Here is a scene created with Grok Imagine—lasting about three minutes—that I had been trying to make for a long time. I finally pulled it off. It’s not perfect, but it holds together well. I edited out the scenes that were a bit too bloody to avoid an R rating.

EWB EIGHTH EP #EnemiesWithBenefitsEP8 #JanJingjing 🦊: how could you not feel sorry for lal? honestly, when i watched this ep aired right? i didn’t dare to watch that scene… both the drama scenes yesterday, because it’s sad! i can still remember the feelings when i filmed it. it was so sad. i didn’t want to watch it. if i watch it, i’ll cry. i still don’t want to watch it because i remember every feeling 🎤: (you’ve acted drama scenes before. this is that impactful?) 🦊: it might be that… the thing i felt the saddest about yesterday’s scene is that i don’t like the situation where we get broken up without knowing the reason. for yesterday’s scene, it was like meeting up to have dinner out of nowhere. i was very happy and thought, “wow! it seems like there’ll be good new!” i mentally prepared myself for the good news, then boom! 🐯: her voice is trembling 🦊: not wanting to be fwb anymore. and that scene was a scene i couldn’t come out of it. i couldn’t come out of it for half an hour before i could continue filming, because it was very heavy 🐯: the drama scene at the end of ep8 was a scene where, after we finished filming, p’jan was… i was sittig like this, right? p’jan had her face buried behind me for almost half an hour? 🦊: it was very long! 🐯: very long. she just kept crying. p’jan couldn’t get out of that scene. but for that scene, we had to maintain the emotion and filmed for a long time too. we stayed in that emotion for a long time, so it had an effect too 🦊: mommy~

FINALLY! My first original project is officially done... I spent the last week putting this together, usually a couple hours every night. The ending might be my favorite scene I've ever created. I’ve always wanted to get better with AI, so I finally decided to take a shot at making something from start to finish with Grok Imagine. My process was probably a lot longer than most people would go through, but it gave me a chance to really learn the tools: 1) Brainstormed and created stills for all the characters 2) Mapped out the timeline scene by scene 3) Created stills for every scene 4) Animated each still until I was happy with it 5) Stitched everything together And here's what I got. I ran out of credits a couple times, but thankfully they reset in time for me to make the deadline😂 Really curious to hear what you guys think. And if you have ideas for what I should make next, send them my way. Next, I'm trying out Grok Bot and Grok Voice. For now, enjoy: The Return of Odysseus.

Grok Build just created a game called Grok Racer for me. The great thing is that I told Grok to use Grok Imagine for the images in the game and it did! That’s fantastic and proves that Grok Imagine can also be used for active game coding. It works well and looks so cool.

Oliver Stone on the scenes he had to sacrifice to get "Salvador" (1986) made: "Interviewer: Were there scenes you had to sacrifice to get Salvador made? Stone: I pulled back quite a bit from a lot of heavier stuff. I pulled a lot of the violence out of it. We weakened a lot in the story. The picture was two hours. It was originally supposed to be two-and-a-half hours. But I couldn’t get that version played, so I cut ruthlessly. So this version is a bit choppy — it’s been criticized for being choppy —and they’re right. It’s lumpy There are scenes that are abruptly cut: the scene where the Colonel saves Boyle’s [James Woods] ass, and they all go back into the whorehouse together —in my script that scene develops into an orgy. A Borges-type scene. I wanted it to go from darkness to light. I wanted to have that crazy South American mix of black humor with tragedy. I wanted to play with absurdity as an idea. I had this tremendous scene: Dr. Rock is getting a blow job under a table, Boyle is f**king a girl while trying to pry information from the Colonel, and the Colonel is so drunk out of his mind that he pulls out this bag of ears and throws the ears on a table and says... “Left-wing ears, right-wing ears, who gives a f**k?” He throws the ears into a champagne glass and proposes a toast to El Salvador and drinks the champagne with an ear in it." I really like it when Taerae opens up like this to us 🥺 🐥 Lately, I’ve been thinking about this too… It took me a really long time, but I have finally come to a place where I got used to our team and can truly enjoy being an idol and performing on stage. Since it was such a long journey, there were times when I was sensitive and emotionally affected 🐥I think it also took me quite a while to become close to the members. It took me less than 10 minutes to create this scene. The longest part was finding the style for my initial image. I used Grok Imagine's extension video to ensure perfect continuity of style, voice, and music. Then I animated it, prompting in my native language without asking for any dialogue. Grok understood everything I asked and created a dialogue between the children in perfect French. I later posted the same children with a prompt in English, and this time, the dialogue was in English. I used Grok Imagine to create the image, animate it, and then extend the video to 30 seconds. I then started again with an image that I modified through editing and used it to tell another story.
