itself while continuing to make changes that don't matter 'in the now'. More context; As of the last few patches it's felt like HSR has made 1 step forward & 3 back (Ex. Wishful Resin availability vs impact of the item). With a turn based RPG, I expect more actions to be taken that encourage strategic gameplay, combat/gear choices, or otherwise game defining matters that give the player more satisfaction (of their wins, accomplishments, goal challenges, etc.) in the game. Great examples of this are FF Tactics, Valkyria Chronicles, Octopath Traveler, & any Shin Megami Tensei or Fire Emblem game. I don't have any definite backing behind this, just my own assumptions & experiences, but it feels like HSR has become more greedy than their usual gacha self. A game (that presents itself) based around team structure, archetypes, & decision making has shown a severe lack of these since shortly after Superbreak's introduction. The lack of STRONG 4-stars has left many of our viable "teams" lingering on a "play this or bust" situation. Of course, having at least 80% of the limited 5-stars removes this entirely, but that introduces an entirely different subject that still favors my argument in the lack of team variety we have. Ex. The counter-archetype team. There's little to no difference between THE optimal team if you use Yunli or Clara, despite the two of them playing differently w/ different build opportunities. You won't swap support units because they offer a new 'thing' to benefit Yunli/Clara. You will swap units because you don't have the premier one or you don't have the other premier one (i.e Sunday vs Sparkle selection). The enemy design has been decent, with some bosses having amazing potential, but that effort is quickly made irrelevant due to the HP inflation or lack of preventative measures the avg player can take against them (i.e not having shields, cleanse, enhanced breaking, AV control, etc.) By no means is that me alluding to every player deserves every limited thing, but it is me saying there's 0 reason the last 4-star we got was on Sept 9th, and per the drip marketing received, we aren't getting a new one any time soon. On stream, I spoke about how impactful a row system (Persona 1, Unicorn Overlord, Torna DLC for Xenoblade 2, etc.) would be to the strategy behind the game IF they prioritized combat depth instead of selling only selling limited characters. HSR has the potential to really put their foot in the combat strategy and team building of the game, but I don't understand the reason they refuse to do it when they have the means to. This brings me to the greed I believe HSR has displayed lately. There are multiple pts I want to address on this matter, but this tweet is too long & I wanna go play Metaphor so I'll try to emphasize this point a lot stronger. Keep in mind, these items are conceptually of top 3 importance in the game (value wise). * There is 0 reason the bundle of Wishful Resin should cost $35-50 worth of stellar jade bundles instead of a flat price. They are purposely inflating your purchase on an item that, in my opinion, is insanely valuable for every player. * Trading 800 relic remains or Self Modeling Resin for 1 Wishful Resin is a scam. 800 RR = 80 trash relics or 2 +15 relics. Both of which, require you to invest a LOT of resources into in order to obtain them in the first place. * 2 sub-stats should not cost 4 Wishful Resin if 1 sub-stat only cost 1 Wishful Resin. * Receiving ONE WISHFUL RESIN FOR FREE per 40ish days, is INSANE. lol Receiving TWO IF YOU PAY per 40ish days is even more ludicrous. In the event you decided to buy all the Wishful bundles per 40 days & only choose the WR as your option, that's $120 (70 + 50) for 22 WR. Adding the BP into that is now just shy of paying for a limited character. Don't even get me started on how the only available dice in the game is paid for while still having a 75% chance to screw you over in RNG, either. I understand this looks like a giga rant, & it is. It pisses me off watching a game you avidly enjoy make decisions that, I can only assume, are out of pure greed. They could do so much to spin this game into an easy top 5 position with little to similar effort in pushing out stronger characters per $300. Hence, my feeling of being burnt out & even that took me months to understand/realize.

I have performed a distillation attack on my PERSONAL TRAINER Since more than 2.5 years, I have recorded over 300 of our sessions, each up to 90 minutes long Why would I do that? Because he is a kinesthetic genius from the Caucasus who developed his own training doctrine He loves helping people become fitter and freer in their bodies, counting every rep and cheering sincerely when they unlock a new skill And now both he and I would like to share it with the rest of the world To begin with, I used Whisper+pyannotate to automatically transcribe all our sessions and used LLMs to extract all the knowledge He taught me over 100 movements and spoke about over 100 topics over the course of 2.5 years You can browse and read all of them here, for free: But again, why all this? 1.5 years ago, I wrote an article called "Our muscles will atrophy as we climb the Kardashev Scale" which went to the Hacker News front page It was sort of a meme, but it reflected a reality that I felt very deeply: Having a sedentary job which only requires me to use my brain is shortening my life and reducing my life quality by a lot Not only mine, but of hundreds of millions, soon billions of people who will spend hours just talking to AIs whole day for their careers It is also a fact that personal physical education and training is close to nonexistent for the average person There are billions of people who could live much healthier lives, just by exercising in the room they already have. But they just don't know how. And there is no system to teach them how, effectively at scale 1 on 1 personal training should be universal and free, with AI We must have reps and sets too cheap to meter An expert AI PT that sees and corrects your every move, that counts for you. Created by people that care, like us. Unlike a franchise gym that just wants to get your subscription and sell you protein powder Once everybody can taste good AI personal training for free, the demand for human personal trainers will explode and whole fitness industry will see unprecedented growth That is one of my life's goals, and I will make that happen one day. Today is the first step My trainer is Orkhan Mirza, a.k.a. Jashin Jashua here and on Instagram, and I am nerdonbars on Instagram The wiki and more are available here: Let me know what you think!
