Sewage is flowing from people's homes right into the street. Is this vision 2030? Why should we support Constitution ammendment Bill number 3? When we are living in poverty like this. In a week we will be celebrating independence. What independence when we are living in squalor like this? Zesa and City council do the needful and act right. Service delivery to the people before CAB3.
