The recommended daily dose for ivermectin for treating covid, parasites, or cancer is 02-0.6mg/kg body weight once daily. If you can't find ivermectin a great alternative to it is Quercetin 500mg 3x daily + Zinc 50mg daily.

I just found out that a teaspoon of shredded fresh garlic (yes shredded not chopped or minced) left in a cup of water for at least 12 hours will help clean out some parasites along with other bad stuff. Be warned though, it is very strong and should be taken on a full stomach.
